Error on app followed instructions fully and still...
Can anyone help me as I have done everything asked of me to fix an error as I was watching a game and suddenly it stopped working on my phone
Check out all the other posts on similar issues, as there was a major problem (yet again it seems judging by previous comments) yesterday at about 6pm when BTSports 1, 2 and ESPN went down. It's not good enough and we need to make sure that BT does not dodge it's responsibilities here!

My HP PhotoSmart 6520 has a persistent error to connect to the server and therefore Apps and Scan to email doesn't work.
I have manually set DNS to 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4, I have installed latest driver on my Macbook pro, I have updated firmware, but still not working. Weird is also that in my ePrintCenter, the Apps I see there are not in line with thos visible on the printer.
Detail is that I have set up the printer on a Windows PC but recently changed to Mac.
Printing, scan to Computer all works fine.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I see that you are unable to connect to the apps and use the scan to email feature of your Photosmart 6520 printer due to a server connection error.
First off, thank you for the very detailed information, I really appreciate it.
To better assist you, would you please provide some additional information:
When you set the manual DNS servers, did you also set a manual IP address for the printer?
Have you changed routers or internet service providers recently? Have you updated the firmware on the router? If you have an ISP-provided router, do you know if they pushed out a firmware update?
Have you recently installed any new anti-virus/malware software? If so it may have blocked the ports the printer uses to communicate. I’ve included a post by VisionAiry titled “Check the Anti-Virus for Blocked Ports and Timed Scans”.
Do you have a guest network setup? Please Print a Network Configuration page. It will let you know how many networks the printer sees. A guest network will have the same name as your network with a tag about it being the guest network.
Previously did you customize the printer’s ePrint email address? I’m asking this because I might ask you to disable then enable the web services. If we have to take this step you will lose the customized ePrint email address without any ability to get it back.
What version of Mac OS X are you using? whatsmyos.com
Are there any cables other than the power cable connected to the printer?

Cannot access information because Adobe needs to be updated. Go to "plug in" and follow instructions and receive message "download timeout" every time. Have tried various approaches & nothing works, very frustrated!

Error 7 (Windows error 193) was received when I just tried to update iTunes on my Windows 7 computer. I've uninstalled and tried twice to reinstall and I get the same message. Does anyone have any additional suggestions? During install I do get a message about the mobile device but I do not have iTunes on my mobile phone.
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

Error 7-followed the fix and still can't get in.
I am a complete novice and find I'm just going round in circles. I follow the procedure for removing and reloading itunes but when I get to the installer I have no option to save, only to run. When I continue and get to the end I'm told that it hasn't downloaded properly. Done this numerous times and am totally fed up with the whole thing. All I did was to download an update and I've wasted a week of my life trying to retrieve it. To be honest, if I could I'd transfer my library elsewhere and give up on itunes.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If the advice above doesn't resolve things you could try this alternate version:
iTunes 12.1.0.71 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) - itunes64setup.exe (2015-01-28)
which is a 64-bit installer for the 32-bit version of the core application, similar to previous 64-bit releases.
Or roll back to the previous build:
iTunes 12.0.1.26 for Windows (32-bit) - iTunesSetup.exe (2014-10-16)
iTunes 12.0.1.26 for Windows (64-bit) - iTunes64Setup.exe (2014-10-16)

Remote app problem - read everything and still no help

Similar to many people, I'm having a remote problem as well. Actually, the app worked just fine for a week, then all of a sudden stopped working. I guess it could have been some kind of a windows update issue maybe because I haven't changed anything. The thing is now that it's trying to connect to my library but fails. I've turned my firewalls completely off, re-installed the app many times on my iPhone 3G, re-added the library many times (then it connects so I can insert the 4-digit code), tried the "forget all remotes", the sharing is enabled in iTunes, I'm connected to the same WiFi network, it's not hooked with a cable to sync when I've tried it but still, all it says is "could not connect to library". I have been working with this issue for 2 days by now and read hundreds of posts but still no help. Could please anyone help me with this issue, please please!

What to do next if you follow all steps and still can't the iPad out of recovery mode?
I followed all steps by ensuring I downloaded the latest version of iTunes but to no avail, my iPad 2 is still in recovery mode. I refused to give greedy arse Apple anymore money which I know is their ultimate goal...What to do??? My Ipod Touch iOs5 will not update apps, I did reset and still not work
My Ipod Touch will not update apps. The apps that need updates are frozen. I select update it says installing or waiting. The app is shaded and not able to use until I can update. I did reset but still not updating. What else can I do?
Thanks. I updated my ipod touch but more importantly I had to specifically request to sync my apps. Once I synced my apps from my ibook, TED and other apps are highlighted back to normal. I will use fewer apps less updates to deal with. Computers are quite a pain with all the constant updates to install.

Every app on my iPad force closes including safari, and iTunes, it seems ir forces close after fifteen minutes of opening the app or iPad apps. I have tried using the double click start button to close all running apps but it still force closes and I've noticed that when I reopen an app after it foreclosed I will get a black screen and will have to close open and close and open in order to get any app running again. I know you can't get a virus but I am wondering. I am hoping I won't have to reset and lose everything I have. My memory is too low for backup. But if I have to reset can someone tell me what the reset does and if backup would restore on the reset. Ive tried everything clearing cashe cookies, history. Please help this is very frustrating especially when your in the middle of writing a paper and it force closes on me. I have never hooked it to a pc so not sure i would get a virus and I haven't used iCloud. If you have any suggestions can you tell me exactly what I need to do to fix this. Try re downloading ... you won't be charged again.
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
If you have anti virus software installed, disable that.
Try turning off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security (Security & Privacy for Lioin v10.7) -
HT204291 Followed the Troubleshooting and still no AirPlay
I have followed every part of the Troubleshooting and my Ipad 2, Ipod Touch 4 and Itunes on my computers do not show the AirPlay icon for anything. I have made sure they were on the same network, put them on the lowest setting to run content (non-HD), etc. I could use some help with this? I double tap home for recent icons and it does not show the AirPlay icon at all.
Unfortunately, I am on a network within a University System, so the IT department would have to do this. I am working to follow up with them as well. Just looking for other suggestions. Thanks!

It is probably something to do with the fact that I am in the Philippines, but what am I supposed to do? According to the support options I have to pay to open a support ticket. My account was not verified when it was disabled and I think I might be in some sort of deadlock in which the password reset won't work because I'm not verified, and the verification won't work because I can't log in.
I've never bought a single Apple product before and this has got to be the worst intro I could have imagined!Solved.
After about an hour on the phone with US support (who were very helpful I must say) it turns out that if you do not have an iTunes account with credit card information and a billing address, you are very much more likely to get your AppleId account disabled "for security reasons". This begs the question of course as to whose security we are talking about here! But there you go. If you are an Apple first-timer, get an iTunes account, fill in all your details, and you should be alright.

I have a new computer and am trying to transfer my bookmarks and my email addresses and settings. I can not get into firefox sync. First of all the info tells me to go to the firefox button at the top of the page and click on sync setup, well that is not very clear, because there's not firefox sync set up anywhere. I finally found it under "Tools." Now everytime I try to sign on, I'm told my password is incorrect. I've changed it three times, and each time I'm told that either the reset link was wrong, or my PW is wrong.
Does this program even work? If not is there a way to bring my info across without having to manually enter it. When I was using Netscape, I could just transfer the file containing the addresses and the bookmarks over. I could even transfer my email folders with the contents.
