Error in Transfer Process (Urgent )

Hi,
I am working with a classic scenario and the problem is that after the Shopping cart is approved,the follow-on document is not getting created.
In the Follow on doc tab I get the status as "Shopping Cart Approved"
When I check the SC in t-code BBP_PD,I get the status as:
000000001 I1111 Item in Transfer Process (Active)
I also checked in RZ20 but could not find any log about the error. Also the background jobs CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2are running smooth.
I even checked out for dump in ST22 but could not find it
I am not able to understand how can I transfer the Shopping cart again so that the follow on document is created

Hello Yatendra,
You say that your SC ID exists in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB with a different LS. Which LS is it ?
I hope this is the target R/3 LS.
Is the error field flagged in this table entry ?
In application monitors, you should get an error message, in SC area. But then your SC status would be "In transfer error", so this can not be.
Can you check if you have a scheduled job named PO_JOB in SM37 ?
This kind of jobs are created if you have transient network communication errors with your R/3 system. In that case, the PO_JOB retries the backend document creation a certain number of times, depending on the customizing.
If nothing, also check ST22 in SRM and in R/3 as well.
Can you also check SM13 in SRM, to see if you don't have an update task stuck in SRM ?
Finally, use function BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT to resubmit the SC transfer.

    In BI 7,using info packages you can only load data upto PSA. To load the data from PSA to data targets we use DTP's.

    ive encountered an error in uploading data from R3 using DTP in a specific cube and it says "Exceptions in Subset: Load and Generation" and "Dump: ABAP/4 processor: MESSAGE_TYPE_X", how can i fix this problem? is there any problem with the upgrade process of our system or in KERNEL? and what is KERNEL?     Hi All,
    I created shopping cart for stock materials giving product id.(Quality system)
    This should create reservation as a follow on document.
    But reservations are  not getting created, instead it is showing error as 'Item in transfer process'.
    Please help me on this issue.

    The status I1111 means, that an error happened during the transfer, and now the SC is stuck with this status (normally one of the following status has to be set I1112 or I1113). In this case the system should create an entry in the alert monitor. Than the administrator has the possibility to retransfer or delete the SC.
    Is there any alert created for that specific SC in the alert monitor? If there is no error in the monitor, you can create this via the report BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED, as in the note 441768 described, and than the administrator will have the possibility to retransfer or to delete.
    But please note, that till the original problem of the transfer error is not solved, the reservation can not be created.
    Please check if the number range is correctly set both in the SRM and backend side, check also if you are able to create manually the reservation with the same data in the backend system.
    Is the problem thereby not solved, you will need to debug the SC transfer.

  • Errors druing Data Transfer process

    Hello!
    I go through the SAP BW example and have the following error by generating Data Transfer process.
    I have corrected the errors (from "EURO" to "EUR") in CSV-files, but I get still the errors:
    No SID found for value 'EURO ' of characteristic 0CURRENCY
    No SID found for value 'U1 ' of characteristic 0UNIT
    I have recreated the flat files/.csv-files, deleted and created the info cube, but the error still occurs.
    What are the steps to fix the error?
    How can I know which data source contains the error?
    What are the possible values for 0CURRENCY and 0UNIT?
    Can some one give some recommendation?

    Hello,
    You need to delete the data from PSA after an Unsuccessful load, if you want to load it again after correcting data in the source (Flat file in ur case). Right click ur datasource->Manage. Select the request which failed and hit the delete button (trash) at bottom. Now try loading it again.
    To get all possible values of currencies and units defined in your system. check contents of following tables:
    TCURC - Currency Codes (field -WAERS)
    T006 - Units of Measurement (field - MSEHI)

    1.i am loading the data into infoobject.
    2.got error in text data load.
    3.master info object have compound obj 0COUNTRY
    4.and other normal fields are 0TXTSH,0LANGU,sold-to-party.
    5.there is no PSA in this..its direct update to INFOobject.
    The error message is:

  • Error handling in process chain-doubts

    Hi ,
    I have some doubts in error handling of process chains.
    1) I have  aprocess load infopackeage and subsequent process is update fromPSA.
    process load infopackage got failed  , so i loaded  the IP manually and repeated the next i.e process update from PSA .
    How to correct the process chain from now?
    2) I have  aprocess load infopackeage and subsequent process is Delete request in infocube .process load infopackage got failed  , so i loaded  the IP manually and repeated the next process i.e Delete request in infocube. Chain continued by deleting the right request . How this is possible ?
    Plz  help me  as this is urgent and daily i have to deal with this  issues. If any documents on error handling is greatly appreciated.

    Errors in monitoring of process chains can be categorized into 4 different sections...
    Master data - Full Update
    Master data - Delta Update
    Transaction data - Full Update
    Transaction data - Delta Update.. in terms of loading of data which can be due to server shut down or system maintenance... errors due to incorrect entries in the OLTP system in which case you'll have to fix the errors in the PSA and manually load the data...
    Otherwise it can have errors on Attribute change run being locked by some other job... Aggregate Roll up failing because of attribute change run being run at the same time... Problem with hierarchies and save hierarchies...
    There can be problems with the data store activation if the ODS object contains any incorrect request sitting inside it... then, you need to delete the incorrect request and reload the data again...
    In case of Transaction Delta failure, you'll have to request for a repeat either manually in the infopackage or using the repeat option if available on right clicking the load event...
    For Master Data Delta failures, you need to do an Re-init by deleteing the previous initalization condition in the "initalization option for source systems" in the menu scheduler or reschedule the enitre chain... because, master data generally do not support repeat of last delta ...

