Error in PR transfer.

Hello experts,
We are implementing SRM 5.0 integrating with ECC 6.0 in classic scenario.
When the PR is transferred the shopping cart created errors out after trying to create a reservation. This occurs if stock exists for the item in the backend. If we deactivate the availability check in MM (MRP2), again the error dissappear. If there is an error the item is not set as source_rel_ind and does not appear in sourcing cockpit.
Is there a way that we can bypass this avaiability check. We have maintained the settings define objects in backend system as
Int. Proc. "Always external procurement"
Ext. Proc. "PO if item data is complete. else PR"
For the above setting why should the system be checking the stock and try to create a reservation.
Any inputs suggestion on this issue will be of great help.

Hi Friends,
                I face a error message "Include text ZGA_DUN_HDR does not exist (object TEXT, ID ST)" when i run the dunning run.
                I had searched every node for text ZGA_DUN_HDR in the smartform,I didnt find the text in it.
However when I execute the smart form for print preview an error message "Printing dunning notices using SMARTFORMS,error during parameter transfer".This error i believe is due to wrong parameter passing in the fm 'GET_SF_DUNN_DATA'.It raises an error no_parameters_found.All parameters are passed correctly.
                Can you guys help me out.

we have upgraded BW3.1 to BI 7.0, we are getting error while activating transfer structure for 0mat_sales_attr and 0mat_sales_text.
Error is Error while creating table 'EDISEGMENT' entry '/BIC/CIOD0MAT_SALES_TEXT'

Diagnosis

Please check whether the relevant entry already exists
I have tried report RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL also, but no success.
I have checked table and entry is there. i have checked we31 for segment there also segment is existing.

Error while migrating transfer rules

Hi all,
When migrating 2LIS_02_SCL transfer rules to transforamtions I got a shotdump "ASSERTION_FAILED in 'CL_RSTRAN_TEMPLATE->CREATE_ROUTINE" for this I have implemented Snote : 986199 after this when I am migrating transforamtions are getting created but showing syntax errors (for this transfer rules there are standard routines ) .Can anyone help me to sort out this issue.

Hello,
unfortunately not all transfer rules can be migrated automatically.The migration of the business content transformation is done on customer project base. This means some of the adjustments needs to be done manually.
Please adjust the rules to the ABAP OO compliance.

Error when transporting transfer rules

Hi, i got an error when i transport transfer rules. i got the following errors in various transfer rules:
Mapping between data source 0CUSTOMER_ATTR and source system EMP300 is inconsistent
AND
Reference to transfer structure 0CUSTOMER_ATTR_BB not available. No activation possible.
I tried to activate the data sources and transport them several times, but i got the same errors. Checking manually i can see the data sources active in my source system, in development and productive instances.

Do you choose the correct Transfer Structure in DEV?
I mean the one that is assigned to EMP300.
Are you saying that your PROD have the following:
0customer_text_BA
And that your DEV only have the following:
0customer_text_BB
If the answer to the above questions is YES;
Find out if some one has assigned ATTR to 0CUSTOMER directly in PROD or somebody has changed 0CUSTOMER_ATTR in DEV without transporting it to PROD.
I think that one way to resolve this problem is to use the option "overwrite origanls" in STMS.
Use it with caution and do not mass transport when you use this option.

ive encountered an error in uploading data from R3 using DTP in a specific cube and it says "Exceptions in Subset: Load and Generation" and "Dump: ABAP/4 processor: MESSAGE_TYPE_X", how can i fix this problem? is there any problem with the upgrade process of our system or in KERNEL? and what is KERNEL? Please help me guys.....

I am have written a program with labview to make transient c-v measurement using a stanford research SR830 lockin amplifier. The program seems to be runing fine, but sometimes it is givvibg an error:

but if I press ok, the program again starts running. What might be the poblem? BTW I googled a bit and I see that in the labview topic "RS-232 Framing Error with HP 34401A Mulitmeter" by pkennedy32 this is what is said about framing error:
""Framing Error" in an RS-232 context means a very specific thing - when the receiver was expecting a stop bit, the line was not in SPACE condition. This can be the result of:
1... Baud rate mismatch (although other problems would likely crop up first).
2... Data Length problem, If I send 8 data bits and you expect 7, the stop bit is in the wrong place.
3... Parity setting mismatch - If I send 7 data bits + parity and you expect 7 data bits and no parity, the stop bit is in the wrong place.
4... Mismatch in # Stop bits - If I send you 7 Data bits + parity + one stop bit, and you expect 7 data bits + parity + TWO stop bits, the second one might not be correct, although most devices do not complain about this.
But, I must say that this is the same com port setting that I use to measure c-v hysterysis, but I never gt this error there.
I attach the program herewith for your kind perusal. Please help me resolve this issue.

