Error WHen trying to print a crystal report

I am trying to print a system crystal report and it is giving me the following error: "Error during printing; ensure all parameters are defined". And it prints the first page, but none of the consecutive pages if there are more than 1. Is there some type of setting that needs to be set for printing?

Hmmmmm it says "page range" ALL. I was able to print fine until I created a new layout and saved it. THen I went to print it and got the error. But it seems I get the error when I print any crystal report in any DB. Is this a setting in crystal, SAP, or printer itself? I can print the second page if I toggle through to the second page on the crystal report view, and go to print, and put 2 next to pages feild. Otherwise it is set to print ALL, however it is not doing that.

Error when trying to refresh the current report-Invalid prompt def.WIS00005

I am trying to create a Webi report using a Universe created with Universe Design Tool 4.0. I have created a new universe with a secured relational connection from a cube in our BBD system. The Universe can be created and exported in UDT (and when I test the connection, I get a message saying the server is responding). I can see values for the BEx query in BEx analyzer.
When I open Webi and connect to a universe, I can see the universe, but when I put a dimension to our results tab and go to "run query", I first get the error "Error when trying to refresh the current report". If I close this error I get the error "Invalid Prompt Definiton - WIS00005". Has anybody else had this issue and if so, where can I begin to troubleshoot the error?

Please note that if the object parses at Universe level it may still fail at runtime especially for the prompts.
If you still experience the error after applying Patch 11 please analyze the characteristics of the prompt, get some trace logs with High level of detail, they surely will help.

Error when trying to refresh the current report

I am having this error message "Error when trying to refresh the current report on my reports appear before they are executed. It has been a very random so I am unable to pinpoint what is causing it. I am currently working with BO 4.1 and it is connected to BW, whereby the authentication is SSO.
Either way the reports are able to run with problems but I dislike having to insist with the refresh button or having to close and reopen the report for it to run as it should.
I did some investigations but did not find anything conclusive because there is no problems with authorizations, there are no merged dimensions nor grouping variables used in the report and it is based on just one query.
Does anyone know why this error message appears? What its cause is?

While creating the report if we select the authentication mode as :Use specified user name and password or Use Business Objects credential mapping, will get the same error.
So if possible can you please test change Connection Type Authentication Mode to Single Sign on.

FireFox keep saying "unexpected error" when trying to print web pages.

FireFox keep saying "unexpected error" when trying to print web pages. The print preview works OK, but when you try to print that "unexpected error" jumps up.
Please email me on what to do to get FireFox to work.

Please also try this setting: Windows start menu or Control Panel > '''Devices and Printers''', right-click the printer > '''Printer properties''' > '''Advanced''', and select '''Start printing after the last page is spooled'''. In this case you can also close Firefox after spooling is over (usually much faster than direct printing), and printing will continue.
Also as a general case, if you have security software (antivirus, firewall etc.) installed, you can try deleting all existing instances of Firefox and its related processes/files in all the different configuration modules/areas of the security software like process monitoring, sub/spawned process control, virtualization, HIPS etc., in addition to the security software's main configuration panel. Instead create new fully allowed/trusted rules for Firefox + its related processes in all the different modules/panels - a genuine/original Firefox installer as well as all the installed EXEs (Application) and DLLs (Application extension) are digitally signed by Mozilla Corporation (right-click > Properties > Digital Signatures). Even otherwise, some security software may also ask again when Firefox and/or its sub processes are started, and you may be able to allow/trust at that time. Error in Preview and Print in Crystal Report Viewer 2.0.0.7 in Workstation

Hi Guys,
I am encountering a problem when clicking preview and print in Crystal Report Viewer 2.0.0.7. It returns an error
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue the application will ignore and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediately. Load report failed.
I already install the runtime crruntime_120_mlb, . net framework 3.5 sp1 and the add-on itself. The viewer is working properly in SAP Server. My version of SAP is SBO 2007 A SP00 PL10.

Rundll32 error when trying to print in colour, or trying to change/configure print settings.

I just got a new Windows 8.1 computer. I could print fine for a few days with my HP CP1215 in color. Then I changed it default to grayscale, and when I went to change it back, it told me the driver is not installed. I reinstalled the driver, and went to Properties, and it says RUNDLL32 ERROR.
Then it says the driver isn't installed.
And then I start all over again.
Please help.

