Error running JCA code on EP6 SP11
Has anybody solved this com/sap/util/monitor/jarm/TaskMonitor error with EP6 SP11. Portal can't find the class file.

It works. I modified the class path of J2EE to point to where the JARM jars where stored. I would love to hear from anybody that has solved this issue any othe way.

I have been through the pages on this website about creating LabView DLLs and calling them. I have also created very small vi's and exported them, but with the same error. I have uninstalled LabView 7.1, and reinstalled it.

What version of C++ are you using?
If you could you post your small VI and associated code I will have a look at it and see if I can get it running with out any errors.
You said you have looked at some help material on the website. Have you tried any of the example pieces of code?

I am using Websphere Studio Device Developer 5.6.1 with Nokia SDK for J2ME 4.0.
I am trying to run the SIP examples (SendMessage, ReceiveMessage MIDlets) distributed with the JSR180 RI. These run successfully on the emulator distributed with JSR180 RI. However, when I try to run this on the S60 emulator in Nokia SDK 4.0 from Websphere Studio Device Developer, I get the following error in SendMessage
ALERT: java/lang/NoSuchMethodError: No such method notifyResponse.(Ljavax/microedition/sip/SipClientConnection;)V.
and the below error in ReceiveMessage
ALERT: java/lang/NoSuchMethodError: No such method notifyRequest.(Ljavax/microedition/sip/SipConnectionNotifier;)V.
This error is reported just after I click on SendMessage. The receiver is already listening but throws an error on receiving the message.
If however, I send the message from SendMessage (on S60 emulator) to ReceiveMessage (on emulator distributed with JSR180 RI) the error is only thrown on SendMessage (on S60 emulator). The ReceiveMessage successfully received the message and displays it.
I though there may be an error in the SIP library used on S60 and replaced the class files with files from the JSR180 RI emulator. Now midp crashes when I try and run the code on S60.
Any ideas where the error could be coming from.

I would first try to stop the installation and start again to see if it continues for where it stopped.
If this do not works, I would try to stop the patch upgrade,
start the SDM and undeploy the com.sapportals.connectors.sap.sda, stop again the SDM and then restart the upgrade.
You also might like to check the SAP Notes 841299, 751175, 750360, 710966 as your problem seems to be related to the sap connectors.

Hi, when I try to install EP6 SP11 sneak preview java edition, the installation process stopped at Phase 18 of 29, which is at "Load Java Database Content". I left it for a long time to see due to machine load, but waited almost 24 hrs with no luck. When I checked the log Viewer the error is as below

Error downloading and running fpga code
Hi all,
I am getting an error downloading FPGA code to fpga board on another PC. It works fine from various other development machines but will not work with my laptop. Attached is the error code dialog box that comes up when I try to run the FPGA code. Has anyone seen anything like this before?

Error Code Dialog Box.PNG 10 KBI guess I was a little lacking in details. All of the LabVIEW installs on all the PC's are the same. Windows service packs and security updates etc are close. My laptop has a bit extra on it with VMWare, wireless, some security software, other usb dongles for other software, etc. This only occurs with a compiled FPGA VI that I am trying to run on the FPGA with the LV front panel open. If I create windows VI and call the fpga code with an Open FPGA reference linked to a bitfile or a VI there is no problem. I have followed all the methods for connecting to the remote FPGA card. I have repeated the process with blank projects on my laptop and another PC and created the exact same code.
This is why I am asking if someone knows what the error code means to help narrow down the search. The visa check in MAX works and I can open the RIO Device Setup from the LabVIEW project.

Writing to Excel works fine with source code but gives this error with compiled code:

if you use for example the "Append Table to Report.vi", then you have in the "Excel" case a dynamic loaded vi, also in the "New Report.vi". See the picture.

Gustavo.I think you have created non-XA datasource and while creating connection factory you provided the datasource name in "XADataSourceName" property. Please provide the datasource name in "DataSourceName" property instead, save and update the aqadapter deployment and try again.

Error running 9i reports from forms.

i am having problems running 9i reports from a form.
i have installed Oracle 9iDS on a Win XP machine with 256 MB RAM and a Pentium 1.4Ghz processor.
i also have a local Oracle 9i database. i have created several reports that i am trying to run from some forms but all efforts to date have failed.
below is some sample code.

pbranchlist is defined in the form,
repsrv is a report server i installed and explicitly started.
on clicking the button to run the above code, i get a message on the browser status bar as follows
opening http://steve:8888/reports/rwservlet/getjobid11?server=repsrv...
that's it. it stays like that forever and a progress bar showing the status of the operation gets to the halfway mark and stays there for up to 15 minutes.
I eventually halted the operation by clicking the stop button of the browser. The form then becomes totally non-responsive with the mouse indicator changing to the hour-glass shape and a small vertical bar moving rapidly back and forth at the bottom of the form window.
My only recourse then is to explicitly close the browser window.
I have already configured Reports to run in non single sign-on mode by setting SINGLESIGNON=NO in the rwservlet.properties file.
Is there anything i have not done properly?
