Error while filling the set up table for 2LIS_11_VAITM

Dear Experts,
i am facing an error while filling the set up table for 2LIS_11_VAITM in the source system.
The error was "Company code for sales org 9000 does not exist (document 1326)".
when i checked the document in the Header table VBAK,company code was blank for the document .
Company code was there in the selections for the setup table.
The error means that company code should be maintained for the sales document as per my knolwedge.i think document was not created properly in the source system.
Could you please help me out to over come the problem.

in the selection screen for filling the setup table, there is a parameter No. tolerated faulty documents
you'll have to enter at least '1' here in your case
it might be that there are other erronuous records, in that case it will crash again, and you'll have to increase the value for this parameter
(under "normal" circumstances, all documents in the source should be correct... but apparently it's possible to circumvent this)

when I check in RSA3, I have data before 06/19/2007 but nothing is filled up after that.

I'm trying to fill 2LIS_03_BF, I think it is not mandatory giving selection criteria rigt!! I have 2 issues here
(1) when I give no selection criteria, no records are getting loaded
(2) When I give the slection criteria , I'm getting a message " Plant 6001 Doesnot exist".
How should I handle this?? I need to fill this extractor, can someone help me,

no need to give Selection criteria. may sme other field you are missing (either run name or termination date etc).
No need to fill posting date or document number... it's not mandatory.

Error while deriving the currency from table T001P.

Hi Friends,
I am trying to run payroll for NZ using schema NZ00 but i am getting an error stating "Error while deriving the currency from table T001P. Error during initialization of Payroll"
I have checked V_T001P, V_T001 and have deleted the personnel area and subarea and again created it but still i am unable to solve this problem.
Could you please help me as to where this error can be corrected.

About the incidence, the problem might be related to the links between
personnel area, company code and currency set up (table T001P, T500P and
T001).
Please check the following points:
1- Have you assigned the Personnel area to the Company code under SPRO -
IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Assignment -> Human Resource Management
-> Assignment of Personnel Area to Company Code.
2- SPRO -> Personnel Management -> Personnel Admin -> Basic Settings ->
Determine Currencies (Public Sector Currency Need to be maintained along
with the other node).
3- SPRO- Personnel Management -> Personnel Admin -> Payroll Data ->
Basic Pay -> Define Hourly Rates for several decimal places. (Please
maintain all the nodes).
4- Maintaining the table t500c through transaction code OE00.

I am mentioning here the run name, Termination date & time ( time how many minutes I have to increase is it like that for these many records these much time we have to mention) I say execute ,it is giving me the error

what I did is I specified the doc no from 33 to 4968
& executed then it is asking for archive session, what is this archive session & is it mandatory to specify the archive value ,if so what value I should specify in that

Filling of set up tables for several company codes

hi
i am filling a set up table for the application specific inventory control statistical data. But while setting up data filling selection parameters contains selection parameters for the single Company code.
But in my scenarios there are several company codes whose data resides in the R/3 and i need to bring data for all company codes in the set up table.
so now filling up the data in set up table, shall i have to fill up data for individual company code, OR i have to fill data for one company only and on delta load data pertainig to other company codes will be populated to the set up tables.
kindly give ur expert advice in this situation.

i dont understand why should it be mandatory to fill the company code on r/3 side while initialisation!!
But even if it is mandatory, u have to do one by one init runs on R/3 side for all company codes that you need.
Check in rsa3 for records after the init runs.
If it was not mandatory, u could have run the setup(init) run on r/3 side for all company codes at a time by keeping the field blank!!
Also again in the BW side you can have company code for selection in the infopakage!! there u can also have it as a range rather than running for one at a time.

