Help Please.

All:
The error here was not because of the JDBC driver but an authentication error. Got past this by assigning "Domain Admin" role to the AD user used to connect to the Directory Server.
Thanks

  • CRM 5.0 - Error during Initial Load

    Hi,
We have connected CRM 5.0 with ECC 5.0.
During initial load we are getting error in the outbound queue of ECC system as 'Name or Password incorrect (Repeat Logon)'.
Any idea, why is this happening. We have double checked the user id and password entered in SM59 is correct.
    Thanks in advance,

    Hi Michael,
Yes, I had checked on both the systems.
Anyways, the problem is now solved, it seems the BASIS team did some goofup while configuring the RFC destinations. It is working now.
    Thanks for your help.

  • Error during initial load of object SI_CONNOBJ

    Hi All,
I am not able to do initial load of object SI_CONNOBJ from OLTP R/3 to CRM using transaction R3AS. It is in "Abort" Status. When I am checking the relevant Bdoc generated for the same it is giving me the error as "No data records in transport structure BAPIMTCS Message no. IBSSI_CRMTO_MESSAGES010 ". Please help me in this regard.

    Hello Aishuman,
I am not sure what your question is. Yes, of course, you must have connection objects in the IS-U system. Otherwise, what do you want do download to CRM? You must have have the middleware in general and also the adapter SI_CONNOBJ enabled in the IS-U system. I am sure you know, that an IS-U connection object is represented as an IBASE in CRM.
Does a delta replication work (from IS-U to CRM and from CRM to IS-U)?
    Kind regards,
    Fritz

  • JCo3Proxy.logonSapi(String) Error during Initial Load of BW HANA Repository

I am attempting to create a connection to a BH HANA system and get the following error:
    Error occurred in JCo3Proxy.logonSapi(String):
com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (102) JCO_ERROR_COMMUNICATION: Initialization of destination BWHANA failed
The repository was created just like all other ABAP repositories.  I can use the GUI to log in without issue.  This is an odd one.
Its important to know this is repository DOES NOT point to the actual HANA DB, but to the BW ABAP connected system.
    Your thoughts?

    Hello Andrew,
looks like an error with the login trough the IDM.
It would be essential to mention which version of IDM you are using and pobably a screenshot of the repository configuration. Also have in mind that it is better not to use dialog user for the IDM - BW integration.
What repository type you are using?
If you want direct HANA DB connection you should use the repo type SAP HANA - the configurations there are slightly different than the standard ABAP repository ones.
Please check the following in the ABAP Repo constansts:
    a) JCO_CLIENT_ASHOST - try with full hostname, sometimes it is not resolved correctly
    b) JCO_CLIENT_SYSNR - make sure you get the right value here, same systems using different DBs have different client system nymbers
    c) JCO_CLIENT_CLIENT - the client used for the connection
    d) JCO_CLIENT_USER - the user used for the connection, as i said it might not be a dialog user.

  • Error in Initial Load of Products from ECC to CRM

    Hi ,
Im getting below errors In initial load of MATERIAL from ECC to CRM.
<b>Data cannot be maintained for set type COMM_PR_MAT
Data cannot be maintained for set type COMM_PR_UNIT
Data cannot be maintained for set type COMM_PR_SHTEXT</b>
    <b>My Analysis is</b>
I found these set types are already assigned in other base category and around 100+ materials are created using this base category.
After initial load of DNL_CUST_PROD1, i found these set types are not assigned to any of the categories of hierarchy R3PRODSTYP. Since R3PRODSTYP is not having above set types, my initial load is failing.
    <b>Required Solution</b>
Is there any other way, I can download materials from ECC to CRM, with out deleting the existing materials and Z hierarchy created earlier from CRM.

    Hi there,
Try to attach the Set Types:
    "COMM_PR_MAT", "COMM_PR_UNIT", "COMM_PR_SHTEXT", COMM_PR_BATCH, COMM_PR_LGTEXT, COMM_PR_LGTEXT1,COMM_PR_LGTEXT2,
to the Category "MAT_" and then run the Initial load again.
It should work now unless you have some other issues.

  • How to use more than one application server during initial load?

    Hi,
we plan to use more than one application server in CRM during initial download in order to increase the number of parallel requests and to decrease the time for the initial load. Is there a way to allocate requests to more than one server? Is is possible via multiple rfc connections for consumer CRM in CRMRFCPAR?
    Thanks.

    Hi Naresh,
thanks for your answer. It has solved my problem. SMLG is the transaction that I was looking for.
Two more OSS notes that helped me to guide our basis into the right direction:

  • Error while Initial load

    Hi Forum,

DNL_CUST_KTOKD,DNL_CUST_TVKN,DNL_CUST_TVLS,DNL_CUST_TVPV... which are to be loaded before doing initial load of CUSTOMER_MAIN.
while doing initial load of customizing objects iam getting the below mentioned error

when I regenerate these objects(generated with errors)from the context menu I find no difference.
I have also referred to the <b>Note :637836 and 661067</b> which also suggests to run few reports and GN_START but inspite of doing all the corretion parameters in the note Iam still unable to come out of the situation.

