Help!! Any one experience this issue???
iTune support, "You are violating the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions specifically, however we're unable to speculate. You are not authorized to purchase from the US iTunes Store. From here please continue to review the terms and conditions in detail for further information."
Do you guys even read the "Terms and Conditions" ? There are thousands of words. who know what term I am violating. It works fine before 12/01/2012...I bet they don't even know what caused this problem...They keep asking me to read it without solving the problem...

They would need an itunes account based in the country in which they live.

I have been getting the same message as well on any transactions I have tried to place. I attempted to contact iTunes support, but was only allowed to leave an email regarding this problem. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

I am having trouble logging into my iTunes Account. When it ask me to verify my payment information. I verify that all the information is correct and press the done tab and get back this error message " Please contact iTunes support to complete this tranaction". What do I need to do to correct this problem because I can't buy anything with this problem? I have also made sure I have the latest version of iTunes.
check all payment parts are filled in and u have endered you last 3 digs on back on card used to set up account

Oh, and I would love to contact support but they are never open for business when this happens to me so I was hoping someone knew what the heck was going on. - I'm using Apple ID Canada and playing a game (i.e. Clash of Clans from http://www.supercell.net) which identifies each game account by their GameCenter account. Hence in case of using only this Apple ID, for how many account game I can buy in-app purchases?

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs. -
