Error during 10g Installation on WIN XP

I am getting following error when installing oracle 10g...on Windows XP machine..
Enterprise Manager Configuration failed due to following error
I got this error information from product\10.2.0\db_1\cfgtoollogs\dbca\orcl\emConfig.log

I deleted the Oracle Instance using DBCA and recreated a new one using DBCA. It was successful.
Then i tried to configure the dbcontrol using "emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create" but it is showing some error messages . I m posting the errors here.
I got the following error message in "emca_repos_create_<Date>" log file
Check if repos user already exists.
