Error: Item(s) was/were not activated due to online payment block

Hi,
I have an issue with F-58 transaction.
When i try processing an open line item of the vendor (in F-58) i get an error "1 item(s) was/were not activated due to online payment block".
Please advise as to how i can locate the issue.

Before that try transaction code MRBR. This should help you in releasing the documents.
Else
There must have been a workflow that has been developed for the removal of the payment blocks. Please check up if there is a workflow, it woould have triggered a mail in the SAP inbox to a user. This user will have to release the payment block and you should be able to make the payment. Else you would have to change the configuration and make the field editable and then you will be able to remove the payment block. Until you remove the payment block you would not be able to complete the transaction in F-58.

Just check if there is some payment block for this vendor.
If you have not put the pmt. block, there could be some substitution/validation to put a payment block for this vendor.
Just remove the payment block and try to make payment.

Recently my computer had problems, I had to install Windows7 instead of Windows Vista. I made a clean installation of Dreamvers CS4. I was able to Export all the sites from my old computer. But whenever I try to open any file for editing I have this pop-up error message:
The following translators were not loaded due to errors: ASP.htm has information duplicated by another translator.
Same error for ASP.Net.htm, ColdFusion.htm, Date.htm, FlashObject.htm, ICERegions.htm, JSP.htm, PHP_MySQL.htm, Server Model SSH.htm, Spry.htm, SpryWidget.htm, XSLT.htm and XSLTransform.htm
I saw several threads with similar error message, where the translators were invalid, while mine are duplicated by another translator. But I tried the fixes anyway.
I tried removing Configure folder, and WinFileCache folder. Didn't help. I also tried to create a new site and get all the files from the remote. Same problem.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the bump, but this post helped me solve a simmiliar issue: "The following translators were not loaded due to errors: ColdFusion.htm: has configuration information that is invalid" everytime I try open any document in dreamweaver. As I don't program in cold fusion, I renamed the file to ColdFusion.bck and everything works for me again. I'm not sure what caused the issue, but thanks for pointing out where I can find translator files.

Page0 item won't display; Error: Item "P0_X" was not displayed

Hello,
On Page0 (which is rendered for every page in the app) I have an HTML area with some text (If you encounter any errors, please....) and a few links (email/feedback, etc) defined in a table structure and that displays fine. This is rendered in the "above header" section at the top of ever app page.
I thought I would add another HTML area with a navigation tool up there, so I tried to put an item into the new area where a user could type in a menu shortcut, but when I put the item up there and load a page in the app, I get an error:
Error: Item "P0_Jumpto" was not displayed because the HTML form was not yet opened.
Why is that? Can I put such an item on Page0? I don't want to have to define this structure on every page...

In this case P0_X is a page alias, because people in general don't remember 192 as well as they would REPT. The problem is that EVERY page has an alias to standardize bug and enhancement reporting, and navigation tools (example: I have a problem with page REMD; the column.....) - - but not every page should "jumped" to by the method described of entering the page alias.
There needs to be a lookup table that indicates which are and which are not acceptable candidates to jump to. I've already got the table populated so I was thinking a "where EXISTS" condition on the application process, but the condition for this applicatin process is already used by Request=Expression 1...how can I add that second condition or can you suggest another method?

Whenever I use Dreamweaver CS3, I keep getting the following
error message pop up:
"The following translators were not loaded due to errors:
Spry.htm: has configuration information that is invalid."
I tried renaming the configuration folder inside C:\Program
Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 but then Dreamweaver wouldn't
work, so I changed it back to the original name. I have NOT used
any of the spry framework for form validation.

Hello. I have DW CS4 (Design premium package) on Mac OS 10 (10.5.8). When I open my program I get this message:
"The following translators were not loaded due to errors:
ASP.htm has configuration that is invalid.
JSP.htm has configuration information that is invalid.
Server Model SSI.htm has configuration information that is invalid.
XSLTransform.htm has configuration information that is invalid."
Would reinstalling the program help?

Try to reanme the configuration folder on hte mac machine it might fix the issue
Quit Dreamweaver.
Rename the Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver CS4/en_US/Configuration folder to Configuration Old.
Start Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver creates a new Configuration folder.
But see to it that you shoudl close your dreamweaver and you shoudl be the admin of that account.

