Error when creating Office App projects: "Invalid capability expression at position 29 in the expression "CPS Projects | Test | VisualC"."

Question

Whenever I try creating a new Office app project (regardless of its a Office or Mail app), I'm encountering the following error:
Invalid capability expression at position 29 in the expression "CPS Projects | Test | VisualC".
Also, the project doesn't seem to completely finish creating the Office App template. Only the Scripts folder got created. I've done a search and I can't find any solution. I'm using VS2013, Update 5 CTP.

So you have installed the update 5 CTP 2 here:

Am I right? You create the office app like the following template, am I right?
Just to make this issue clearly, could you create the Office app before you install this update 5? For example, the latest RTM version for Update package is update 4, did you get this issue if you install the update 4 before? At least, we could know that
whether it is the update package issue. I could create the office app in my VS2013 with update 4.
If it still has this issue without the update 5, since you get this issue when you create the default project templates, I think it would be related to your VS Environment.
Please run the command line:
devenv.exe /InstallVSTemplates.
Create a simple Office app, test it again.
If still no help, maybe you could run your VS in safe mode, so we could know whether it is related to the add-in or extension tool.
