Error in reinit delta

hi every body, i am trying to reinit the delta, but i am getting an error message as " No Transfer structure available in the source system " i am doing this in production system ,

Hi Vinod,
Can you please check if the SAP note 914268 is applied in your system, if not please apply
the note and check if the problem is resolved.
If the error still exists please let us know the name of the datasource you are trying to
reinit and the error code (not the error message) that you get when trying to reinit?

Hi,
I look at the transaction ST22 to see which type of error has given you. Take a look at the notes to correct the error.
Another option is to look at OSS notes, because the error is giving you a standard extractor.

I m getting the same message while trying to update the contract using FM "bbp_pd_ctr_update".
When I go and check the Item or header it is not marked for Deletion. Is there any table or field which indicates that it is marked for Deletion.
Any help on this is highly appreciated.

Error when loading delta update from DSO to cube

Error while loading Delta request from one ODS to another

Hi,
I have 2 ODS . ODS1 is the source ODS and ODS2 is the target ODS. ODS1 has full loads daily
I have initialised delta from ODS1 to ODS2 and i was loading delta on a daily basis.
Today while loading from ODS1 to ODS2 it failed. Then i deleted the data from ODS2 (Target ODS) and tried loading again. But it again said 'No delta possible'. So i deleted the full loads from ODS1. But when i load again it says the previous delta is invalidated since the full loads in the ODS1 are deleted. Can anyone of you please let me know how to handle this situation without re-initialising.

Hi,
I am not sure if you can go ahead without initializing again.
I feel you may not have reset the datamart before pulling the repeat delta. This was a mistake. On top of that you have pulled a Full request. It should have been ideally a full repair.
If you still have that full request in target try converting that into full repair by using this SE38 > RSSM_SET_REPAIR_FULL_FLAG (Change a full request to full repair request ) .
If it works you have a chance of continuing with your deltas. But you may have lost the last delta.
If it doesnt work and you have not pulled any delta after that load you have two options to retrieve the delta.
1. See if its in PSA. then pull from PSA and once done force request to green , next delta should be fine.
2. If its not there try reset the datamart in source ODS and pulling the delta again.
If both doesnt work you may need to perform full repair and then reinit.

I have loaded in process chain a ODS in Delta, the load was not successfull it went in error stating that : "The last delta load is still running; no new request possible" and so i deleted the request from manage. But still its showing the same information when i open the infopackage.
wat can be done to load the data in Initialize Delta Process.

Hi Poomagal,
This is due to mismatch in the Delta Queue.
u might have missed a delta before this request which has failed. Its stating that "The last delta load is still running; no new request possible". This means that there is a previous request which has not loaded in the target.
Just check in PSA or in DataSource Manage tab whether there is request which has not been loaded in the target.
If u find any request then load that request first and then repeat the failed request.
U need to make the QM Status manually red even if its red in RSMO as well as in Manage tab of the target before deleting the request from the target. and then when u start the info package it will give a pop up as Repeat of last delta again. If it doesnot give then it wont bring the delta load which has failed.

Error while enabling Delta on HCM_Stageing_Area

I'm reading an Import File and trying to enable delta. Unfortunately it fails with following error messages:
Error inserting entry in delta. DN:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("MXMC_OPER"."LOGENTRIES"."DN")
And:
Error selecting record in delta. SQL:SELECT operation, entid, changejob FROM logentries WHERE dn=? AND ownerid=? DN:
IdM is running on Windows 2008 R2 and its database on Oracle 10.2.
On Win2k3 and MSSQL it is running smoothly.
Any idea will be helpful.

Error while implementing Delta Load

Hello Experts,
I need your help.
I am trying to extract data from SAP R/3 to BI system.
The R/3 system contains data from 1999-2008 fiscal year. I extracted data for fiscal yr 2007,2006 and 2005 successfully and created a delta info package
In the delta info package I didn't specify any fiscal year limit under the Data selection tab.
I started a background job which needs to run daily. Now my issue is the load came up with an error stating time limit exceeded. I believe the number of data packets exceeded. The request showed a warning sign and it got stuck there. I tried to delete that request and consequently delete the whole delta info package and creating a delta package freshly.
But when I tried to start the process of extraction, the following message popped up. Please tell me what I need to next.
Init. select. for field name currently running in request REQU_464F7XQP5TZIEJPIS0MUV32IB
Message no. RSM1070
Diagnosis
Init. selection for field name with the 'From value' and the 'To-value' , is currently running in request REQU_464F7XQP5TZIEJPIS0MUV32IB.
Procedure
Wait until the init. selection is completed; check the load status in the Monitor.

