Error while running interface with different execution context.

Hi all,
I have created an Interface in one context and when change the context to another one it gives error while creating internal error tables.
It says table does not exist APPS.E$_XXCNV_CUST_BCUR_STG but there is no error while creating the table.
The actual issue is that context is coming as UNDEFINED in Loading Connection tab and Default connection has the earlier context.
This issue is not coming in all the interfaces only in few interfaces. The other interface runs successfully after changing the context.
Please let us know if you have faced such an issue and what could be the cause of context coming as UNDEFINED.

Hi,
Can you cross check the logical schema of the interface which is pointed on the corresponding context? If its pointed to wrong DB(Physical Schema) it will errored out UNDEFINED error.

According to your description, you mean that when you run your load test using the Test Iterations way and then get the error message, am I right?
If yes, please you try to close the VS, and then open this VS again. Then clean your load test project/solution and then re-build it, run your load test again check this issue again.
In addition, I suggest you could try to create a new load test and then run it using Test Iterations way check if you get the issue for the specified load test or all load tests.
If possible, I suggest you could share me simple load test for us so that we will further help you.

ORA-04062 error when running forms with different users

ORA-04062 error when running forms with different users
I have a form that has a block that should display some data from another users tables. (The other user's name is dynamic, it's selected from a list box)
I wrote a stored procedure to get the data from other user's tables.
When I compile the form and run it with the same user I compiled, it works without any error. But when I run the compiled form with another user I get the ORA-04062 (signature of procedure has been changed) error.
I tried setting REMOTE_DEPENDENCIES_MODE to SIGNATURE in init.ora but it didn't help.
My Forms version is 6i with Patch 15.
Database version is 9.
Here is my stored procedure:

I think it should be a better solution to create a package,
and put your own TYPES and procedure into it.

Error while running Interface

Hello Gurus,
I am getting error while executing an interface. This basically takes data from Oracle (Source) and loads into Excel CSV File(Target). The ODI version is 11.1.1.6.
But its failing at a step when its trying to Insert New rows in Target. Below is the error I am getting:

while Running with F150 I m getting below Error?
Forms for MAHNR 'PA12' , 'RBUKM': 'PAUl' KOART 'D' does not exit (T047E)
could anyone please explain what this error mean?
I need to print dunning report after log but getting above error message.

1. You may wish to check your settings under account payables/Dunning notice.
2. Make sure that none of the existing payment is yet to be posted.
3. Sometimes if you click on the red traffic light it may display some specific areas that suggest where the problem lies.

Error while restoring database with different name on subscriber

Hi all,
I am using merge replication in sql server 2008R2. Yesterday I wanted to create a test environment, so
I did:
1. on publisher I restored from backup production db with another name ( lets call it TEST and new files
.mdf, .ldf and no switch KEEP_REPLICATION). After this step original replication between production
dbs worked fine.
2. on subscriber I did the same: restore as new db TEST with new
files .mdf, .ldf and no switch KEEP_REPLICATION.
Unfortunately I noticed, that after second step replication stopped. SQL agent replication job on Subscriber
is gone.
Why restoring db with new name did affect original replication?
Finally the most important: replication was set up by external company and I have to bring it to live now
but I don't know this subject so good. How can I do it?
Assuming, that there is no data change on subscriber in replicated tables is it enough when I select ‘reinitialize’
on Publisher and Subscriber?

Sorry for late response, but I was out of the office during last week.
Regarding problem 1: restoring replication. I contacted guy who made originally our replication and he recreated subscription agent. So this is solved.
problem 2: why did it happen?
Lydia, in link which you provided I found only info about restoring db in replication, but I didn't want to restore replication.
I checked SQL Server and Server Agent logs and there were no entries on that time. The only entries are regarding db restoring. Below:

In Windows application log there were also no other entries, besides these above.
I also could not check job history, because the job was gone in SSMS jobs list, while the subscription was present in SSMS Replication with info, that last successful synchronization was at 12:42 (there is a 5 min. sync period).
I also don't understand how the job was deleted, because according this manual (http://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/1803/auto-alert-for-sql-agent-jobs-when-they-are-enabled-or-disabled/) I have 2 triggers in sysjobs table and every time, when
job is deleted/disabled I got @ notification. In this case I got no @.
My SQL Server version:
Product_Version Product_Level Edition
10.50.2550.0 SP1 Standard Edition (64-bit)
Any idea what happened?

