Hi experts !!,
I had installed SAP NetWeaver 2004s Sneak Preview-ABAP
I am able to create database table using tcode: SE11
but I get an error when I tried to create table entries
Error:
The system settings do not allow any changes
Message no M0421
Diagnosis
The system settings (SE06 and SCC4) are such that you cannot make any changes to this table in this client
Kindly help me to fix this issue !!

Hi,
I had modified Changes and Transports for Client-Specific Objects
-> Automatic recording of changes (Option-selected)
Now I am able to add new entries to tables.

This is the message that I get when I want to add data to a freshly created table, using the menu (in se11): Utilities -> Table Contents -> create Entries.
Have installed the Netweaver 2004s (ABAP) trial version.
Is it a customisation problem or is it because it's a trial version ?

T000, field CCCORACTIV has the value 2.
With SCC4 on client 000 I was able to change the permission.
Now adding entries to my table is possible.

In one of my test system, when i tried to change the object its displaying following error message.
System settings does not allow changes to made to the object.
I have checked the settings in se03, regarding modification objects of software components and namespace those are in state of modifiable for this namespace object.
I would like to know, how to change the object in the namespace.

Hi,
In SE06, in addtion to system status and component status, check the namespace status too.
It would be better if you know the namespace of the object you are trying to modify. Set it to modifiable and retry.
To find namespace, open the object in SE80 and check the attributes. It would show assigned package, namespace, component etc.

I have a client who is getting the above error when attempting to change delegate permissions in Outlook 2010.
She is also getting this error when she tries to remove a delegate.
I have tried recreating her mail profile.
I have also tried kb2593557. The auto fix didn't work at all and the registry fix only removes the error message and not the problem. This client would like to be able to edit her delegate permissions.
She is on Exchange 2010
Any assistance would be appreciated.

HT3180 I tried again later several times and am afraid the rental period will expire and will not be able to watch the movie. The system also does not allow me to re-purchase the movie.

Go to istumbler or netstumbler to get a report of the network, look for signal strength and noise
If on wifi try Ethernet
Make sure DNS is set to automatic (settings - general - network)

It might help to log out and back in with your Apple ID:
1. Go to the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
4. Tap View Apple ID.
5. Tap Sign Out.
6. Sign back in again with your new info and it should work.

Im trying to create the process chain in BW-Production System . Like im trying to delete the PSA data for one datasource in BI7.0 .
Im using the 'Delete requests from the PSA' process type in the process chain . When i try to give the datasource name and source system name in the variant of 'Delete requests from the PSA' process type and save them , then it is saying that
System setting does not allow changes to be made to object LSYS
Why it is saying like that . But i can able to include the other process types in the process chain .

Dear Mohammed,
Since you are trying to create process chain in production system.
Normally production system wont be open for development at any time. Why the system settings does not allow changes was, your production is not modifiable state.
Check the settings in SE06. system would be non-modifiable for sure.
in SCC4, settings ->"changes to the cross customizing objects would be not allowed"
These two settings/configurations would not allow any development or changes or edit or create in production.
Please check with your basis folks and proceed further.

Just check is their any related logs in slg1, slg0. Also check ST22. If all looks good, then some problem with installation. Are you able to carry out other basic activities like creation of infoareas, infocube, catalogs...etc.

System Settings will not save my desired mouse scroll direction

I understand the Apple genius of wanting the Settings: Mouse: Scroll direction: Natural box to be checked. But **** it, this is MY iMac and I want the scroll direction to remain Unchecked, so the screen scrolls in the direction I’ve been used to for YEARS.
The problem is the System Settings will not save the unchecked scroll box. I have to return to the System Settings every time I log on to UN check the Scroll Direction: Natural box.
Will Apple ever fix this so that I, and others, can operate the scrolling as THEIR LONG-TIME USER sees fit?

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

Do a backup.
Quit the application.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist. Move the .plist to your desktop.
Restart, open the application and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the application is the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one.

Not allowed to change workflow?

Hi,
Am I able to change simple processes in workflow without having to transport the particular changes through each client?
I am particularly interested in changing the agent from role to workcenter but the following error appears:
"System setting does not allow you to change R3TR PDWS"
Is this simply stating that this type of change is cross client or do I have another problem?

Did you get out of the PFTC (or SWDD) transaction before trying to modify it again after you basis team changed the client settings?
Otherwise check again with your basis team, the problem can only be there.

Purchase organization filled PR not allow to change desired vendor in PO

Hello All,
i am facing a issue.
if you set a "Desired Vendor" in the PR, this can be copied as default value in the PO Vendor field when dragging & dropping the PR item in the Shopping Cart icon of transasction ME21N.
if purchase organization is empty in PR with desired vendor,   we can modify the vendor in the PO.
if Purchase organization filled in PR with desired vendor, we could n't able to modify the vendor in PO... its appearing grey unable to edit the vendor.
here my question is   whats is the relation purchase organization not allowing to change the desired vendor in po.
what are the configuration related to this issue.
Actually   we want to modify desired vendor in PO irrespective of the the purchase org filled or empty in PR .
Please explain in details with an example

Check once that You are copying existing PR to a PO (having fixed vendor in PR)?
And also check PO doc type settings whether vendor field is mentioned as optional/required.

I had recently updated from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 and thus had to re download Adobe Digital Editions. What Airplane Mode program? To stop a running program launch Activity Monitor (in utilities folder) and quit the program from there. To remove the program drag it to the trash or better use the uninstaller that should have come with it.