@Dennis Knutson you are right I checked the read indicator in backslash mode, and instead of a \n it is sending \r. So I changed the \n in my write strings to \r. But, if I keep the CLOSE VISA outside my loop instead of inside as you suggested, the termination character appears to come in the middle of the read string instead at the end. And since the read terminates at the \r so it is displaying some junk value before the \r, but if I put the CLOSE VISA outside the loop and play along with the bytes at the read buffer, I see the whole read string with the \r at the end of the string. But, whenever the values are in exponential form (when close to zero) like 6.938839 e-5, I always get a time out error whatever be the timeout that I put at the VISA initialize. And subsequently, if I stop the program and run it again the machine program hangs and I donot get any reading. Then after I close it again and start, sometimes it hangs for some more or starts working. If I put an arbitrarily large byte count at the READ VISA, then I always get the time out before the operation completed error.
@ Ravens Fan I have removed the CSAC VI altogether and taking the CH! And CH” reading separately, instead as one string. So, no more issues with that.
I use the control at the delay so that I can choose how much delay I want to set, and I use the math operation because I am using adding up the delay time to keep track of the time elapsed. Because in the end I have t plot a time vs. CH! And CH” readings.
I am not sure but probably I am making some silly errors. Please help me out.

TFTP 'configuration update' from 5508 WLC fails stating reason as '%Error: Config file transfer failed – Unknown error –refer to log'

Dear Experts,
I have two WLCs and other management devices as part of same subnet. I am able to upload ‘configs’ from all the devices on to my TFTP server. However when I am attempting to do the same from one of my WLC, it is failing consistently stating error message as:
‘%Error: Config file transfer failed – Unknown error –refer to log
Has anyone else too faced the same issue and how would we overcome this? Any specific debug that could help get more details on it?
Though the error message says, refer to log but still I don’t see anything that gets reflected in ‘Monitor logs’ which is related to ‘configuration file’ upload failure.
WLC code: 7.4.100.0

Just a soft reboot helped me solved the problem :). Still I am on 7.4 and facing no issues after this.
Apologies for coming too late to respond. Getting a down time window was not that easy and so was much delayed to try soft reload. I am still on 7.4 and facing no issue.
Glad that in your case it starting working all of a sudden. Could you please verify from 'show tech-support' to confirm if by chance your WLC had undergone any crash that could have caused the WLC to reload and thus accidently fixing the issue :)

I am very new to SAP and SRM as well. I am doing a scenario in which R/3 backend system that is SAPSRM5 system will SAPSRM SUS is communicating for PO to INVOICE. I done everything that is PO is reaching from R/3 to SUS and confirmation and ASN from SUS to R/3 backend system. These connection is fine.
When I am creating Invoice and sending it ro R/3 then it is Showing me two errors:-
Errors:Error in parameter transfer ( Item XXX )
Errors:System status INCM is active (SUS Invoice XXXXXXXXXX)
Can anyone tell me why these errors are coming and how to avoid these error.

I recently had a data transfer from my older mac to my newer one. After the transfer I logged into my new account and opened up my GarageBand. It worked perfectly fine, however when I logged into my old account with all my older data that I just transferred over, I could not open my GarageBand files and there is an error that states "GarageBand error after data transfer that states "This song requires a newer version of GarageBand. Please update to the latest version of GarageBand before opening this song".If anyone could please help me with this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank You!

When you transferred your data from your old mac, you may have accidentally transferred an older GarageBand version and either overwritten your newer version, or your old account still has the old GarageBand icon in the Dock.
Search with SpotLight, if you have more than one Garageband version on your new Mac (type "GarageBand" into the SpotLight search field). Does it list more than one GarageBand version? Then delete the older GarageBand.app.
What GarageBand version have you been using at your old mac, and what is the version on your new mac? If it has been bought recently, it should have come with GarageBand '11.

Error in Stock Transfer

Dear All,
         When i am creating STO, upto Excise invoice(JEX) process is ok. STO-Repl. DEl.-Billing - Excis Invoice.
         But when in another plant at the time of goods recipt(MIGO) with reference to Excis Invoice(JEX) it shows the error of Base Value, it shows the message that base value for that material is not maintained.All the value BED,Ecess,Hr.Ecess are call in migo wrt to invoice but base value is zero and it appears in gray field & because of this Goods receipt cannot be done.
        Plz send some Solution for this problem.

Assuming you are transferring from one plant to another in same company code. So the delivery type is NL.
1. Your base value is coming as 0 because while you are creating PO your can see your net value is coming as 0 beside quantity as 1 EA (Page 1) and this is correct because in stock transfer you need not to charge other plant as they booth are in same company code only excise need to be issued.
2. Page 5. I can see an error as values for condition type JEXP, JCEP and JA1S are not accumulating in net instead they are going into TAX. But they should be accumulated into NET and not in TAX. Just for your info Excise duty are considered as discount and surcharge and not as TAX. You can correct it by going to condition type and change its class as A instead of D.
3. For error message as maintain vendor for the excise invoice you need to maintain in J1ID and you problem will be solved.
4. For error message base value as 0. You follow below steps to solve your problem.
a. Goto IMG> Logistics General> Tax on Goods Movements> India> Tools> Message Control.
b. Execute and make new entry as
4F 121 ____ _____ Warning.
This will solve your problem.