How to extract data into the set-up table for 2LIS_06_INV LIS structure

We are using ECC 6.0 and SAP BI NW 2004S. I activated the 2LIS_06_INV (Invoice Verification) structure. Interestingly, I don't see any Events under this structure (MC06M_0ITM) - my understanding is the events usually determine what type of data is generated for a given structure.
I see Invoice Verification when I use the Inventory Management -Perform Setup option when doing the set-up tables. However, when I use this option, I get a message saying " No extraction structure active or no BW connected".
Can someone list the pre-requisites and the steps to load the set-up table for the 2LIS_06_INV structure.

i am getting the below error while simulating the payroll for india.
Error while deriving the currency from table T001P & Error during Initialization of payroll.
i am SAP HCM Trainee.. practicing at home.

Pls check the currency in table T500C.
You can use TCode OE00 for table maintenance T500C.
Also check whether currency is there in table V_CURC and T510.

Filling of set up tables for Full and Delta updates

Dear Gurus,
How do I go about filling the set up tables if I want to load historical data to BW using LO **** pit when set up table is running on delta ?
I want to know how many set up tables will be there for each data source, Because if set up table is running on delta and using the same table I want to load historical data also then will I have to delete and fill set up tables or there will be a separate set up table for full upload and delta ?
If we have multiple set up tables for one data source then in the T-code OLI*Bw, where * -> App logistics num, so to fill I just say OLI6BW, then which set up table it is going to refer.
Clarify my doubt and get rewarded with plenty of points.

How to fill up set up tables for 2lis_03_UM and BF?

Hi,
I am working on Material movements, and i have a How to do document. According to that, its showing me to fill up set up table for 2Lis_03_bf by using TCode OLI1BW, and in the very next step its again telling me to fill up set up table for UM, by using the same TCODE ( OLI1BW ) .
Now, if i do that, how would the system know that it has to fill up set up table for BF and then UM ? , no where in the screen its asking to fill up the Data source.
OR i just have to fill up set up table ONCE, and it will fill up for both the DS ?
please help.

Hi,
I think you can follow the same procedure. After completion of setup table filling you can check the result in RSA3.
In case of UM, you will have the provision to load data based on specific Company codes, but if you don't have any such requirement then you can simply fill setup tables.

Dear Techies,
We have registered an Extra Information Type as self service OAF page and did some validations using user hook which are working fine. But for some requests EIT creation page is throwing below errors.
1. Encountered an error while getting the ORACLE user account for your concurrent request. Contact your system administrator.
2. An unexpected situation occurred while executing routine FND_DATA_SECURITY.GET_SECURITY_PREDICATE_HELPER.The cause was: The parameter 'p_object_name' cannot be 'GLOBAL'.
System throws these errors whenever user hook suppose to throw our customized validation messages.Since we are at UAT instance, we are bouncing apache and oacore to get rid of these errors every time they appear. But we cannot bounce once it is moved to production.
Kindly share some ideas to fix these errors as we are very close to Go-Live and we are facing this issue with all EIT's and SIT's.

Thanks for reply.
I have gone through the link that you have suggested. But our EIT user hook validations doesn't have any code related to submission of concurrent programs. More over our error is not stable. If we bounce the apache and oacore, the system will work fine without unexpected errors for some time. We are not even able to replicate these errors.

Dump error while filling the Setup table

Hi All,
I am trying to fill the setup table.While filling the stup table for 2lis_03_BF datasource, i got the Dump error after some time. I have checked the data in Setup table and found 9000 records.
Shall i proceed further by pulling the data from R/3 to BW.I have checked the data in RSA3 and got some data.
Shall i schedule the data from BW side.
Pls help on this issue.

Error while executing the reversal in KO88 for an internal order

Hi Experts,
I am getting the below error while doing the Actual settlement : order reverse through t code KO88. we are currently using the SAP ECC 5.0 and i found the SAP notes 215944 and 335428, which are upto release 4.6C.
System error - deletion not possible
Message no. AAPO186
i can see that the doc has generated for the settlement and for reversal it is giving the error. Can some one help me who has faced this type of problem earlier.
