Errors while trying to deploy pda labview

I'm a total newbie for what concerns PDA applications so maybe I got something wrong...
I'm trying to build an example vi usign my pocketpc (2003) as a target using labview 8.0
I installed first labview 8 then embedded c++ sp4 and then pocket pc sdk 2003.
Finally I installed labview 8 pda module.
but every time I try to build a vi (even the supplied examples) I get a
" Error building executable. Unable to create file." An unknown error occured. Please contact National Instruments for more help
my destination folder is \my documents on the PDA and a local folder on my pc, and I have access to both...
I tried even build the same vi for a PDA emulator target and I get the same cryptic error message...
any idea?

Often this kind of error appears when you are trying to deploy to the PDA target something that the PDA does not support.
I would start from this two document.

How Can I Tell What Features for Controls and Indicators are Supported in the LabVIEW PDA Module?
Another source of the same cryptic error message can be an improper installation of all the module needed to build PDA application, the first document suggested above point in this direction too.
I would check the PDA module manual and verify the proper installation order.

I am including the text file with the errors. From what I have read, I am assuming I messed up. I am just learning about the PDA stuff. I am using a Dell Axim X51v. I only had embedded visiual C++ 4.0 and pocket pc 2003 stuff installed with the pda module for labview. Everything I am reading is telling me that I need visual studio 2005 and the new 8.0.1 upgrade. Will this fix my problem? Also, I am assuming I need to uninstall the pda module currently, and then install visual studio and then the pda module. Is this correct? I am wondering if the module wasn't able to load these files because it could not find the microsoft develop stuff first. Thanks.
PS - I was following the directions included in the pda module package for installing the Bluetooth and SMS stuff. The Axim said it installed correctly, but there could be issues becuase it was written for a previous version. Do I still need these items with Mobile 5, or what?

Thanks for the links. I found those links when I started having issues. The document I am referring to is the "Getting Started with Labview PDA Module" guide that came with the pda module cd. The bluetooth and sms installs are discussed in the additional tools section.
It looks as if I might have success. I did a bad thing and uninstalled embedded c++ 4 assuming that visual studio 2005 would handle whatever the labview pda module was requiring. Wrong! You need to keep embedded 4 and whatever sdk versions installed as is, and add studio 2005 on top of that with the last step being the pda module update for labview. As of last night, I was getting both pocket pc 2003 and mobile 5 target items in the project window. I will try to deploy the tutorial to the actual device today.
Do you have no idea what those errors were caused by in the text file I uploaded? Maybe I will get lucky with all the software reinstalling I have done, and it will be fixed.
I don't plan on using bluetooth. But you never know in the future. What I do have a need for is to be able to communicate between a spectrum analyzer (gpib or ethernet) and the pda. I also want to do some ftp stuff between the pda and other devices.
One thing that I am finding very disturbing is the limited capability of the pda feature. It seems more gimmick than useful. Why on earth don't we have VISA available? More and more of these pda devices are coming with wireless networking built into them. It would be nice to be able to communicate with instruments via ethernet/network. Do we have TCP communication available? Is it possible to commicate with instruments with a raw TCP socket without the VISA layer? Meaning, can I send GPIB style visa commands over a TCP connection, and expect responses. What would I need to make it work?

Is the dependent dimension deployed to the catalog? Generally the no data found error indicates some dependent object is missing; either an implementing table or a dependent dimension.

Error while trying to deploy BIDS Cube

I have created a Cube, and when I'm trying to deploy it I'm getting errors. First error it's on Calculations Tab on a Cube under Metadata: "Error loading metadata connection is not open"
There's also another error: "Unable to query 'AdventureWorksDW_Cube' cube: A connection cannot be made to redirector. Ensure SQL-Browser is running.
Then another error is when I'm trying to deploy: same as above, A connection cannot be made to redirector. Ensure SQL-Browser is running

I would suggest you try to restart SQL Server Browser serice to see if this help.
In addition, please also help to collect the following information to us for further investigaion:
Is it a SSAS named instance or default instance? Have you try to specify "IP address\instance name" for the "Server" property?
What's is the impersonation accounts information of the SSAS project?

In 903 Oracle SOAP ( based on Apache SOAP) is not configured by deafult, since Oracle SOAP is a depricated feature;
Prefered way of building web services is using 'J2EE Web services'. But if you stilll want to use Oracle SOAP web services
You need to depoy the Oracle SOAP application that is there in soap directory.

I'm trying to deploy my Ejbs for JRun 3.1. I have my deploy

This script uses Jre 1.3.1 to deploy as I know that one works
on another machine. Anyway, i get the following error, i starts

Hi dominikg,
At first, You can try to restart the device-manager from system tray.
If it doesn't help, then try the following:
- stop the device manager
- Remove c:\Docement and Settings\<your User>\javame-sdk folder.
- Ran the device manager from <SDK>/bin directory
- try to debug again.
Did you tried to change port 51307 to another.
Early access build had some problems with device manager, I hope that final release will be better :)

Error while trying to deploy the application using Enterprise manager website

Hi,
I am trying to deploy a huge ear file using enterprise manager website of Oracle 9iAs Rel 2.
The deployment fails with the following error.
Deployment failed: Nested exception Root Cause: null; nested exception is: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError. null; nested exception is: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
We are able to deploy the same ear file using stand-alone container.
We are planning for deployment in few days to go it live.
Pls suggest what could be the problem.
Hardware Used:-
DellServer Intel P3 dual processor 1.2GHz
1GB RAM
2GB virtual memory,
40GB free hard-drive.
Apart from 9ias enterprise edition, this system has Oracle database also on it. But the database is not being used at all by anyone.
No other software is installed on the system
Software:-
Windows 2000 Server sp2
Oracle 9ias Release 2 Enterprise Edition (Installed J2EE and Webcache)
Oracle 8i Database 8.1.6.0.0
Size of application:-
130 EJBs (107 CMP + remaining Session Beans)
1700 JSPs
3 servlets
Packaged properly into jar,war,ear structure.
the size of ear file is about 13MB.

Oracle 8i database is running but noone is using it except that this application uses it.

Data Base is up ,what am doing ..I have deployed the my DataBAadapter SOA app it was not working so I undeployed the DataBAadapter app ..now I am deploying it again and getting the below error.

Error while trying to deploy 32 bit windows 7 using mdt

I am trying to deploy 32 bit windows 7 on a 64 bit machine using MDT. After the initial loading it gives an error stating that windows failed to start.

If you are still getting the same error, then it would suggest that the drivers weren't removed from the image.
IF this is the WInPE image generated by MDT, then be sure that you run a *Full* update of the deployment share.

In JDev 9.0.2, to deploy to the full 9iAS server (instead of just Oracle9iAS Containers for J2EE [OC4J]), you have to use Enterprise Manager or DCM to deploy your application.
In JDev 9.0.3 Preview, there is a way to have JDev perform a deployment via DCM for you, if you install a DCM Servlet into 9iAS that comes with JDeveloper.
By JDev 9.0.3 Production, if you also use Oracle9iAS 9.0.3 Production, it should be possible to deploy to iAS 9.0.3 out-of-the-box.

Compilation Error while trying to Deploy my Web Service

My main problem right now is that I can build my classes without error but when it is time to deploy the web service with Jdeveloper I am getting a compilation error without to get info about what is the error itself:
