Hi Expert,
I am getting an Error while adding the service A\P invoice The error is:
System.NullRefernce Exception :- Object Reference not set to an instance of an object. At CXS_TDS_BAL.clsAPInvoice
I also Restarted my TDS Addon but still getting same error

You get the task with:
Task task = wfSvcClient.getTaskService().acquireTask(wfCtx, "9ebebdce52b4231e:405d3e45:1202cced833:-7fcd");
Yet you refer it as task1 instead of task, ... that results in a null pointer but should not even compile. If you follow the api java doc at http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B31017_01/integrate.1013/b28985/oracle/bpel/services/workflow/task/ITaskService.html#addComment_oracle_bpel_services_workflow_verification_IWorkflowContext__oracle_bpel_services_workflow_task_model_Task__java_lang_String_ you would add the comment like:

The Scenario is Finished goods are imported without tax(as we are SEZ Company) the same finished goods were sold with tax but the system is showing the error msg Quantity falls below the minimum inventory level even though we are having required quantity in the warehouse(excisable warehouse).
1.We have not set the minimum inventory level for these item.
2.Block Release is enabled under response to release of inventory below the minimum level.

Error while adding a custom field with Input help via AET

Hi All,
I need to add two custom field under Service orders at Item level in component BT140I_SRVP.
One field is required to have the input search help f4 and autopopulates the second field
I am able to add one field(not requiring help) successfully through AET .
I have created one Zsearch_help in se11 and its successfully running and Autopopulating seocnd field while I am testing it
While adding second field through AET,I need to enter following details as -
field label,search relevant ,serach help etc.
When I type the name of my 'Zsearch_help' against field search help it gives me following error
'Search help is not compatible'.
Secondly,not getting getter and setter methods for the attrributes in BTAdminI.
Last,please tell me if i create zhelp and activate it,would it automatically appear in the list on AETwhile assiging it to input field?
Please help me out.Kindly be detailed as I am new to SAP CRM.

I checked all data. There is no such dataset in the database. Can anybody give me a hint how to avoid this error.
One thing I wonder: The PermanentId is allways the same but I can´t do anything here.

Hi Ritam,
For such issues, can you please create a new thread or directly email the author rather than dragging back up a very old thread, it is unlikely that the resolution would be the same as the database/application/etc releases would most probably be very different.

Hi,
This error generally arises when your system datetime is not in sync with the Domain Controller datetime. Try following steps:
1. Check if the Windows Time Service is running on your machine or not. Try restarting this service and then restart host instances. Then run your script.
2. If this does not works, have a look at this

I tried to look for adobe-usermanager-dsc in the admin UI but did not find one over there . I even tried copying the adobe-usermanager-dsc.jar to pre-configured Jboss server/all/lib directory but that does'nt makes a difference .
I was suggested to use different combinations of excluded solution components in the cliProperties file
When I used the following list of   excludedSolutionComponents I did not see the (ERROR [com.adobe.idp.dsc.startup.DSCStartupServlet] DSC Startup failed. Reason: Internal error.) but still the dobe-usermanager-dsc does not starts and I get the same errors of (com.adobe.idp.dsc.registry.ServiceNotFoundException: Service: DirectoryManagerService not found.) when the LCM CLI reaches installing the Rights Management DSC.

What happened?
The current ABAP/4 program encountered an unexpected
situation.
What can you do?
Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.
To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
administrator.
Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
at and manage termination messages, and you can also
keep them for a long time.
Error analysis
A RAISE statement in the program "CL_CRM_ELEMDESCR==============CP" raised the
exception
condition "TYPE_NOT_FOUND".
Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
program, processing was terminated.
Short description of exception condition:
For detailed documentation of the exception condition, use
Transaction SE37 (Function Library). You can take the called
|    function module from the display of active calls.
We have added custom fields in the service application. these custom fields with Z-structure & data elements are included in BSP structure CRMT_BSP_SRV_OIC_SRCHRES in development system.But the same Z structure & custom fields are exist in the production system but not included in BSP Structue CRMT_BSP_SRV_OIC_SRCHRES.
This may be the reason resulting this ABAP dump error in PCUI while creating Service order.
How these Z structures can be included in the BSP Structure CRMT_BSP_SRV_OIC_SRCHRES in production system?
Helpful answers would be rewrded max points as it is high priority issue.

            I have enhanced service application using transaction EEWB to add new custom fields. these fields are there in Z structure created by the system in production system. All the transports are moved to target system. Problem is that Z structure( contains custom fields) created while doing EEWB is not included in BSP structure.
I f transports are missed to move to target system, Is there any other alternative to solve this problem?

I'm facing similar error where I get the following error when i try to run the application.
Following error i get when i try to deploy
Failed to prepare application ''sap.com/asp_all_sites'' for startup. Reason= Clusterwide exception: Failed to start dependent service ''PORTAL:sap.com/com.sap.compatibility50.cache.cache'' of application ''sap.com/asp_all_sites''. Status of dependent component: STATUS_MISSING. Hint: Is the component deployed correctly on the engine?
I have added this in Sharing references but yet it doesn't help me. I'm using ICacheService in my code.
This **URGENT** Deplyment error while using service reference i was following but could not arrive at any result

The things I have done so far:
1. Deployed the custom library and refered in library references. Its the same name as it is Visual Admin
2. Added Cache API Jar file as external Jar file; added the Sharing reference and also all the steps mentioned in the following link:
Webdynpro DC and J2EE DC
3. The DC builds properly but fails at deployment
My question is there any way that I can manually start the service.
I find the application in Server >> Services >> Deploy is with invalid kind of symbol (neither blue checked symbol / red cross symbol). How do I restore the application
I using ICacheServices in my code using Sharing references
like (ICacheService)WDPortalUtils.getServiceReferences("com.sap.compatibility50.cache.cache"). is this right

I am getting the following error while adding record into the table CM_RECIPE_ITEM :

Error while adding a job to scheduler

Hello,
I have a batch job that is running fine in both DEV and QA environment. In DEV, I am able to schedule and run it daily. I created a similar schedule in QA environment using BODS Mgmt Console/Administrator. However, upon Activating the schedule, I am getting the following error message. Would someone know why would this error be thrown and steps to troubleshoot this error?

When contacting the server above exception was encountered, so it will be assumed the schedule is not active anymore.

Delete the job server associated with the current batch job and recreate it.
Then try creating a new schedule using the new job server.
And take care that job server is created in QA environment.

HELP --- Error while adding Portlets to the Page. (WWC-44012)

Hi all,
I have a pl/sql portlet. It compiles fine and shows up perfectly in portlet repository. But when i add this to the page, I get following error