    Hi,
    You can only use the type DTP for Direct Access as the target of the data transfer process for a VirtualProvider.

  • Stock Transfer process with message SPED

    Hi guys,
    I am trying to set up a stock transfer process, with a cross company purchase order that generates an outbound delivery which output message, SPED, generates the replenishment delivery through its internal process (standard program /SPE/STO_ID_PROCESSING, routine STO_ID_CREATION).
    It works fine as long as I do not pack the output delivery item.
    But when I pack the item the message processing results in error VL059 'You canot add this item to the delivery'.
    Please note that the packaging material is not managed in stock and that the warehouse is not managed per HU.
    As no OSS Note seemed relevant, I tried with:
    - Delivery type, setting the 'Generation of Delivery Items for HU Packaging Materials' flag;
    - Delivery type, canceling 'Item Requirement' routine;
    - Item category determination, filling all possible entry... ;
    - Copy control, from delivery default order type to replenishment delivery with packaging item category;
    - Packaging material type, changing "Indicator: Generate Delivery Items".
    If you have any suggestion (maybe a combination of the above!) please help!

    When the packaging material type is not set in customizing as a delivery item (if this is what you mean) I get exactly the same error.
    I tried to create a purchase order for the packaging itself and - after proper customizing - it did work.
    But still get the problem packing my outbound delivery item...
    If you mean something else please tell me.
    I read the FAQ, but find no useful information.

  • Item in Transfer Process : Re-submit FM-BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT

    SRM Experts,
    We are using SRM 5.0 and using classic scenario, so Purchase Order/Purchase Requisitions are created in the backend system.
    Some of the SC's gets stuck in item in transfer process, so we applied OSS note-1022756 and 1040878 in our system to re-submit the SC's by executing the FM-BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT. We are passing SC number and Backend Document number in the input parameters of the FM.
    It works fine in most of the stuck shopping cart except following scenario.
    Information:
    When we use the Outline agreement with the vendor in the sources of supply field, then SC is converted to Purchase Order in the backend system otherwise it creates Purchase requisition in the backend system.
    Problem:
    If SC has multiple line items using the different Outline Agreements in the Sources of supply field, then SC will create different purchase order for each line items of the SC. When these types of SC's are stuck in item in transfer process,
    then we re-submit it through FM-BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT.
    This FM doesn't have an option to input multiple backend document number, so we pass the one backend document number and SC number which results into creating one Purchase Order for all line items of the SC
    which is not correct. It should have created different Purchase Order for each Outline Agreements used in the SC.
    And if pass only SC number in the re-submit FM, then we are getting short dump.
    Is there anyway Re-submit FM can create multiple PO's for each Outline Agreement used in the SC or is there any other solution to this problem?
    This is an urgent problem. Please help!

    I would suggest you use the FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER to send the SC instead passing in the SC guid ID which you can get from transaction code BBP_PD.

  • How to delete / cancel a SC in transfer process ?

    Hello all
    We're on SRM 4.0 with SRM Server 5.0 SP08.
    We found one older SC from august this year still being in transfer process. Of course today this one is no more required (because the user  "solved" the problem by creating a new SC which could successfully be transferred to the backend).
    So my question is: how to get rid of this old SC being in transferred process? I'm not able to change or delete it using the BBP_MON_SC transaction. Are there other ways? Maybe using function module BBP_PD_SC_STATUS_CHANGE? But what to set in parameter I_ACTIVITY?

    Other alternatives ->
    1) The FM BBP_PD_SC_DB_DELETE deletes from persistent layer.
    2) The FM BBP_PD_SC_STATUS_CHANGE with 'DELE' activity, marks as deleted and keep the document in the persistent layer.
    According your needs, you will need to choose which one fits your requirement.
    To commit changes to DB from BBP_PD_SC_DB_DELETE you will need to COMMIT WORK, cuz even the FM doesn't display any error messages in the e_messages table, the deletion task is not commited.
    About the BBP_PD_SC_STATUS_CHANGE FM, you will need to inactivate the follow on document status in the CRM_JEST table to achieve the deletion with the FM i have mentioned...
    For both FM's *DB_DELETE and *STATUS_CHANGE you need to create a ZFM or ZREP to write the COMMIT WORK instruction after the execution of the FM.

    I am working with Extended classic scenario with SRM 4.0.
    I have created SHC which gone for approval and it has been approved by approver.
    Its a limit item. But still that shopping cart is not available in sourcing cockpit.
    I have checked BBP_PD where I found status of shc is I1111- Item in Transfer Process.
    Here I have checked all item as well as header tables but no entry found there.One thing is that source type is EP as well as Source_rel_ind is Y which means cpmleted for Sourcing but in actually there is no followon document created yet.
    Also I have gone through SM58 where I didn`t find any error.
    All batch jobs are also running properly.
    So could any one please let me know the solution for this...
