When I used SFP tcode for Design ADOB Form Layout I am getting Error " Error While Generating Document " .
Plz Sugget me how to resolved it ...

You need additional License to create SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe
Check the SAP Note No. 750784

Hi,
While configuring Credential i am getting an error as popup. But when I click on OK, I am able to see the .pfx file in the top.

We have not received any password from SAP, only there was one password to download the file.
After all I am trying print forms, not an interactive form. But when I deploy and run it shows error.

Still I have not got any solution for this. But my bigest problem right now is, I am using print form and there is no interactive feature. There is lot of forum posts where it is specified that, credentials is not required for print forms..... But when I try to deploy the Adobe application I get below error....

Usage error while generating spool for adobe forms

I need to create a function module which would be called from a BRF. The function module must generate an adobe form and sent to the spool.
I get usage error at the call form function module level. could someone suggest if anything is missing in the below code.

MSS error while trying to access Adobe forms

Hi all
We are using EP 7 sp14. Delpoyed ESS/MSS BP SP 14. while trying to access certain functionalities in MSS which make use if standerd Adobe interactive forme through portal its coming up with the following error.
com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxrpc.exceptions.InvalidResponseCodeException: Invalid Response Code: (401) Unauthorized.
I had done few settings in Visual Admin in
1. server >services>web services security>web services clients>sap.com>tcwdpdfobject>com.sap.tc.webdynpro.adsproxy.Adsproxy*configPort_Document.
2. In default URL gave : http://portalserver:port/AdobeDocumentServices/Config
3. Authentication:Basic Authentication : gave username:ADSUSERpwd which is set in the backend.
4. In Deploy stopped and started the application.
Also in Destinations -> Created a new HTTP and set the URL pointing to the backend.
Is there any additional configuration to be set on the Portal side.

Iam working on AdobeInteractive Forms using GP.There is an interactive form with a submit button on my desktop. Now when i click on submit the values in the Interactive Form should be passed to an Webdynpro application.But when i click on submit button i was getting error.Can any one solve my issue.

Hi Praveen,
The concept what we have observed is When you click on Submit the values were sent to GP. There GP framework takes care of all these. After that when you try to login to Portal and click on GP Inbox and try to open the application, what ever the data that is sent previously will be retrieved.
Due to some reasons like Delegation and other conecpts where GP will not fit we have scrapped GP and got back to workflow. There we have used the concept of Portal Webservice inorder to send the data to R/3 by clicking on Submit button.
We have successfully implemented the Adobe Forms Offline Scenario using Portal Webservice.

Error in layout section of adobe forms

Hi All,
I am getting the following error while i try to open the layout section in adobe forms.
"Error while opening document".
I reinstalled the adobe livecycle designer and also installed the new version of adobe i.e. adobe 9/9.1 and restarted my system but still the problem exists.
Can anybody help me out solve the problem at the earliest.

Hi Somya,
My problem gets resolved. What I done is simply restart the computer!! The Form Template task was hanged (even in task manager it was showing running). Once it gets killed, my layout editor is running again.
If still your problem persist, you set the priority of u2018FormDE~1.exeu2019 to highest. Close all other applications on your PC while trying to start Layout editor.
What I understood is, layout editor required lot of memory and hence we can try this above options!!

Error while opening the receipt entry form in AR module. We have created one new responsibility of Receivables for new operating unit . When we open the corresponding
forms , we are getting the error message as :
NO_DATA_FOUND
FRM-40735: PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20002.
Kindly help in resolving.

I get error while uploading document to ticket
Message No: SKWF_SDOKERRS119 .
If iam correct I have given all the required authorisation mentioned in security guide.
what could be the reason for this kind of behaviour

Error while converting document to html

"ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: invalid LOB locator specified: ORA-22275"
I use the procedure to convert the documents if it is not already converted before using procedure as follows

i get the error when i convert large documents

Also if there are any converion errors while converting documents to html. how to find them is there a log o fany sort.

Please give me possible reasons for below error while billing document releasing to accounting.
"Valuation with material cost estimate: error with product "500258045"
Message no. KE350
Diagnosis
In Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), the system tried to valuate a line item using the current standard cost estimate.
In order to determine the current plan period, the system needs to read the valuation segment of the material master.
The system has found that the current plan period is not filled forproduct "BDE98561002" in plant "9856".
Display material (View: Costing)
The system looked for the material cost estimate using costing key "ZK1", as defined in the Customizing settings for CO-PA.
System Response
The document cannot be processed.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator".
I have checked CKR1 transaction there were no cost estimates with KF costing status.
NOTE: Material Ledger Activated.
Please suggest the possible reasons and what to check?

Check the cost estimate that is mentioned against the Costing key ZK1 whether it exists in the system and as you are saying there seems to be no cost estimate for the said material.
Hence release the std cost estimate for the said materia using CK11n or CK40n

i got this error ('error while signing document') on my 1st attempt to use the service. simple 4 page PDF, no doc. security, same error both b4 & after i edited my user profile (i filled in the missing details & changed the default signature image).

I am also getting this error while attempting to sign a document. I have checked the first and name fields in my default signature profile for any non-English characters but I am still getting this error. I have also tested with a different signature profile with same results. Please advise if there are
other fields I need to check.

Embed word documents in adobe form

Hi,
Is it possible to embedd a word document in Adobe PDF forms.
We have a requrirement where we have to embedd more than one word documents into adobe forms.
I want to read the contents of word document and display them in PDF document.
There are methods to attach different documents in pdf but did not find any method to embedd the document.
Please let me know if there is any element in adobe forms or a class method which is used to embedd the word documents.

Hi Amit,
As far as i know the only way to solve your issue is to convert your form as an image ( JPEG file ) , store it into a network place that ADS can acces and then you can add it in the forms dinamycally.
It's not possible to had the word document content dinamycally in the form.
