Error message to reinstall the 64 bit version of itunes
I keep getting an error message saying that I need to reinstall the 64 bit version of itunes when I try and sync my iphone 5. I uninstall itunes and reinstall and I get the same message again. Any advice?

I understand that you have already uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, but sometimes you may need to uninstall additional components related to iTunes to completely remove it from your system.

Error message when installing the latest version of itunes

as of today when i plug my 7th generation ipod that i just got for christmas 2012 my pc shuts down to a blue screen with alot of writing then to black screen with alot of writing then to an all black screen then and windows error message my computer is ingood condition no malicious malware and has been clean i need help

Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If you really want to roll back to 11.4 uninstall all iTunes/Apple components as described in the second box, restore the pre-upgrade version of the library as described in Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash, then download and install from one of these direct links:

this is the fix:
-Launch Control Panel - Double click Quicktime, If you do not see quicktime, look on the top left side of control panel and switch to classic view. This will then allow you to see Quicktime.

I did a system restore, trying to get rid of the new update (which I HATE), and now when I try to open iTunes, I get an error message telling me that "This version of iTunes has not been correctly localized for this language. Please run the English version." You can't change the language option unless you can open iTunes - and IT WON'T OPEN!!! What a piece of crap! First, for the forum view issue. Go to My Settings (on the right) and in General Settings change the Topic Page View to Flat. Click Save. Posts should show up in the order they were written.

Also, since you said that you've gone through the 5 Rs, I would assume that you used the iPod Updater to restore (since there is no other way of doing it and you don't "run" the 5 Rs).
When you restored, did you use the latest updater?
You may also want to try formatting the iPod through Windows. Connect it to the computer and when it appears in My Computer right click it and go to format. Does anything happen? Can you format the iPod through Windows?

Hello Vinay, as its orientation reinstalled the latest version of iTunes and connect to update my iFone. Done that itunes asked me a backp and continued to install, in the middle of the procedure he detected an unknown error (2003) I am now with my iFone without starting only on screen showing the itunes iconwith a usb cable. Please have a solution for a lot of informationand photo to save it. Already agradço your cooperation.

I have totally "uninstalled" what I had and then reinstalled the newest
version of itunes. Still......
First, when I click on the itunes icon to load it takes the program anywhere
from two to three minutes to load. None of my other programs take this
long.
When in the itunes program I can be moving around in my library and itunes
when choosing a song or songs, choosing file, edit, etc,. whatever command I
choose it just suddenly stops. I can issue five commands and watch each one
respond in 30 second to two minute intervals. I can issue several commands,
even shutting down, and it will do all but takes several minutes to do so.
My itunes program was working fine when this problem suddenly arose.
TerryClick here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

Only option is upgrading your Mac's OSX, since Apple will not allow iOS to go backwards.

I just upgraded the iTunes 10.6.1 for Windows (64-bit) yesterday!
Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (or AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi) to do a standalone AMDS install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, can you get a normal iTunes install to go through properly now?

have download a isync software from nokia website, but when i am trying to install the error message ask me to upgrade my isync. Problem is i try many times on software update but there is nothing to be update. My current Isync software version is 3.0.2.
FYI, i have try to remove my current isync then install new one but still does not work.
Please helpMake sure the iSync application is in your main Applications folder, not in any sub-folder. You should never move Apple apps from their default locations.