I understand you are getting a error when trying to open the printer properties on Win 8.1 after reinstalling the printer driver. I will be happy to help you.
If you are using the Windows built in driver then I would download and run the HP Color Laserjet Plug and Play Package. HP Color LaserJet CP1215 Printer Drivers.
If that doesn't work you could do a system restore back to when everything was working properly.
How to refresh, reset, or restore your PC.

I'm suddenly getting a "communication error" when trying to print

When trying to print a document from Pages, which I have done before, my computer is showing "communication error" in the printer window.

You have helped me before i remember with a whole iphoto NiGhtMaRe!
As i said to leonie i have solved it by deleting all the previously saved photos and then it worked.
After which i formatted the card as per your suggestion and everything seems okay.
It was all overdue. Leaving that many photos on one card was stupid.

[Infoview - BOXI3.1] Error when attempting to schedule a crystal report

I have an error, when i attempt to schedule a report. When i click on the "Format" link I get the error below:
An error has occurred:Item SI_XSLT_INFO was not found in the collection.
Googling this error suprisingly returns no results! I have no idea what could be at fault and would love to get some help from any experts! I am a very new user to business objects enterprise.

Hi Friend,
I faced the same problem while scheduling the crystal report in BO XI R3 Infoview.
How I resolved it is by publishing(Using Publishing Wizard) the crystal report in the BO XI R3 enterprise and then scheduling. It worked fine.
The crystal report which I created was in Crystal Reports XI and the new BO XI Infoview supports Crystal Reports 2008.
I think this might be the problem.

Error when attempting to create new Crystal Report against SAP BW

We're getting an error when attemptiing to create a new report using the SAP toolbar in CR:
"Failed to retrieve SSO2 logon ticket. Please contact your BW administrator".
Any ideas? We're able to run existing reports fine. Just can't create new ones using the toolbar.

Error:When adding RDC runtime library (Crystal report XI R2) to Lotus notes

Background : We have reporting feature implemented in one of lotus notes application using crystal reports 6 (OCX) and as Crystal report is going to be upgraded to CR XI version in my organisation, we need to implement the same using RDC component available in crystal XI . we have installed Crytal report XI R2 - SP 6 version for testing the integration.

Steps which have been outlined for adding runtime library in lotus domino application is shown below:-

We are getting an error message while trying to add 'Crystal Report Viewer Control' control (illustated in Step 3 above) in the lotus notes form . Error message which we get is 'An error has occured while processing a request on an object'.
Alternatively , we created the object of Crystal Report Viewer on lotus notes form by adding viewer object file (Crviewer.dll) from the file system after selecting the u201CObject from a fileu201D radio button in the u201CCreate Objectu201D dialog box and added following code in the postopen event of lotus notes form .

I believe, Lotus was never a "supported" development platform, though it did work - at one time or another. Eventually it did not and you are at that point. I think it was CR 10 where it started to be impossible to add the viewer to Lotus. This was never fixed and we never did find out if this was a Lotus thing or a CR thing.
Re. CR 2008 and Lotus. The RDC has been retired in CR 2008, so no luck there either for you. The only SDKs available in CR 2008 are for .NET and Java.

Error when trying to print incoming payment of type "account"

Hello all:
One of our customers has just upgraded from 2007 to 8.8 SP00 PL12. Now, whenever they try to print a PLD of an incoming payment which is of type "Account", the following error appears:
No matching records found 'Payment Terms' (OCTG) (ODBC -2028) [Message 131-183]
I have already created an empty layout containing only a sample text field, in order to rule out any unsupported database field in the PLD, but I still have the same error.
The incoming payments of type "customer" work fine, it is only the account type payments that do not print, and that after the upgrade to 8.8.
Any ideas? I guess I will have to open a support ticket on this...

As an additional info, I tried, as a workaround, to use a Crystal Report
layout for the incoming payments, but I do have the same effect as with
the PLD layouts. Customer receipts print fine, yet account receipts do
come up with the error mentioned.
Am I the only one with this error or is there anybody else?