Note: When I configure my application on the Tomcat 5.5 and java 1.5 then it runs fine. But the problem arises when I compile my code on the java 1.4 and run on the Tomcat 5.0

Error while running JSP with custom tag

I am trying to run a jsp with a tag and I am getting the following error when I run the jsp:
"Unable to open taglibrary /WEB-INF/jsp/mytaglib.tld : Parse Error in the tag library descriptor: External parameter entity "%(DOCTYPE);" has characters after markup."
I have no idea what this is, can anyone help me here?

Its difficult to tell without looking at your TLD file i.e. mytaglib.tld
However, a guess is that you may be refering to an invalid or otherwise corrupted DTD from your TLD.
Check that out.

ODI Error: While running interface to perform Essbase ouline extraction

Hi All,
I have requiremnet to extract all dimensions from Essbase outline and put them into Flat Files.
I created Essbase and Flatfile model and reversed successfully.
I created interfaces for each dimension for extracting its metadata to flat file.
All the interfaces ran successfully except for Entity dimension and Cube_Data.
When i ran interface to extract Entity dimension i got the following error in "4 - Loading - SS_0 - Extract Metadata" step
com.hyperion.odi.essbase.ODIEssbaseException: Extract operation failed : Cannot perform cube view operation. Essbase Error(1012703): Unknown calculation type [0] during the dynamic calculation. Only default agg/formula/time balance operations are handled.
Please help me resolve this.

Hi,
This is a problem on the essbase side of things and not an ODI issue, it usually means you have a problem with a formula in the outline of your database.

ERROR while running workbook with macros

Hi all
I am running a workbook which has macros in it and thus some buttons for different functions.
Whenever i click on a particular button which should give a new selection window, it is giving me an error as follows:-
" Microsoft Office Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Please help me out to resolve this issue.

Hi Vikrant,
You can check any of the below options. Hope it helps :
- Check if you have not opened any other excel in the background .
- Check Excel security settings and Macros settings via Office Button -> Excel Options -> Trust Center ->
Trust Center Settings-> Macro Settings
- Also try installing updated version of the MSExcel 2007 BI ADD-ON Patch and enable tha Macros.
- Update GUI patch.

Execution error while running rule in ERPI.

I am facing error while, running the rule from the ERPI (workspace) , when i am checking the session in ODI, i am getting the error
where as in ODI there is no such logical schema HFM_TGT. i am doing the integration of EBS rel12 with Planning using the ERPI, ODI and FDQM.
I had created the Logical & physical schema for Planning, EBS and running through the context ERPI in ODI.

Hi,
I am using the classical metadata method. for creating the metadata rule file, i am adding the dimension using the FDM mapping.
As the mapping rule is running with extract id , but in ODI it is giving the error.

Error while running ejbc - Deployment time

Whilst trying to deploy my WSE through J2EE deploy tool i get the follwoing error:

Error while running SSIS package from Integration service or via Job

Hi All,
I encounter the below error while running SSIS Package from Job or integration service. However on execution completes success fully while running from data tools. The issue occurs after migration to 2012 from 2oo5 dtsx. PFB the error.
SSIS Error Code DTS_E_PRIMEOUTPUTFAILED. The PrimeOutput method on OLE DB Source returned error code 0xC02020C4. The component returned a failure code when the pipeline engine called PrimeOutput(). The meaning of the failure code is defined by
the component, but the error is fatal and the pipeline stopped executing. There may be error messages posted before this with more information about the failure.
A buffer failed while allocating 10485760 bytes.
The system reports 26 percent memory load. There are 206110765056 bytes of physical memory with 150503776256 bytes.
free. There are 2147352576 bytes of virtual memory with 185106432 bytes free. The paging file has 208256339968 bytes with 145642921984 bytes free.
The package also runs successfully from other servers. This happens only in one of our server.seems like issue with some sql configuration.

Are you running using SQL Agent Job and Data tools on same server or different?
If it is executing fine using Data tools and failing with Job it might be User credentials issue.Try
to run Job with your credentials by using proxy .
