i finish to make app with adobe captivate 8.
i test app on phonegab build, it work well.
i need to upload to apple store but i get problem like it.
How i do?

This is because you created a new .mobileprovision file that has a different bundle id for your app in it, and then tried to upload it over an old application. Change the bundle id back and regenerate your .mobileprovision file, or upload with the new bundle id to a new application in iTunes.

    I have an app on the App Store created with DPS, Single Edition a long time ago, shortly after DPS SE became available. Now I've updated the app, built a new version with DPS App Builder, created a new version of the app in iTunes Connect, and tried to upload the Distribution zip file using application loader. I'm getting 2 error messages:
    "This bundle is invalid. The bundle identifier cannot be changed from the previous version. If you want to change your bundle identifier, you will need to create a new application in iTunes Connect..."
    and
    "This app contains an embedded provisioning profile that is not associated with your account. Please use a provisioning profile associated with Team ID ..."
    I've done this several times before with other apps, and never got these errors before. Any ideas of what is going on?
    I'm able to view the developer ipa file just fine on my iPad.

    Nevermind. I left for lunch, returned, took a fresh look at it, and discovered that it was a stupid human error on my part.

    Version 1.0 or our app is currently on the App store, an I'm trying to upload a version 1.1.
    I'm trying to change the name of the app from "Augsburg Now" to "Augsburg Gallery".
    I changed the name in the App ID on developer.apple.com to "Augsburg Gallery, but left the ID as edu.augsburg.augsburgnow
    I generated new Development and Distribution provisioning profiles, since the App ID name had changed.
    In DPS App Builder, I changed the App name to "Gallery", and the Title (library view) in DPS App Builder to "Augsburg Gallery", and then created a new binary.
    I changed the App Name in iTunes connect to "Augsburg Gallery"
    I don't see the problem, since I left the bundle id, app id, etc. all unchanged.
    Any ideas?

    It sounds like you did everything right, Keith. I just did a similar thing recently to change my app name from "Digital Publishing Suite Tips" to "DPS Tips," so I know it's possible. In iTunes Connect, you submitted the app as a new version, not as a new app, right?
    I would try building a new app and submitting it again.

    iBookstore Publisher Support send me a fast response email which included some helpful info:
    Please make sure that all image files inside the ePub end with one of the following: ".tif", ".jpg", or ".png" and that the file itself matches the file extension type. To check if the image file matches the file extension type, please right click on the image then select "Get Info". Once the info tab appears, please make sure that the file extension type of the image file matches the "Kind" found under "General".
    For further information regarding embedded images, please refer to the iBookstore Asset Guide, which is available for download in the Deliver Your Content module in iTunes Connect.
    And they INCLUDED THE TRANSPORTER LOG (!), the log generated by iTunes Producer as it tries to upload a book. We were able to search for the Validation Error # within the log and find out which image Producer was trying to upload when it encountered an error. Turns out the problem was a corrupted screenshot jpeg.

    I have created an app with Adobe DPS. I tried to submit it  with the Application Loader. I got "error ITMS-9000 "invalid Bundle.The bundle viewer.app does not support the minimum OS Version specified in the Info.plist."
    Also an exclamation mark with "The app references non-public selectors in viewer.app/viewer: consume:

    WARNING ITMS-9000: "The executable 'viewer.app' is not a Position Independent Executable. Please ensure that your build settings are configured to create PIE executables. For more information refer to Technical Q&A QA1788 - Building a Position Independent Executable in the iOS Developer Library."
    Does anyone know how to deal with this?

    This is an error with Apple's submission verification and you will need to open a developer support request with them. See Re: "Invalid Bundle." "...viewer.app does not support the minimum OS version specified in the Info.plist" for more details.

    I am getting this error when compiling an IPA with Flash CC 2014, AIR version 15.0:
    "ERROR ITMS-9000: "This bundle is invalid. The value for key CFBundleShortVersionString [1.0] in the Info.plist file must contain a higher version than that of the previously approved version [1.5]."
    Funny; this is an upgrade to an existing app. The current version on the app store is 1.1. The version I am submitting to Apple is 2.0. So, I really can't understand what this error is about.
    Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

    for install on devices, you need to use a distribution cert. and a distribution provisioning profile for adhoc. When ready for AppStore you can use same distribution cert. but distribution provision profile for appstore. i completely use Windows PC for my entire process and use testflight to distribute to my testers. I'm not sure how the process is for simulator on the Mac is.  I just the use mac to create my certs and profiles and then application loader.
    When you tried upload to testflight did u use a distribution cert (p12) and an adhoc distibution provisioning profile. Also are the devices you are sending to are also registered to that profile.
    Also ive been doing this for 3 years now but consider myself a newbie still cuz I'm self taught and still learning and my ways of doing things in an unorthodox way but on average I have about 10 uploads of updates or new apps to the AppStore a year and haven't had an app rejected. These forms will be your best resource of info with users like @colin.

