Hi,
Firstly, would you please post the result of running “ipconfig/all” on the DHCP server and domain controller?
It seems that the DHCP server cannot be authorized in AD DS. Please make sure that the DHCP server is a domain member and try to ping the domain controller on the DHCP server.
Best regards,
Susie

  • DHCP Server with the Static IP fill out DNS information

When filling out the DHCP Server with the Static IP from ipconfig.exe in the "Preferred DNS server IPv4 address:
    192.168.1.199
The same as in the static IP.  The IPv6 DNS one validates IPv4 does not.
I tried using the IPv4 Address and that validated but gave an error at the end: 1059 and 1046.
    Gives an error:
"The DNS Server at the specified IP address does not support the required TCP protocol."

  • ORA-12699: error when connecting to server with FIPS enabled

    Hi all,
I have a oracle client and server with FIPS enabled on them. When I use SQL Developer from the client, I can connect to the server and run queries on them.
I have an ADO based application, which I am trying to run on the client to query the oracle server, but the open database call seems to fail on this with the ORA-12699 error ..
    Heres the connection string I am using ... "Provider=OraOLEDB.Oracle;Data Source=Test;User Id=scott;Password=tiger;"
Are there any other options to be added to the connection string string ?? any ideas / comments would be of great help ...
    Note : I am using Oracle 11G ..
    --sachi

    Naveen,
Forms 5.0 is not certified and not tested with Oracle DB 10g because it was desupported before 10g got released.
The other problem is hard to give a generic answer for and I suggest to address this to metalink.oracle.com

  • Log In Error : WWC-41439

When trying to log in the Portal , I get the following error :
Error: You cannot login because there is no configuration information stored in the enabler configuration table. (WWC-41439)
    What could be wrong ?
    Thanks.

I got answer to my problem in the Troubleshooting Guide :
Cause: The hostname specified in the httpd.conf file was written using capital letters. This prevents the SSO subsystem from finding a matching entry in the enabler configuration table.
Solution: Modify the servername setting in the httpd.conf file so that the hostname uses all lowercase letters.

    Hi,
Please can someone help me to get the Patch 4198954. Why don't you download it from MOS website? I believe no one is supposed to download the patch from MOS and send it to you by email as this violates Oracle support agreement policy.
    Thanks,
    Hussein

  • ERROR: WWC-41439 ssodatan.cmd

Oh my word! I have read so many responses to this error. In
most, I have seen suggestions setting ORACLE_HOME to the Oracle
home for 9iAS, not your Oracle DB's home. As soon as I changed
it from my 9iAS home to the DB's home... it worked!
Regarding the bat file I mentioned previously. I put the
following script into a text file I named myssodatan.bat in the
    same folder as ssodatan.cmd
    C:\oracle\iSuites\portal30\admin\plsql
Of course change to your drive letters, paths, etc. And the
ORACLE_SID and "-c orcl" needs to reflect your DB name. If you
are using port 80 and 443, this should be okay. If not, don't
forget to use the port number after the .net in the script below.
    Exp: http://yourhostname.yourdomainname.net:80/pls/portal30/
(everything after ssodatan.cmd is on one line)
    Hope this helps out ...
    set ORACLE_HOME=c:\oracle\ora81
    set ORACLE_SID=orcl
    ssodatan.cmd -w
    http://yourhostname.yourdomainname.net/pls/portal30/ -l
    http://yourhostname.yourdomainname.net/pls/portal30_sso/ -s
    portal30 -p portal30 -o portal30_sso -d portal30_sso -e
    portal30_sso_ps -c orcl

    Alexandra. -
I edited the httpd.conf and replaced the hostname in uppercase to lowercase and everyhing works now !!. Appreciating your reply.

My 9iAS installation is in NT.

    How i resolve the problem?
Is there somebody in the same situacion?
    Thank you

Did you promoted/demoted a server? ( like from consumer to master , master to consumer , hub to consumer/master OR disabled replication and re-enabled with another unique ID and recreated replication agreements again?
IF YES, find out the current Unique ID in all the related server and delete the old serverIDs in the nsslapd-rererral.
Also the error will tell you for which server it is trying to update the duplicate entry. Mostly , that entry will be the old value as I explained before.
I have seen this before and mostly by doing above it gets corrected. I recommend that you should think before doing it.
In any case dont forget to update us since this is a tricky situation to me.

