Error installing Photoshop: 'You are running an operating system that Photoshop no longer supports.' [was: Photoshop download]

I am trying to download Photoshop on a Mac OS X 10.6.08 but keep getting this message. Can someone please help me?
'You are running an operating system that Photoshop no longer supports. Refer to the system requirements for a full list of supported platforms.'

It means what it says.
Your operating system is too old to run Photoshop.
You are running 10.6.8. Photoshop CC 2014 only runs on OS X 10.7 and later.
