Hi,
We are on SRM 5.0 SP12,Extended Classic scenario.
For all PO's which have no follow on docs created,whenever the
Confirmation-Related Invoice Verification (GR_BASEDIV) and Confirm
Performance of Service/Goods Receipt(GR_IND) fields are changed,the
changes are not transferred to ECC backend .The SRM PO status is set
to "ERROR IN PROCESS" and in RZ20 we see the folling messages:
PurchOrder 5000012063: Purchase order still contains faulty items
PO 5000012063: With non-valuated GR, please also enter GR indicat or
PO 5000012063: Instance 5000012063 of object type PurchaseOrder c ould
not be changed
Has anybody come across such an issue?

Hi,
We also faced similar issues. In such cases, do minor changes to line item of the PO quantity / price or other fields which are relevent for creation of the new versions of the PO.
Then use Function module BBP_PO_EXE_TRANSFER to push all the changes along with GR Indicator of the PO in to ECC.
In you case, the changes to PO is not triggerig the new Version of the PO. Hence it is not updating in back end.

Hello gurus,
in our system, tolerance key PP is maintained to automatically set a payment block for the invoice, if the amount in PO and invoice differs too much.
Unfortunatelly, the payment block is created for items with valuated GR only. For items with non-valuated GR, there is no error, no warning, no nothing.
Any ideas on this?

but where is the sense in that? In my view, an invoice that differs greatly from the PO should be blocked, no matter how/if we post the GR.
Am I missing something here?

Material Ledger Functionality with Non Valuated Sales Order Stock

We are in the process of setting up Make To Order (MTO) with Non Valuated Sales Order Stock. We currently use the Material Ledger in our other businesses that use Process Orders.
Does the Material Ledger functionality support MTO with Non Valuated Sales Order Stock? I have been testing this and have not yet figured out how to get ML postings. We are using production orders that settle to sales orders. We do not bring this into inventory, the costs reside on the sales order.
If this functionality does exist, I would assume I need to configure the Material Update Structure but I cannot find any documentation on this.
Any help would be appreciated.

no, material ledger will not be able to calculate and allocate actual costs for the sales order in the scenario you describe. It would of course, if you used the valuated sales order stock.
Generally SAP sees in the valuated sales order stocks (avaliable since 3,1 or something) a great improvement and no real reason to use still the non-valuated scenario.

I am getting the same message when I try to install the latest version of iTunes, I am running on Windows Vista Home Premium. I have an issue with shopping cart which is getting error ("Shopping Cart 0000146522 (Purch Requisition 2000039570): 06 326 Please enter document number and item together ")after approval for non-valuated materials when it has a contract number assigned along with item number in the source of supply tab.If i delete the contract number,i am able to reprocess the shopping cart.Please advice why it is failing when it has a correct contract number.

Encountering error: "field does not exist, please re-enter" when setting up basic calculation

I created a form in InDesign with many form fields. I would like to be able to have specific form fields generate a sum total in another form field. In acrobat, when I select the form field I wish to have the calcualtion appear in, I select the fields I want to calculate and when I click OK, I am greeted with a pop-up error that the "... field does not exist, please re-enter". I can see that there is a field present when I select "Highlight Existing Fields", I can select it and even fill it in manually. What am I doing wrong?
I attempted to contact Adobe Help chat and they threw up their hands and directed me here. Does it have something to do with the naming convention? I am stumped but I really need to figure this out. Do I need specific script to drop into the field notation box?

Keeping the file names simple seems to be helping.
I am now encountering an issue where some field calculations (rouhgly 20 out of 58 different basic calculations) do not compute.They create no sum and remain "zero" despite being created the exact same way as all the other calculations that appear to be working flawlwessly.
I don't understand and it is giving me kittens.

For multiple account assignement - One PO - MORE THAN ONE ASSETS - the GRN becomes "non valuated " (automatically- the field is grayed out). The account document will not be generated. The asset value will be captured on the MIRO date.
pls explain why system behave like this?

Error with wsdl on WAS6 -Please help!

Hi,
I have deplyed an application WAS6 server.I get the java.lang.IllegalStateException in the logs when I launch the installed application.
I searched a little on it and learnt that this is a known problem with WAS.
And that the possible solution of the problem is using xerces.jar to parse the xml instead of the default crimson.jar used by WAS.
So I added xerces.jar in the WEB-INF/lib folder of the application, rebuilt the EAR and deployed the resulting EAR in WAS.
But I still get the same error in logs.
Please let me know if I have misunderstood something or doing something incorrect.

Have you received a resolution for this yet? I'm having exactly the same problem -- I purchased this software yesterday, got it set up, and ran through my first folder of images with no problem. When I tried to run the tool through my second batch of images, I got the error 21. I contacted Mike D, but he hasn't responded. Meanwhile I tried several combinations of uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting, and switching to a different image file to try and resolve, all with no luck whatsoever. If you have a solution that you could share with me, I would really appreciate it!