Hello guys,
I tried to delete the delta request by right clicking on the infopack and hitting manage, and then selecting the particular request and hitting delete.
But when I tried to create a new infopack and initialize it it constantly gave me the same error saying that I need to delete the previous request.
There is another place where you need to delete the request from.
You need to double click on the delta infopackage and on the top menu click on
Scheduler > Initialization options for Source System > Now select the particular delta request and delete it.
This solves the problem and helps you to reintialize the delta load using the new delta infopackage

Error while doing Delta using 0FI_AA_11 ..

I am trying to load ODS : 0FIA_DS11 (Transactions (Delta) using standard datasource : 0FI_AA_11 (FIAA: Movements).
When I am trying to load I am getting following error :
" <b>Extraction of 0FI_AA_11 not possible. Extract 0ASSET_AFAB_ATTR first BWFIAA 4"</b>
I have already loaded 0Asset_afab, both texts and attributes and activated.
Also I have activated : BAdi: <b>FIAA_BW_DELTA_UPDATE</b> in R/3, which SAP Help says we need to activate it.
This error comes only when i tryig to do Delta or Init with data trsnfer.Init without data transfer and full load works fine.Also RSA3 shows record.
Any Help wud b appreciated and rewarded by points!!

Please load master data first that load 0ASSET_AFAB_ATTR first and some other master data and then load the ODS 0FIA_DS11.

Error while Doing Delta upload

While loading the deltas in SD Module we are getting the error that 'No SID value for 0BILLTOPRTY and 0SOLD_TO'. We already run the delta for Customer.
Even though we are able to see that record in customer, we are getting the error.

Unknown error message at delta load

We are working with the IPC 3.0, SP17 in a stand alone version. For data loading we are using always the initial load. Since the condition data get more and more, it needs to much time for loading that with the initial load and we want to use the delta load now. When I have made the customization in the R3 system, now I have the problem that I get always the following error messages:
java.lang.Exception: A901 is not existing in global scheme. (A901 is a customer condition table, but for SAP tables I get the error message, too)
java.lang.Exception: Specified source/destination Type doesn't exist in Scheme
I do not found any documentation about this error messages.
Can someone help me ?

Error while init delta in source system

I use generic data source with generic delta
Delta field - DATUM (Calendar date)
Safety Interval Upper Limit = 1
Delta type = "New Status for Changed Records"
My underline table for data source has 53 records. All records DATUM field value is 2010/09/27.
I'm trying to do Init load today (2010/09/28) and getting no data with error message:
"Data in queue of DataSource Z_PU_IS_PS_98 has been deleted"
Why???? If we count "Safety interval upper limit 1" we'll get 2010/09/28 - 1 = 2010/09/27, so all records in table MUST BE catched by Init!
The data queue for the data source in RSA7 contains " - - " that is an empty value.
My question Why I can't init data source thou

The last changed timestamp is 12:28:00. Delta extraction begins at 13:00. The safety interval for the lower limit is 180secs. The safety interval for the delta request is: 12:25:00 to 13:00:00. Upon completion of the extraction, the pointer is set to 13:00:00.

Error with Generic delta extractor when checking in RSA3

Hi,
I have created one Test Generic Datasource based on Table MARA.Delta specific field I mentioned is LAEDA(Last changed On). After creating I have generated the datasorce also. But when I check the datasource in RSA3, I am getting error if Update Mode is "D". Error is "An error occurred during extraction". I am not seeing this datasource in RSA7 (Delta Queue).
If I say Update Mode is "F", then extractor is working fine.It is fetching some records.

Hi Sirneni,
Is your Init load in BW successfull. Only after
successfull completion of init load in BW the data source appears in delta queue RSA7 in R/3. Also check whether any materials are being changed in R/3 because u r delta is based on last changed date.
