ERROR IN ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT

HI SAP GURUS,
I m new to CRM. I have a doubt that when i created an activity of SAMPLE DROPING I faced an error that PHYSICIAN has not maintained in header data.
Can any body solve my problem. If possible some 1 can send some document to my mail id [email protected]

you can create partner determination under CRM> basic functions>partner der...in there u can select the partner function employee responsible and use access sequenece 030 for this... and place this paartner dertermination in the transaction..
your empployee responsible will be picked up based on the user i.e when u create BP of role employee responsile in the identification tab u must specify the user..the other way of picking up the employee responsible is u specify ur BP with the role employee res in the organization...

Hi,
From your description, it is recommended to suspend the failed database copy at first using the cmdlet below.
Suspend-MailboxDatabaseCopy -Identity "xxx"
And then reseed the database with a new copy using Update-MailboxDatabaseCopy -Identity "xxx" -DeleteExistingFiles cmdlet.

Active Manager failed to mount database Mailbox Database?

So we had our stuff working fine with exchange 2010 rc and 08 r2 rtm... We installed antivirus on our server and now get the below message.... Everything "seems" to work though... We get two of these messages per reboot though... one with the main box database and one for the public folder one....
Again all seems to work okay, we have tried to remove AV but didnt fix.
Any suggestions?

I get this as well - two exchange 2010 SP1 UR2 servers. they host all roles on each, non-dag members as of now. Every time I reboot either server I get the same thing. MSExchangeRepl 3154 Service

Console error if I open acivity from Activity Management View

following error appears if I open manual activity from the Activity Management / Manual Activities / All Activities

This error doesn't appear if I open MA from Service Request. It happens with custom forms.

Error while activating Queue XBTR* in Manage Queues in TCODE sxmb_adm

Hello Experts,
SAP PI is sending the data to ECC through inbound proxy in PI SXMB_MONI it is showing Black colur flag as it is through but in R3 SXMB_MONI messages are in green colur flag showing it is in scheduled state.Data is in quues in SMQ2.
While i try to activate queues in SXMB_ADM it throwing as Error while activating Queue XBTR*
XBTR Queue is in SMQ2.

Check if the queue XBTR* is already registered in your SAP R3 server.
You have to do it first, if not already done.

i am getting folowing error while activation of the mapping object. Checked the cache and updated it .
there are no locks by any user also
Version management was unable to execute the last action because a temporary internal lock has been set. Repeat the action

Error in Activation of Transformation

Hi,
I was trying to activate my transformation, but there was an error during activation which I couldn't understand. I manage to track down the problem area. Here's my case:
I'm converting a Timestamp Source field to 2 Target fields, Time and Day. So I implemented routine to derive at the values with the following code.
    lv_tstamp = source_fields-/BIC/ZCRM_ICTS.
    CONVERT TIME STAMP lv_tstamp
      TIME ZONE 'UTC   ' INTO DATE lv_day TIME lv_time.
    result = lv_day (or lv_time).
The transformation activates successfully if the routine is implemented on 1 target field, but when I implement the routine for both target fields, it results in error during activation. No error occur when I check on the transformation.
Anyone had an idea why this is happening?

   Today morning i got error in activating process chains i.e
Request REQU_4474J8TRXC6B33CZGDZS2NKLQ(429,226) has not or not correctly been updated; Please edit
Activation of data records from ODS object CDEL_O01 terminated
Observations:
1.Request is green,out 6023,5234 transfered in the ods
2.I also check Psa maintainance i saw one red colour tab in 1st column for 10 data package and the error is
Value 'Error ' (hex. '4572726F72 ') of characteristic ZDELAYRKE contains invalid characters

1. Note the Request number in the manage screen
2. Delete the red request out of ODS.
3. RSA1 -> modellling -> find the PSA using the request #.
4. edit the error record -> save the update ->back to RSA1.
5. On the context menu of PSA select the update to data target manually
the data will be updated to ODS.