'error 1069 - (The service did not start due to a logon failure) in BAM

I installed BAM on XP SP2, i do have IIS configured and XE DB, after installing when i tried starting the services as per post-installion guide.i did found the error 'An error 1069 - (The service did not start due to a logon failure).In google i could find a remedy saying
Remedy: Go to Start /Programs / Administrative tools / Services. Right-click the Goodlink Server and select Properties. Click the Log On tab. Retype the correct password. Start the Goodlink service.
i did so but did found the same error.So i tried changing a few things in LogOn tab such as " Earlier it was logging in from machine name and pwd , since it gave an error" i changed it to local system account ." now all services of BAM have started except Oracle BAM Active Data cache.
Anyone pls rep how do i resolve this? Do i need to re-install? i need this to be done very urgently.

Windows XP is not a certified platform for BAM. However, the product works fine on XP for evaluations and demos. For production, use a certified/supported version of Windows as is documented in the Software System Requirements section of the BAM Install Guide.
All Postinstall steps apply to all versions of Windows that BAM runs on except for the Postinstall step called "Required Configuration for Microsoft Windows Server 2003". As indicated by the step name, this one is for W2003 only.
"network not found windows 53 error" is generally a network, account or password issue. Please follow the Install Guide step by step to avoid installation issues like this.
See "Troubleshooting Start Page Issues" for start page problems.
As indicated in the Install Guide, you can use host names or IP addresses:
"12. On the Configure location of Oracle BAM step, enter the host name or the IP
address where each component is to be installed, even if it is not being installed at
this time, then click Next."

Hi All,
We seem to be being plagued by the error below by our SQL Server agent. This happens almost everytime we restart the server that has been running for a day or two.
Our SQL Server Agent uses a none expiring domain credential. I understand that this problem only happens when the profile being used by the SQL Servr Agent has changed (password change). What puzzles me is that the login is A ok and no changes has been made to it's password.
We always resolve this problem by changing the login used in the SQL Server Agent to local and after that, returning it back to it's original domain login. Unfortunately, we cant always do this everytime something goes wrong.
Can anyone please help us shed a light on this? We're using SQL2k with SP3a. Thanks!

CF 9.0.2 and Oracle - On update returns error "Auto-generated keys were not requested..."

We have a simple update statement to Oracle 11g Database. When running the statement the data is not getting updated and we are getting an error "Auto-generated keys were not requested, or the SQL was not a simple INSERT statement. ErrorCode=0 SQLState=HY000". We found this error by dumping the SQL to a file.
But most other Update statements are working fine.
Also, the same statment works for Oracle 10g and Coldfusion 9.0.0.
Any idea if this is a problem with Coldfusion or Oracle? Is there any resolution.
I found the CF 8 had a similar issue and was fixed in a hotfix (http://helpx.adobe.com/coldfusion/kb/error-auto-generated-keys-requested.html).

Thanks. I compiled my code using JDeveloper 10.1.2, didn't dare to use the latest. It works in 10g apps server. When I deployed to 9ias apps server, those weird errors showed up. Unfornately, our dev environment is at a newer version than the production one.
So, you think the error is generated because I referenced some newer technologies that was not provided by 9ias?

User Type 53 is:
53 mySAP Limited Prof. (Cat III) mySAP Business Suite Limited Professional (Cat III)
Check whether the active user types for both the user ids in these two systems are in sync or not. Also make sure that there is no wrong value is set in SU01 for the user id. Both system should contain same settings for company specific settings.. like ... Company address, Decimal Notation of users, Time Zone of user, License type etc. etc. ...
Check these things and let us know what you got.

Error 109: MaxL API instance not active

Hello Gurus,
I am using EPM 11.1.2.1 and I am getting the following error while trying to expand the Essbase server from EAS console.
Error 109: MaxL API instance not active
Following are some steps that I have followed:
1. Checked the environment variables which are set properly
2. Logged to oracle support and checked for the documentation related to the error but no results.
3. Moreover I am not able to connect to essbase server using Essbase Addin from Excel - This works after uninstalling and reinstalling Excel Spreadsheet addin
I am using MS Office 2007 SP2
4. When it connects to the essbase server from the excel addin, it does not expand the essbase server from EAS console and this happens vice versa
What I want to know is if there is something that I am missing.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Giovanna,
Per my understanding you need to assign the WBS substitution in project profile (Transaction OPSA) in 'Control' tab. You will see a section called 'Substitution' under this tab. Take a dropdown and assign appropriate substitution to corresponding project profile you want.

I have a client who is getting the above error when attempting to change delegate permissions in Outlook 2010.
She is also getting this error when she tries to remove a delegate.
I have tried recreating her mail profile.
I have also tried kb2593557. The auto fix didn't work at all and the registry fix only removes the error message and not the problem. This client would like to be able to edit her delegate permissions.
She is on Exchange 2010
Any assistance would be appreciated.