    just tried to update an existing (non DPS-)App with a new version from DPS.
    When i try to upload the package i'll get following message:
    Apple's web service operation was not successful
    Unable to authenticate the package: 735986870.itmsp
    ERROR ITMS-9000: "This bundle is invalid. The value for key CFBundleVersion [3.4.5.8.92847] in the Info.plist file must contain a higher version than that of the previously uploaded version [14.9]." at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)
    ERROR ITMS-9000: "This bundle is invalid. The value for key CFBundleShortVersionString [1.0.7] in the Info.plist file must contain a higher version than that of the previously uploaded version [14.9]." at SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage)
    As you can see, the previous version was 14.9 and the new DPS-version should be 14.9.1.
    I often read the answer, that i can ignore the ERROR-ITMS-9000 messages, but i can't upload the package ... so i can't ignore it.
    Can someone help me?

    Contact technical support. Someone from Adobe needs to manually change your version number in cases like this.

  • Solution to ERROR ITMS-9000: "Invalid Segment Alignment."

    I was using Flex 4.13 SDK and AIR 14 SDK. When I build a release version of my iOS app for the iTunes App Store, I received the following error.
    ERROR ITMS-9000: "Invalid Segment Alignment. This app does not have proper segment alignment and should be rebuild with the latest version of Xcode. Please contact Developer Technical Support if you need further assistance."
    To resolve this problem I had to install the Apache Flex SDK with Flex SDK 4.13 and AIR SDK 15.0.302. I installed the FlexSDK and AIR SDK with the Apache Flex installation binary.
    For many of you, this should be enough to rebuild and run your application. However, after I built an ad-hoc version of my iOS app, and transferred it to my iPhone 4 (iOS 8.0.2) and iPad 2 (iOS 8.1), the app crashed immediately after launch.
    If I rebuilt my App in debug mode (-debug-interpreter), it ran correctly.
    However, I found a reference on an Adobe message board to a command line parameter, useLegacyAOT, which indicated that the poster had some success with this command line option after his app crashed.
    I added the option, -useLegacyAOT yes to the build environment.
    This option tells the compiler to disable fast packaging. However, the new linker in AIR 15.0.302 still aligns segments correctly.
    Don't do this unless you have to. But this seemed to work for me, and I was able to submit my iOS App to the iTunes App Store.

    I created my app in Dreamweaver CC with PhoneGap Build 3 and Application Loader. When I used Application Loader to upload my app, I received an error that read, Error ITMS-9000: "No .app bundles found in the package". I spoke with Apple tech support and I was told that I needed to upload my Dreamweaver file into Xcode to produce a production Certificate so that my app can be uploaded to the App Store. How do I upload my Dreamweaver file to Xcode? Please help, thanks!

    I understand that there's something wrong with the TOC file (.ncx), but I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. Every section of the TOC is labeled, so not sure why the navLabel issue is happenening.

    Similar issues looks like. Are you using a template other than those in iBooks Author? That's what I did, and that was definitely part of the issue.
    After digging through .ibooks code for hours and still not seeing the problem, I decided to reach out to one of the Apple epub conversion affiliates in iTunes Connect. They said they could repair the file without a problem, started working on it, only to come back a week later and say they couldn't work on .ibooks or .iba files yet.
    So, in complete frustration, I decided to transfer my content page by page from the blank template I downloaded from a vendor online to one of the "textbook" templates in IBA. This was a long process as I had to unlock and clear out the formatting of the template. But, once that was done and content was transferred over, all was good. I submitted/delivered the same content and preview book within the new template and it went right through the first time (all metadata was exactly the same as well).
    Now, the iBookstore approval waiting process begins!

    I try to publish my book create with ibooks author( with publish button) and in delivery(using itunes producer) process a itms-9000 errror cancel the whole thing. To be accurate a big list of itms-9000 errors which contains the message:
    ERROR ITMS-9000:  (name of my file).ibooks: the book asset contains files not listed in the OPF manifest: (name of my file).ibooks:/OPS/assets/widgets/?????????-1/???????.c3d or dae or jpg.
    Does anyone had the same problem or can anyone help me to fix this issue???. thank you.

    Hello Fellow iBook Authors!
    Today I received the same error that you all have been discussing.  I tried selecting the DRM
    and this did not work for me, though I'm glad it did for some.  Here's what I did as a work-around. . .
    Since iBooks Author did not have a problem with Videos, I simply used one of my video programs, ScreenFlow to turn the audio into a video file m4v.  I added an image and extended the length or timing of the image to span the length of the audio file.  Then exported as an .mov.  I then opened QuickTime and opened the file and exported the file to iTunes. 
    You can use iMovie, Camtasia or any other progam that will allow you to export the audio as a movie file.  Does this make sense?  I hope this helps, at least in the short-term.
