Error install software on Windows Sever 2012

Hello!
I'm using a VPS Cloud. used OS Windows Sever 2012.
I can not install any
software on it. Simple as firefox, error: Cloud not find...runtime or adobe flash player...ect.
Please help me install.

So, if I understand correctly, you have cloud hosted servers (Server 2012) and you're trying to manage via ConfigMgr 2012 (install software etc).
1. Are these servers part of your domain?
2. What connectivity is there to the servers?
3. Have you created a boundary for the servers and added to a boundary group?
4. Have you successfully installed a ConfigMgr client and it is reporting correctly?

Just last week was installing IIS on W12R2 server and got stuck and found easy way of installing this as follow.
when you start installing IIS and at the last step as i marked on red square confirmation. there you find
export configuration settings..go to and export it to C drive and open Powershell by right clicking as open as administrator and run this from Powershell and it will install successfully.
Please let me know if you are facing any issue, since this way it has to work.
OR if you it already worked let me know or mark as correct.

Please note, we must install the older operating system first, and then install the more recent operating system. If you don't (for example, if you install Windows Vista on a computer already running Windows 7), you can render your system
inoperable. This can happen because earlier versions of Windows don't recognize the startup files used in more recent versions of Windows and can overwrite them.
If we installed the newer version fist, and then the older version, then we might try to configure the boot entries to make it work in mulit-boot. More information, please take a look at the link below:

Errors Installing Software

Hi, I have browesed the forums many a time and found answers to my questions but this one I have yet to find. Recently I cannot upgrade any apple related software. I am running the last gen G4 Powerbook(10.4.8). Today I tried to install the new iTunes 7.1 i belive. It will download fine but will not install. I tried from the site and the apple updater. Turns out that there were three updates(iTunes, QuickTime, and ProAppRuntime) from apple and non could install. All gave me a error installing software. I had also tried installing MatLab for use in one of my courses earlier this month and got the same result. I have repaired my permissions, somthing i do quite regulalry through use of a automater script. Now since these arnt must have upgrades im not overly worried about them, im more worried about not being able to upgrade somthing Key later down the road.

You can also try installing 10.4 using Target Disk Mode.

Getting error 'proc_createNewAppSiteDomainIds' when I try to install SharePoint on Windows Server 2012

I have a Windows Server 2012 setup with SQL 2012 SP1 installed. I have tried to install Sharepoint Foundation 2013 and also full blown Sharepoint version...but during the wizard setup I always get 'Cannot find the object 'proc_createNewAppSiteDomainIds',
because it does not exist or you do not have permission.
The install created my db in sql 'team1p-vm' but that is it.
What am I missing?
During the install I have tried both Complete and Stand-alone as the Server Type.
When it gets to the product configuration wizard I use:
Create a new server farm
I enter my database server name: team1p-vm
Database name: SharePoint_Config
I enter my db access account
I enter a farm security settings passphrase
I use 17012 as my port number, select NTLM
I see my configuration settings...
Click Next and I get the error on task 3 of 10.
here is the dump of the application Log: At least some of it.
An exception of type System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException was thrown. Additional exception information: Cannot find the object 'proc_createNewAppSiteDomainIds', because it does not exist or you do not have permission.
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Cannot find the object 'proc_createNewAppSiteDomainIds', because it does not exist or you do not have permission.

Can you see if there is anything in the SQL ERRORLOG on the SQL Server that may help at the time you see this error?
Does your user account (the user you're installing SharePoint with) have the sysadmin fixed role in SQL Server?

Fatal error installing software photosmart c7250 on windows vista 32 bit

Issue with Uninstall and Install print driver software on my PC - printer is HP Photosmart all in one C7250 - wireless network hook-up
My printer had been working for many years. Then some of the photo print functionality had stopped working - I suspect because there may have been a conflict with multiple HP print drivers on my PC. So I attempted to Unistall all HP software (via window uninstall). All successfully uninstalled except:
C:\program files/hp/digital imaging\esupport\hpzscr01.exe
C:\program files/hp/digital imaging\ocr\hpzscr01.exe
C:\pro...
C:\pr...
I was able to manually unistall the first 2 files since I could see where they were located. But I have no idea about the other 2 becasue the error message did not provide full name as you can see. I tried to install anyway (using HP Solution for Install Errors - Windows Vista). Followed all instructions. The install of latest driver/software (downloaded from the HP website) got as far as detecting my wireless printer; then it gets stuck at the config stage at 96% for 15+ minutes - then runtime error situation code 07417929. HELP! I think it's all becasue I can't unistall these phantom files. does anyone have advice?

After above, I am able to print in the basic way - but my HP Solution Center Software in not operational. Message when I try to open Solution Center is "No HP Devices habe been detected."
I have a LOG file with some PRT Screens that I wish I could attach to this note (can't figure out how). It may give more insight to the errors.

The security settings are for local security, if you are not in a corporate enviroment, there should be no reason to worry.
Something we have not tried yet would be to
1. Uninstall the current HP software.
2. Turn off the printer and unplug it.
3. Install the software, and at the point it asks whether it is a wireless or wired connection, choose wireless, and when the configuration window pops up immediately cancel it.
4. It will go back to the page that asks you if it is a wired or wireless connection, choose cancel again and select OK.
5. It will finish installation then ask about placing an icon on the desktop, choose yes and tell it to complete the software installation and place an icon on the desktop.
6. Once that completes, plug in the printer, turn it on, and click on the icon to have it search for, configure, and install the printer.