  • Static IP-ed server with Airport Extreme 802.11ac

Howdy, y'all, In support of an app for remote users, we wanna expose a Win server using a static IP from our cable provider. The ISP has provided us with the static IPs, DNS IPs and a gateway IP. At the moment, the Win server is on a subnet routed by our new Airport Extreme 802.11ac receiving a reserved IP. If I configure the Win server with the static IP settings from the ISP, there's no Internet connectivity because the gateway IP is a different subnet. When I connect the Win server directly to the cable modem and bypass the Airport Extreme, the Win server has Internet connectivity. I suspect that I'll hafta use a separate switch between the cable modem and the Airport Extreme for the Win server. I think that we'll then have departmental Wi-Fi routed by the Airport Extreme. Any other suggestions? Thanks much.

Do you only have a single IP??
If so you cannot give that IP to the win server.. then you have no other network connection.. or internet from other clients.
But you can simply put the Win server with a static LAN ip set via dhcp reservations and then set the win server as the default host.. all packet incoming to the public IP are then passed to the Win Server.
DHCP reservation on the network tab of the airport utility.
Default host is under Network options.
You will still use the AE as main router and set wan to either dhcp which should work fine or the static IP.

  • I got the following error when I try to logon to oracle portal.WWC-41439:

    Hi,
I got WWC-41439 error.Message is "You can't logon becuase there is no configuration information stored in ranabler confoguration table.
    Any solution?
    Regards,
    TLN Reddy.

I got WWC-41439 error.Message is "You cannot login because there is no configuration information stored in the enabler configuration table. (WWC-41439)"I was having a similar problem. Assuming you are using R2 (really a 1.0 product - thanks marketing) here is what was going on in my case.
I have Infrastructure on host_01.domainName and Portal on host_01.domainName (what Oracle calls the "Mid_Tier" even though the Portal Installation took place on host_02).
Here is the error and the solution:
If I goto http://host_02.domainName:7778/pls/orasso/orasso.home which is the "Access Partner Applications" page and then try to login - get the WWC-41439 error just like you.
If you'll notice the login URL is
    http://host_02.domainName:7777/pls/orasso/ORASSO.wwsec_app_priv.login?p_requested_url=http%3A%2F%2Fhost_02.domainName%3A7777%2Fpls%2Forasso%2FORASSO.home&p_cancel_url=http%3A%2F%2Fhost_02.domainName%3A7777%2Fpls%2Forasso%2FORASSO.home
Now if you click on the "The SSO Server (orasso)" hyperlink and then click-on the login URL - the url will be
    http://host_01.domainName:7777/pls/orasso/ORASSO.wwsec_app_priv.login?p_requested_url=http%3A%2F%2Fhost_01.domainName%3A7777%2Fpls%2Forasso%2FORASSO.home&p_cancel_url=http%3A%2F%2Fhost_01.domainName%3A7777%2Fpls%2Forasso%2FORASSO.home
This works because ORASSO is a schema located in the databse on host_01.domainName.

  • Server error in printing in server using crystal report 2008 with VS2008

    Hi,
We are using Crystal report 2008 in VS 2008. Everything working fine in local but when we deployed it in the server we are getting the below while print the report.
"An error occurred on the server. Printing will be stopped. Would you like to view the error information"
Anyhow the report is printing but I don't know why this error is occur and how to stop this. I had installed the CR runtime in the server. I dont know what is going wrong. The same we tested locally in a non crystal report installed PC.
Please help me to get rid out of this error.
    Thanks
    Natraj

    Soemthing strange going on here.
Typically this Integrated vs Classic is an issue with images where Classic uses web.config tags between <system.web><httpHandlers><u2026 crystalimagehandler../></httphandlers></system.web>
    Integrated uses tags between <system.webserver>u2026<handlers><..crystalimagehandler/></handlers></system.webserver>
Not sure why this would affect printing.  Do you have tags that specifying where to download the printcontrol from?  On the other hand, I would think that if images had anything to do with it, then you'd get red Xs when viewing.  As far as I know, the printcontrol.cab doesnu2019t need to be specified in the <system.webserver> tags.
This one may be best resolved over the phone. Phone support can be obtained here:
