Error in Tcode

Hello All
I have created one Tcode for Table maintanence. when I entered the Tcode, I m getting an message like "Create Data Processing function Module". How can I go about this.

Just check if the function group that you had created is deleted in the table maintainence generator.
Second option is:
Go To SE11 give the table name
Go to Utilities->table maintainence generator
Click change button
You get a popup asking reason to change
Choose all check boxes and say enter
In maintainence screens select overview screen and single screen
In fields select both check boxes and say enter.
Now check if the transaction code is still assigned. If so then check the transaction else create a new trx code.

Error in Tcode FK01

hi,
i have some issue regarding FI area.
when i use tcode fk01 for creating vendor master data .
system shows rumtime error .

The "deep" data are the dynamic data objects - strings, internal tables and boxed components as well as data and object reference variables. Could it be that some structure that is part of WPLFA1 has been enhanced with a deep component on your system?
I'm not 100% sure what and where the problem is... let's try to isolate it.
Are there any customer append structures added directly to WPLFA1? Is there any other structure besides LFA1 "included" directly in WPLFA1, in other words?
Does the check on LFA1 show errors as well? Then we have to work down from LFA1...

Error in Tcode AJAB ?

I excute Tcode AJAB to close Fiscal year of 2008 for FI-AA but i get this error :
" Depreciation Area number 31 is already closed for Fiscal year 2008 "

is the message number AC 424?
Then the source of the problem seems to be an incorrect closed fiscal year (T093B-ABGJA) in table T093B.
In case the above is correct my proposal would be either to use OAAR as stated before, or if OAAR is not possible to update the database T093B temporary to change the last closed fiscal year directly.

Since the runtime is caused by a time-out, did you investigate if the following notes is applicable?

Error in TCode FNFR

I am getting an error while running Tcode FNFR.
Number range object <Company Name> <Object>: Interval not found
I tried to increase the intervals.

I think Jeremy's suggestions are good. I just wanted to add that as the message says the interval is not found, if we take this at face value then there should be a missing interval for the number range object. If you go to SNRO and enter the object in the message you will be able to check the intervals. I'm not familiar with this transaction but some objects have differnt intervals for periods such financial year, if this is a very intermittent activity it could be that no one has created the new interval for the new period.

Error in Tcode-PRFI

Hi,
When I execute Tcode PRFI, I get the following error 'Number range object HRTR_PDOC : Interval not found'. When I check in th eTcode SNUM for the number range object, I find it there.
What could be the probable reason for this error?

Hi gurus,
im getting the following error in the tcode KOK3 (Collective Disp. Internal Orders , part of FI/CO package, KAUF), after applying the new support pack. Error is as follows:
System error: Error in routine T021Q_SON_LESEN SAPMKAUFORC 0
Message no. F4308
Diagnosis
An internal error has occurred.
System Response
Processing cannot be continued.
Procedure
Contact SAP to clarify whether the error can be corrected by a program adjustment or by changes in the parameters.
In order to clarify the error situation, specify the routine T021Q_SON_LESEN in which the error occurred, as well as any other parameters (if specified in the message) which could refer to a key which does not exist.
It tried to find the routine T021Q_SON_LESEN (may be due to its inactivation), but was unable to do find that.

Error Running tcode RSMDCNVEXIT

Hi All, While running tcode RSRV in BW stage(upgraded to 7.0) to check consistency of infoobject 0RT_SEAYR, I got inconsistency error:
"There are 1 values with the wrong internal format in the SID table"
when I run RSMDCNVEXIT to Convert Inconsistent Internal Characteristic Values. I get the below error.
Data conversion functions are no longer supported
Both Dev & Stage BW environments have this error. BW producion which is on 3.5 doesn't have this error.

I went back and reviewed the doc on RSMDCNVEXIT as I have been struggling with trying to cleanup our MD before we convert to 7.0.
The Help for RSMDCNVEXIT says something to the effect that with 3.0, the BW's consistency checks are strict enough that you should have inconsistencies any more. But there are different things that can still cause MD inconsistencies, such as MD load failures, or a new Note that indicates running MD reorgs can cause problems ( Note 1071894 - Master data inconsistent after master data re-organization recommends not running any MD reorgs until they fix the bug).
For inconsistencies that can not be corrected via RSRV my only suggestion is to try to the Delete Master Data. Maybe the inconsistency is for a value that is not in any transactions. If nothing else a review of the MD Delete log in SLG1 should tell you what the first (and hopefully only) InfoProvider is that it found the SID in question. From there, perhaps you could perform a Selective Deletion and then reload that transaction witha good SID value. Maybe you just live with inconsistency if it won't effect user's queries.
Might be a good question to open a Customer Message with SAP about. What do they recommend to correct a MD inconsistency. I'd like to see SAP's response.

However, this is not alliowed..
Maybe a substring was intended to be used 1n a paraneter transfer

Error in TCode S_ALR_87013431 "Confirmation Using Operation List" selection

Hello Experts,
I think I have encountered an error in the functionality of the S_ALR_87013431 "Confirmation Using Operation List" in ECC 6.0.
When I select the "collective time confirmation" checkbox, the intended functionality is (form the transaction help) "If you select this field, the report program enters the selection result directly in the collective entry screen, without previously displaying a list of results from which you can reselect."
However, if I check the box, the results still don't appear directly in the collective entry screen, but still as a list of results.
Is there some configuration missing? Have you encountered a similar error?

i think there is some problem with the transaction ,in easy access menu it is displayed as S_ALR_87013431 confirmation with operation selection.
i think same screen it has incorporated
you can use IW48 which fullfil your requirement

After entering the data in the first screen -- click on the enter -- enter the details inside & click on save button--then it will go run time error.

Actuallly here the problem with the class becuase the class cl_class_position_op_trs itself has error.
In the class , in the local classes they are calling again the class cl_class_position_op_trs. becasue of this reason it was going to run time error.

Did you go through the steps in the note?
Use transaction SE24 to distribute the local classes into new include structures as follows:
Call transaction SE24 for the class CL_CLASS_POSITION_OP_TRS.
Select the following menu option:
Goto --> Class-local types --> Local Class Definitions/Types
Confirm the message that proposes conversion into the new structures.
Choose Utilities --> Regenerate sections from the menu.
Activate the class and all changed objects.
Try and do this, and see what happens.

Refresh Runtime Error in TCODE DB02

Was just trying to refresh the statistics that I have for my DB Spaces in DB02, but I suddenly come up with this error. Can anyone tell me what this means and why this is suddenly happening (As I had no problems using this functionality just last week). Thanks!

My issue happened in the following SQL statement:

1) Please run the following sql query:
select fragtype, tabid, partn from sysfragments where partn = 0
2) Figure out which table it is:
select tabname from systables where tabid =<tabid>
3) Check the indexes of that table with oncheck -cI.
4) If you found indexes DISABLED, then you should enable them again.
5) To solve the problem you can:
-enable dropped indexes:
set indexes,constraints for <table> enabled;
-rebuild the indexes
Afterwards this operation should be corrected.

ABAP runtime error in tcode ME21N

We have activated IS-OIL Business Function Set in our ERP 6.0 system, after that when we execute tcode ME21N system giving short dump (Exception condition "MAX_SUBVIEWS_EXCEEDED" raised). I have search SAP Marketplace but no relevant sapnote found.

You canno't have more than 35 subviews if you have IS-OIL implemented.