I have created an application with .net & C#. I have used Report viewer 2008 for generating report. Now I am trying to use this application on Windows Server 2012 & Windows Server 2012 R2. But I am getting the error related to assembly not getting
loaded.
I am clueless why this is happening.The same application is working fine in Windows server 2008 R2. The error which I am getting is:-

ProClarity 6.3 PAS install fails on Windows Server 2012

We are trying to install PAS 6.3 on Windows Server 2012 and the install fails with the following error
The following requirements are missing:
Windows Server 2003 SP1
We have successfully installed on Windows Server 2008 R2, so it really isn't a Windows Server 2003 SP1 issue.
Has anyone successfully installed on Windows Server 2012? Is there a way to force the installer not to check for the OS?

I have a PAS server running in Windows 2012, by doing exactly the same pre-requisites that you do in Windows 2008 r2 (iis, Framework, SQL ADO 2005 / 2008). With the Windows Server 2003 SP1 message you can avoid it by doing a really simple thing that
is right click the setup file --> properties, and head to the "Compatibility Tab" and run it with compatibility mode Windows 7, also run it with Admin permissions. This let you pass by the message and let you install the product. Remember, after the
installation, you need to check all the IIS config, folder permissions, that you did in Windows 2008 x64 installation. Also, the App pool needs to work with .NET 2.0 not 4.0.

VMM Agent install fails on Windows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V

Hi,
We are unable to install VMM 2012 R2 agent on Windows Server 2012 R2 server either from VMM console or manually on the hyper-v server.
Error on VMM Console:
Error (410)
Agent installation failed on chsicoecdh03.casper.com.
Fatal error during installation (0x80070643)
Recommended Action
Try the operation again. If the problem persists, install the agent locally and then add the managed computer.

So, I've managed to research this some more since Thursday and I've come to the conclusion that Hyper-V does a horrible job of supporting Qualcomm NIC cards. That's the only thing I can conclude as far as where the issue is originating. I've read many
post and walkthroughs but nothing that has helped. The issue wasn't with any settings in the domain controller. The issue was that there really is a slow connection originating at the domain controller that is a VM and has network connectivity through the
virtual switch from Hyper-V. So, next question is, how do I get the DC to have better connectivity through the NIC that Hyper-V won't give it? If hyper-v would allow passthrough, this would be so much simpler. VM-ware is looking really good at this point.
Im disappointed in MS right now.

CF11 install problem on WIndows server 2012 R2

We have a new install windows server 2012 R2 with a new install CF11 standard installed on C drive. Everything is 64bit. The CF administrator site and login works fine. cfm files will not serve up in the default directory, but IIS shows htm files fine. CF administrator runs fine.
Web Server Config tool will only show "None" in the IIS Web Site box. The usual CGI, APS, etc have been installed on IIS. In fact IIS and CF11 have been reinstalled. wsconfig.exe manual run shows no errors.
The problem is that any call to a cfm template results in an error (html pages serve fine):
HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.
Detailed Error Information:

Can anybody give any suggestions for troubleshooting? No logs seem to show any information that helps.

Fixed the problem......... it is not a CF problem alone but and mostly an IIS problem ....
1) remove IIS completely...... including the inetpub directory..... remove .NET Extensibility from server manager under Application Development if inetpub in use error is present... inetpub has to be deleted.
2) reboot
3) reinstall IIS and enable all the usual stuff, ie, CGI, ISAPI, .NET, ASP , WebSocket Protocol, etc under Application Development
4) restart IIS and CF
5) Set Web Server Config to "All"
60 restart IIS and CF
The trick to completely reinstall IIS and that is only done if you can delete the inetpub folder under root drive.

The installation completes without any errors on my VM running Windows Server 2012 R2, however its not recognized in VS2013 ? It also breaks the Publish functionality when I try and publish a web site to my hosting provider.

Error 0x80072ee7 when activating Windows Server 2012 Standard ROK

I am installing windows server 2012 standard ROK onto a HP Proliant micorsever. I installed the product key using elevated command prompt (found instructions on hp site), but when I get to the point to activate the operating system using the following
command cscript C:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs -ato, I get an error message --> 0x80072ee7 On a computer running Microsoft windows non-core edition. Why is this happening? From prior research that I've done do I need to install a KMS Client
key and if so what is the proper key for the OS that I am using?

The 0x80072EE7 error code may occur if the client computer cannot find the correct IP address when it tries to resolve a URL for the Windows Update Web site or for the Microsoft Update Web site. This error may occur if the Hosts file contains a static IP
address also might occur due to one of the following reason.
• Programs or processes that interfere with Internet communications
• Resource issues on the computer
• High Internet activity
To resolve the error examine the Host file (under System32\driver\etc folder) and check that Make sure that the file does not list any static IP entries for the Windows Update Web site or for the Microsoft Update Web site. Mean time sharing the article with

Error installing 11gR2 on windows 8

I downloaded oracle database 11gR2 software for windows X64 platform from OTN. it contains two distinct zip files(file1 and file2). the first file extracted but couldn't do the same for the second file. It keeps telling me zip file is empty. I decided to go along and install but after 40% (copying file), I got an error saying the file path was not found

First, Win 8 is not a certified OS to install 11gR2 - Oracle Database Preinstallation Requirements
Which version of Win 8 ? If you have Pro or Enterprise, you will have to install 12c - Oracle Database Preinstallation Tasks
Home versions of Windows are not certified for any Oracle installs.
You will need to download both zip files, then unzip both into a single directory before running setup.exe. Your unzip issue indicates that the second zip file is corrupted.
