Error in display print preview of PF Form....

Hi gurus,
I am able to generate the report for the transaction code pc00_m40_EPF for form 12A. but could not get print preview for the same.
I am getting the results but couldn't generate report. its giving (print error) Last month payroll results not available for employee no. 00000001 though i have payroll results for that period. Please guide me..
Point will be awarded immediately n accordingly.

Cannot find PDL type for output device LP01
This is related to Printer
still you are not able to get the desired results for Form12B
Cross check
the entire configuration of your PF and check the Live results are being updated in Clusters or not
still if the problem presists please contact me you can check my Bcard

Hi,
Follow below Steps:
1) Double Check your program and smartform names where you are attached in nace transaction.
2)check your templates and tables having formatting issues.
3)Finally create dummy of your smartform. then delete one by one window in smartform check it and trace out in which window error is existing.
even i faced same problem.
in my case i gave wrong line and column numbers under the template node texts. it won't show the error in smart form but while executing transaction out put could not issued.

Can not get print preview of Adobe forms

Hi Gurus,
I am not able to see the print preview of adobe forms, and when i click on print preview, i get this error code..
Exception SYSTEM_ERROR
Message ID: FPRUNX Message number: 001
I don't see any logs from SM21, and so I don't think this some code error... I configured ADS as per the document, and all the configuration tests are passed except this print preview...
Any suggestions?

Error when Display/Print my expense report,travel request and travel plan

Hello experts,
I had configurated the ADS and ESS successfully.We are using ESS and interactive form now.
And we had developed some interactive form and they work fine .
In page "My Trips and Expenses   " , there are 4 tabs " All My Trips"," My Travel Requests"," My Travel Plans " and " My Expense Reports " .
When I selected one row of table and click button " Display/Print" , I got the error :

Issue While printing / Previewing a Adobe form in Web Dynpro ABAP application

Dear All,
We have designed 4 different adobe forms using SFP transaction for 4 different countries in SAP system.
Every country have different terms and conditions and therefore we have placed static texts (Hardcoded text) with text in different styles. Some text is in bold, some in different font (Bold, Italic). Font and Paragraph settings of the text was done as per expected. All the forms have same font and paragraph settings.
When we Launch Web Dynpro ABAP application to open the form in Print preview or to take print, form is not getting displayed / printed as it is designed in SFP. But if you open the form in SFP, everything looks fine.
It is working fine for 3 different forms but problem with only 1 form.
Kindly guide what is the reason for this strange issue when previewed or taken print. It is very urgent.

Thanks for your responses.
We had identified the reason.
Customer has provided terms and conditions for all 4 countries in PDF document. Along with PDF, for 3 out of 4 countries customer has shared pre-prepared word document with pre aligned and justified terms and conditions as per expected outcome. We copied this text from word to Adobe form layout. It worked fine. For 1 country, customer have not shared terms and conditions in word document. Therefore we had copied text directly from adobe PDF document in to Form layout. Then this issue happened.
Solution for this issue is to, prepared a word document with expected alignment and justification of terms and conditions text . Then copied from word to adobe livecycle designer form layout. It worked fine.

Cannot display Print Preview

Hi, I am working on 3.1 version. I created plants, PO and did assignments. Uploaded master data. Everything is okay, but when I want display or print Preview PO through Transaction ME90 (ME9F in 4.7) it simply does nothing. It is not showing anything. Do I forget to do any configuration like assigning PO layouts to Company code.

Please check if you have set up the following ;
1) Define the PO Output Type (NEU, for instance) in spro .
2) Assign your PO Form and PO Print-out Program in spro.
3) Define Message Schema for Purchase Order. This step consists of two sub-steps -
3a) Maintain Message Determination Schema: Purchase Order. In this case use the Procedure RMBEF1.
3b) Assign Message Schema to your PO.
4) Maintain the Condition Record for your PO Message Type via Transaction MN04.

SMARTFORM-> execute->execute->pass values if require to import & table parameters ->execute-> on the pop up window give Printer name as LP01 and press print preview.
For debussing -
1. write BREAK POINT in the code window.
2. Put a break point on the call function in the driver program
3. put a brak point in the generated Function module.

but i am getting errror message "system message 038 from SSFCOMPOSER does not exist" .

Hi,
I think there is an error in the Smartform assigned to this transaction or the address window is not filled in the smartform of that particular PO, it throws an error.
If there is a problem in smartform check it and do check the condition for address window, bcoz u try to print empty address window it will throw an error and check even the transaction NACE wether correct Smartform is assigned or not.

Problem in Print preview of smart forms in different servers.

Print preview is different in different systems(development and Quality) for the same smartform, though everything is same.
both are seen on print preview of locl printer, and I have checked the settings of locl in spad also and this also has no difference, there is absolutely no difference in smartform ,style paragraph format or character format.
Can anyone please let me know what could be the problem.
Help is appreciated.

ADS connection error while clicking print preview button

Hi Experts
i am getting the following errors while executing
1) By clicking printpreview button under executing FP_TEST_00
ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: Problem accessing d(200101)
Message no. FPRUNX001
2) FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE by selecting with destination service check box.
SYSTEM Error: com.adobe.ProcessingException:Problem accessing data from Destination :dest:FP_ICF_SID//sapbc/fp/form/layout/FP_FORM_SECURITY_TEST.XDP
3) FP_CHECK_HTTP_DATA_TRANSFER

I checked in the Visual Admin and noticed that
There are two groups and user exists
Gruops :- ADSCALLERS, ADSCallers
User :- ADSUSER
According to docuemnt i tryied to add in the mapping area under security roles tab
ADSUser is showing under the groups Everyone, Authenticated users
But ADSUser is not showing under the both the groups ADSCallers, ADSCALLERS groups

I had same problem
I made a mistake in VA that insted of destination system i used java system SID for the connection FP_ICF_DATA_<SID>.
now i changed the connection to ABAP system in VA . FP_ICF_DATA_<SID>.
Example : lets say your java system is TTS and your ABAP system is TTR
initiall i configured FP_ICF_DATA_TTS in my java system by using VA but this is wrong.
then i changed to FP_ICF_DATA_TTR with client information and user information. and this is worked for me.
i made sure the ADS users are working on both the systems and these users are created as service users insted system users.
now my ADS services are working fine

Error in PO Print Preview

Hi ,
We have a PO with line items 10,20 which was sent to vendor ,the PO received by the vendor shows now both line item 10,20
and now the vendor has delivered goods.
After some time, when we add new line item 30 to the same PO, and when PO is sent to vendor he is receiving PO document with lines items (10, 20) that have already been received and closed. This is causing problems to some of the suppliers that auto-upload these PDF POs by creating duplicate lines and over-shipments. We want the Vendors to receive the PO only with line item 30 which is open and it should not show line items 10,20 as they were already received and closed.
Pl. suggest me how to make vendor receive PO only with line items which are open

In PO at item level, please check for 'delivery completion' indicator. you can write a logic to delete this line item which is having 'del completion' as flagged.
another way is to check with ordered quantity and in EKBE table, delivered quantity and if it is matching, you can filter out the line item.