    All,
It appears that the page Javascript maximum limit size was reached. The error stopped appearing after some of the page Javascript code was removed out to Application Static Files. I wonder if there exists any "direct" indicator by the system whenever the size limit has been reached?
Again, the run error only occurred when the page was loaded in "Debug" mode.

  • Lock Object error during batch load

Batch load was delayed about an hour. First error message in the Server Log said "Object is already locked by user""Error 1053010 processing request [Lock Object]-Disconnecting"Then it went through a series of "Object locked by user admin" and "received client request: create Temporary Object(from user admin)"It did this several times until connection.Although from time to time we have had problems with Objects getting locked and preventing maintenance in the Application Manager. This is the first time that is has prevented a batch load. Does anyone know what could have triggered this during the load process?

This happened to us a lot, I think it's due to people opening objects, then letting their session time out, leaving a phantom lock.We solved the problem by calling the UNLOCKOBJECT function before any dimbuilds. 99.9% of the time this raises an error, "..object x is not locked..", but the rare time that the otl is inadvertently locked, it prevents the script from failing.<br><br>HTH,<br><br>Jeff McAhren<br>Dallas, Texas<br><br>ex to unlock the outline for app/db flash:<br><br>UNLOCKOBJECT 1, "FLASH" "FLASH" "FLASH"

  • Error during Initial Provisioning/Modify: Inconsistency with address

    Hi all
During Initial Provisioning (and also after any modif) of some users I get the following errors:
    E:Failed storing DDIC
E:Exception from Mod operation:Inconsistency with address
I:MX_PERSON has valid company address assignment.
I:The entry with MSKEY "69802" has MSKEYVALUE "COMPANY:SAP_IDM_DEFAULT".
    E:Failed storing SAP*
E:Exception from Mod operation:Inconsistency with address
I:MX_PERSON has valid company address assignment.
I:The entry with MSKEY "69801" has MSKEYVALUE "COMPANY:SAP_IDM_DEFAULT".
    E:Failed storing SAPCPIC
E:Exception from Mod operation:Inconsistency with address
I:MX_PERSON has valid company address assignment.
I:The entry with MSKEY "69802" has MSKEYVALUE "COMPANY:SAP_IDM_DEFAULT".
Surprisingly they're all "special users"; standard users are provisioned without errors (not related to the company address).
Unfortunately it's not mentioned in the logs which system has these inconsistencies, because mostly provisioning works well (for these users).
    Questions:
    1. Does anybody know how I can resolve or what combination of values lead to this error?
    2. Where can I add a Debug-Line to see which system(s) fail?
    Any help appreciated
    BR
    Michael

    I solved this.
First I added an Initialization script to the UpdateABAPUser-Pass which told me the repository and prints it as warning ot the job log.
Then I took a look at these ABAP-Systems using SU01 and realized that SAP*, DDIC and SAPCPIC don't have the mandatory "Lastname" set, so SU01 says "Inconsistency with address" (DE: "Schiefstand bei Adresse").
After I set this once on ABAP-side the UpdateABAPUser-Task ran fine.
But still I would have expected that IdM sets this attribute as long as it is set on IdM-side, especially since it is mandatory in the destination system. At least it could provide a more informative error message.
    Thanks for any help.

  • Error during Initial Upload from ECC to CRM

    Hi All,
I am getting an error while initial upload of BPs from ECC to CRM.
I have BP groupings defined in  ECC. I had set the filter settings for a particular BP group(e.g. ZSIR). BP upload to CRM was successful. But, when I changed the filter setting to another BP group(ZDAC) those BPs were not copied to CRM.
what might be the problem ?
If anyone has any documents on initial & delta upload kindly forward it to me at [email protected]
Any suggestions would be of great help !!!!

  • Privileges getting removed during initial load

    Hi All,
I was performing initial load,There is no error as such in initial load however privileges are removed from backend but available on IDM , any changes perform to identity all roles are provisioning to back end system.
When i have googled it , I have found few good links(http://scn.sap.com/thread/3400455) which says issue is fixed in IDM 7.2 SP8 ,however i am using SP8 but still facing same issue.
I have attached current version of Provisioning framework which is been used .... Please let me know it is right version.
Secondly, I have also attached script & version of IDM , Please advice on it.
    Regards,
    Ali

    Hi Ali,
I have seen and experienced this before.  If you are doing an initial load when the users are already in the system, you may well experience this since the load job is overwriting what your users have.
Take a look at this blog post I wrote:  Setting Write Permissions on ABAP Initial Loads.
I think it might help point you in the right direction.
    Thanks,

  • Perform rollback occurs during initial load of material

    Hi Gurus,
When we try to do the initial load of materials, only some part of the materials are replicated to SRM. We have the R3AC1 filter of taking only the materials with Purchasing view. We have no other filter. Although there are 576 materials that match this filter, only 368 materials are replicated to SRM.
One thing we have observed is that when we have a look at SM21 (System Log) we see "Perform rollback" actions. Below is the details of the log. Can anyone help on our issue?