CRC errors with non-home hub device

Hey folks
When I first replaced my dying BT Home Hub with a third party DSL modem, there were initially a lot of CRC errors and poor SNR ratios. I called BT Broadband support and the agent appeared to rectify the problem on by undertaking actions on BT's side. It was something like performing two line tests back-to-back -- I know sounds odd, but it worked and the the third party DSL modem worked happily for 6 months.
This week the third party modem started reporting high numbers of CRC errors, much like when first connected, it works for a while then resets when the CRC error count overflows. I'm wondering if there is some other state on BT's side that could rectify the problem. I've spoke with two agents this week, and they had no idea what I was talking about (and I agree it sounds like voodoo).
Any ideas on what the initial action was on BT's side that enabled the modem to work in the first place?

The CRC errors accumulate until they hit a threshold and the device resets dropping the connection.
The Home hub shows:

The obvious difference is 3dB in line attenuation and noise margin. This was the case when I first connected the third party router before BT did the line reset that allowed the device to work. It has worked flawlessly for months.

BTW, I don't want to appear unduly ornery, but BT tech support repeatedly ask on the telephone "why aren't you using HH2 we provided?".
1) It randomly drops OS X wifi connections which makes me really unpopular in the house.
2) It has poor wifi interaction with work lenovo laptop.
3) It has no support for QoS provisioning so kids streaming video interferes with work.
4) It has unreliable and undocumented USB storage, cf third-party solution which offers glitchless SMB and FTP.
5) Printer support is undocumented (though works better than my third-party alternative :-) )
My first HomeHub 2 had exactly the same issues before it died at which time I invested in a third party alternative. To credit BT they sent a refurbished replacement but this has all the same issues and a non-functioning reset switch.

Conversion error with non-primitive types

I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing this problem or has a potential solution.
The problem, in a nutshell:
I have beans that use non-primitive types (Float instead of float) in the getters and setters. However I keep getting conversion error problems. If I switch to primitive types, I don't get conversion errors. The built-in FloatConverter says (in the documentation at least) that it supports both primitives and boxed types. This was all working in EA4, though. I am discovering this problem as I migrate from EA4 to 1.0.
The code is pretty straightforward:

Okay, I figured out my problem.
The JSF spec implies that f:convertNumber may be used inside an h:inputText tag. The early versions of Core JSF go further and show f:convertNumber being used inside an h:inputText tag in one of the examples. (Chapter 7, conversions).
However, this has been the source of my problem. When using f:convertNumber, the converter would automatically determine the data type without regard to the data type in the backing bean. Hence, it would try to pass Longs or Doubles to the bean instead of Floats.
I believe this may be an issue in the 1.0 FR release.

yes, reg.cgi is intended to be a web service. its URL will depend on where and how you install it, and on your web server.
i suggest looking at your web server logs (especially the error log) to see if there's any information to help you diagnose and debug your installation. you can also use a command line tool like "curl" to try to connect to the web service and see if you can register and look up ids.
for example, if you installed reg.cgi in your web server at www.example.com in the cgi-bin directory, its url might be

using the command line tool might show you an error message that could help you diagnose your problem. the source code for reg.cgi is short and should be pretty self explanatory (it's very basic Python). if you get an error like "<update>false</update>" that means the database insert failed. the most likely cause for that is a bad database location or permission problems on the database files. keep in mind the database files and the directory they live in must be writable by the web server.

Error with Autoloader program - someone please help - so frustrated

HI there.... I am a wedding photography and use Mike d's autoloader program to zip through my wedding edits...it was working great until yesterday... I use it through bridge and when I try to ope the files, the autoloader comes up fine ..I pick my action....hit save and then I get a ps error 21 object is null line 1026 and then it I close that and hit the preassigned key to open up the files I get another error ps 8000 cannot open files beciase open options are incorrect.....I have tried reinstalling, updating, asking adobe forhelp ( they won't help becuase it is a third party program even though it is giving me ps errors), I have contacted Mike D the creator of the program and he is not sure what is going on either....any ideas at all ? I am at a loss and rely on this program to make the workflow much quicker! Any help would be appreciated

I contacted Adobe support today and they said to get on these forums as they cant help with coding errors.

I have formatted my Pc and reinstalled and the same error comes up. If I try to edit and existing insert record it works fine, when I create a new page and then try to add a new insert recordset i get this erro again.
i have since reinstalled Windows & 32Bit to see if that helped, nope. I have installed no extensions its a clean install.
Any help after spending a small fortune on this software.

I think you are trying to run the program but you don't have the required class POP3Session.class or it's .java file which you can compile.