DAG Cluster Failed to Resume Primary Active Manager

Hi there,
I ran the StartDagServerMaintenance.ps1 script on our SiteA Exchange server then updated it and rebooted. SiteB Exchange server now has active Mailbox Database and is doing Client Access etc. After reboot of SiteA Exchange we had network issues and in the
process of troubleshooting I deleted the network adapters from Device Manager, and ran netsh int ip reset, then reconfigured them with their static IP's, and static routes for the Replication network.
Site A MAPI Network - 192.168.1.0/24
Site B MAPI Network - 192.168.2.0/24
Site A Replication Network - 10.10.1.0/24
Site B Replication Network - 10.10.2.0/24
Each site has one Exchange Server running all Roles and is in DAC Mode, on Exchange 2010 SP2.
Right now I cannot run the StopDagServerMaintenance.ps1 script because it says
Failed to resume the ability of the server SiteA-EX1 to host the Primary Active Manager, 'cluster.exe /cluster:SiteA-EX1 node SiteA-EX1 /resume' returned 5050.
In the EMC, Organization-Mailbox-DAG Networks, DagNetwork03 and DagNetwork04 say subnet 192.168.1.0/24 and 10.10.1.0/24 are Down and Unavailable.
In Failover Cluster Manager, Cluster Network 3 and Cluster Network 4 are in Status: Down.
I can ping all the subnets and Exchange IP addresses from both Exchange server.
SiteA Database copy is Healthy and no copy count. SiteB is Mounted.
EDIT: Networks are all up, question now is how do I move the PAM to the SiteA?
I tried this command:
Cluster.exe DAG1 group "Cluster Group" /moveto:SiteA-EX1
I get System error 5012 has occurred
The cluster group cannot be found.
The AlternateWitnessShareInUse is the alternate in SiteB.
When I run the command "cluster group" I get this:

The standby database has been activated previously but since then reverted back into its standby role. Prior to the
RMAN duplicate operation the "alter system reset control_files scope=spfile sid='*';" has not been executed (i.e. the
control files have not been overwritten).
check the incarnation on both the sides i.e primary & standby
list incarnation of database;
RMAN> reset database to incarnation 2;
database reset to incarnation 2
RMAN> exit
hope you can solve by restting the incarnation.

As per the below stack trace, looks like the root cause is for some reasons, portal framework Datasources (connection pools) are not able to connect to the Database having portal schema. Make sure that before you deploy, if possible test all the Datasources from weblogic admin console to make sure they are able to communicate with backend portal db schema. There should be a TestConnection for each portal datasource. Or may be there is some network issue preventing access to this database. Once db is connected properly and connection pool testing is fine, then deploy your portal EAR.

Error when activating datasource

Hello,
I am trying to create a new transaction data datasource assigned to a flat file source system. When i hit the check i get no errors but when i try to activate the activation fails with errors. The error Message No. RSO404 says "Error when activating Datasource". We are on BW 7.0 stack 12.
Has anyone seen this? It is hard to troubleshoot it when i get no real errors to go on. It is a very simple three field datasource with one characteristic, one key fig, and an additional currency characteristic. The key fig is in external format and references 0CURRENCY. Does anybody have any insight?

Regarding MSExchange Active Manager perfmon counter for exchange server 2010 sp1

Instance for MSExchange Active Manager perfmon counter is not created on Exchange Server 2010 SP1 but for MSExchange Active Manager Client and MSExchange Active Manager Server instances are created.
Will any can tell me why i am not getting any instance for MSExchange Active Manager on Exchange Server 2010 SP1.

Same error is coming for diffrent performance counter as well like ..MSExchange Throttling, MSExchange Middle-Tier Storage, MSExchange ResourceHealth.

Contact Person Determination - Activity Management

The Partner determination for our Activity Management's Contact Person is set up this way:
1 - Number of occurences (Highest): 1
2 - Access Sequence: Preceding Document > BP Relationships: Activity Partner
However, whenever I input the Activity Partner in the business activity, the contact person does not get determined automatically.
Any suggestions?

Our determination procedure is already setup as recurring when we got the error.
Anyway, I was able to solve it by checking:
1 - Wait Until Source is available
2 - Alternative Follow access
