Error while upgrading - iPhone4 locked

I just tried to upgrade my iPhone 4 to OS vs. 4.3.4 After downloading and during the install I got a non-descriptive error message and now my iPhone is "locked" with the picture of the iTunes and USB icons on the screen. How do I fix this? Thanks!

Well, the most current version of iOS is 4.3.5. Not sure what you mean by 1.4.3, maybe just a typo. As far as the error, it is necessary to let us know the exact error message to help you try and figure out what happened. With the iPhone connected to iTunes you should be able to do something through iTunes, if not at least a Restore, dependent on the error message. Try disconnecting the iPhone from the computer, close iTunes, restart it and then reconnect the iPhone and see what happens.
You can use this link to check error codes from Apple http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1275 to try and resolve an error you receive. The next possible solution is to remove iTunes and reinstall. Use these instructions to the letter in doing it on a Windows computer http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923. After reinstalling iTunes, try it again.

I checked the Connectors directory for coreman but its not available. I even checked with my previous successful installations for this directory, its not even there too.

Here is my environment information.
I have an OPMN clustered environment. The second node in the cluster was down while this upgradation.
There are two groups -- default_group and abcbpel_group
abcbpel_group contains the soa instance. while default_group contains home instance.

database, the thread's title is "Error while

If you goto 9.2.0.8 patchset download page, you will see all three patchset listed, there's a good chance Sunil mistakenly download the catch-up patchset instead of the full set. My purpose is to clarify the situation.
At least he didn't mention Patchset Number.
PS :
Patchset 4547809 first, the 415M onePatchset 4547809 is 415M for 64-bits, which seems not
be used here (the Banner doesn't contains "64bit
Production"), it's 352Mb for 32-bits. But I maybe
missed something else.

Hi ,
even if you start the mode in either standalone or integrated your SDM won't start completely and shows the above error.
check for sdmrepository.sdc file under <Drive>:\usr\sap\<SAP_ID>\JC<Instance_ID>\SDM\program\config\
sdc file might got corrupted or it's size would have got reduced. even if you run sdm in standalone or integrated,
you will get the same error.
Solution is to compare with the backup file that sapinst created everytime while upgarding the engine in the same folder and
replace the latest with the current.then your problem is solved.

Am getting ORA-01092 error while upgrading database to 10.2.0.1 from 9.2.0.6
I executed the catupgrd.sql successfully and recompiled invaild objects.
After that i tried to startup the database,but am getting the error:

I checked alert log file.
I am getting the following errors

I recieved an "error 6" message while upgrading from ios 5 to ios 7. I know....shouldn't have skipped ios 6, but it's too late for that now!
I've tried to restore the phone to factory settings, and it won't restore either. I have no idea what to do now. Does anyone know of any drastic measures to product either a clean restore or an upgrade to ios7? Thanks.

Check this support document for error codes http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694, however, it says that error code 6 is generally related to 3rd party security software. Read the fixes described in the document.

Error while upgrading the patch from RMS 13.1.1.1 to RMS 13.1.1.2

While upgrading the rms dbschema from 13.1.1.1 to RMS 13.1.1.2 we are getting the following error update ALC_FREIGHT_COST table or view doesnt exist.
We have checked the data model of rms 13.1.1 and rms 13.1.2 and we couldnt find the table "ALC_FREIGHT_COST."
So anybody could give suggestions on this.

I'd ignore the error for the moment and file an SR with OracleSupport to make them aware of the issue and release a better script - all of this assuming that your 13.1.1 starting point is valid and correctly installed.
Additionally you can locate the SQL upgrade script that is actually trying to do something on the mentioned table, and grasp what it is trying to achieve and how relevant that is for you.
The table exists in our 13.0.3 setup. The release notes of 13.1.0 mention a rework of cost component functionality, so seems like it was deprecated in that release.

I receive a critical error while I open a workbook in Bex 7.0 analyzer.
After I see the dialog - "Workbook open for upgrade", I received this error.
It says check the trace and I don't have a clue how to check the trace.

OIM DB error while upgrading from OIM-R1 to OIM-R2

When we were trying to upgrade a environment from OIM 11g R1 (11.1.1.5) to 11g R2 PS1 (11.1.2.1), and while upgrading the OIM schemas ( Section 6.3.8 in the document http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E27559_01/doc.1112/e28183/oim_up.htm#BABFHBFD) the OIM schema upgrade was failing and in the logs we were seeing the error mentioned below.
Let us know if anyone has worked/faced this issue while upgrading the OIM to R2.

SCCP IP PHONE 7911 ERROR WHILE UPGRADING FIRMWARE

Hi All ,
I am experiencing problem while upgrading Cisco IP phone model 7911 in my VoIP setup as my Cisco CM server is using firmware version ‘SCCP11.8-3-4SR1S’ for these phones. Whereas new 7911 IP phones coming from Cisco as RMA these days are having latest firmware version ‘SCCP11.9.2(1)’. While resetting the phones to factory defaults they are getting hanged during upgradation and giving error ‘ term11.default’. As per my research, i cannot upgrade or downgrade phone firmware from sccp11.8-3-4 to sccp11.9.2 and vice versa directly.
So i read the release notes of 9.2.1and there I found, i have to upgrade phone first in 8.5.2 base release and then I can go any version.
But when I am upgrading my phone into base release 8.5.2, sometime my phone prompt me ''ERROR'' on display and boot from its previous ifirmware and sometime it prompt ''UNPROVISIONED'' on the display and phone get stuck there.
My CUCM version is                     -6.1.2.1000
IP PHONE FIRMWARE version     -SCCP11.8-3-4SR1S(existing)
NEW load version                         -SCCP11.8.5.2
So request to all expert please suggest me to fix my issue.

Deployment error while upgrading from WLS6.1 to WLS9.1

We are upgrading from Weblogic 6.1 to Weblogic 9.1.
We are facing with two issues while upgrading.
1. We are having a start up servlet and that servlet uses Database appender and uses log4j. This class is inside a jar file and this jar is part of the ear file.

The managed server starts without any problem. Using the appication, we connect to 3rd party library to validate payment details. This 3rd party jar is also part of the ear file.
Basically the ear contains all the ejb jars, 3rd party jars and war files.

I have added explicitly this 3rd party jar in to the manifest file of the ejb jar that is looking for this jar.

which database version are you using?
Anyway I would suggest that you get in contact with your DBA and he with Oracle Support.
Based on the bug description this error has something to do with your database and DBMS_STATS (used to calculate statistics for your data) and not really with APEX itself.
Oracle Support should be able to help you to find out which database patch you have to install.
