EU Vendor with several VAT numbers

Dear SAP experts,
I face the problem when posting the vendor invoice if my vendor has several VAT numbers. I am not able to display/edit the field "Reporting country" (RF05L-EGMLD) on the document. Subsequently, when running EU Sales List report, the system always shows the first VAT number from the master record of the vendor. If I need to report the invoice on the other(s) VAT number(s) from the vendor master record I am not able to.
My current SAP system is ECC 6.0
Could someone help?

Hi Ivona,
Do you have plants abroad implemented in your company?
When we have plants abroad implemented we will not be able to see the tax codes while posting in FB60 or so... this seems something similar.
Just a suggestion if that is the case, please let me know.

    Hello,
    If I have a vendor  with 2 VAT numbers (t-code xk03), i.e.,  one for PL by default and another one for FR. When the customer in t-code MIRO wants to choose VAT number for FR it let him do it, but then if we go to the FI document xxxxxxxxxxx,  in the "additional data" still comes up PL unspite was chosen FR.
    So, the question is why does it happen this way and how we can choose and keep FR?

    What I see from MIRO is that if you work with a vendor with VAT reg. number"PL", (also thi vendor has alternative VAT no. for FR,and this is what I need for the invoice), and change in MIRO Reporting country to "FR" the alternative vendor VAT, the financial invoice (51........) will take the original VAT vendor number "PL", (that I change it before to FR with Rep. country in MIRO).
    How can I create a financial invoice with the other VAT no. (FR) for this vendor?

  • F110 Payment to vendor with several bank accounts

    Hi to all,
    I have a vendor with 2 bank accounts, each one for its subisidiaries .
    We pay this vendor's head office via transfer and to do so, use transaction F110. Depending on the subsidiary, our vendor wants us to use one account or the other.
    All open items go under the head office number, my question is: how do I assign the right bank account to the open items?
    I tried with the alternative payer funcionality but did not work.
    Can you please help?

    The BVTYP is free. If a bank account accepts only one currency, the easiest is to take this currency as BVTYP in LFBK. You should have your own rules for the others cases: for example BVTYP 'EUR' for euro and 'OTHE' for all others currencies. You should use substitution with user exit. If you don't know the technique, please search in forums with keyword 'RGGBS000'.
    The user exit should do the following (for example):
    1) search in LFBK one row with LIFNR = BSEG-LIFNR and BVTYP = BKPF-WAERS.
       if found then BSEG-BVTYP = BKPF-WAERS
    2) if not found, search in LFBK one row with LIFNR = BSEG-LIFNR and BVTYP = 'OTHE'.
       if found then BSEG-BVTYP = 'OTHE'.
    3) if not found, do nothing; BSEG-BVTYP remains empty.
    - With such an exit, you have to fill BVTYP in LFBK only when the suppllier has more than 1 bank account.
    - You should also decide whether BVTYP should be ready for input or not; if yes you should decide what has priority: user's input or substitution (but I think that leaving the field ready for input and overwrite it in substitution has no sense and is dangerous, so in this case the substitution should do nothing for non empty BSEG-BVTYP).

  • Help with multiple contacts with multiple phone numbers

    I'm fairly new to the iPhone so thanks in advance for any help with this issue.
    I have contact list with records for a lot of people (300+), each with several phone numbers each, home, mobile & work, etc, .I can't seem to find a way to have the iPhone announce the name & number or name & type (home,mobile,work) of the caller from the contact list, my old cell phone could do that easily.
    At the moment what I've been doing as a work around for a few (important) people is to create a custom ringtone for that caller & that phone number.  Since it also seems there's no way to attach a different ringtones to each number in a single contact record I've had to create multiple contact records for each person, each with a different name/number combination such as "John Doe Work", "John Doe Home" or John Doe Mobile" then assign to it the custom ringtone I created for that name/number. 
    I need to this so that if I receive a call while I'm driving (or whatever) that I can't answer right then for some reason (often happens),  the ringtone I created for that name & number helpfully lets me know  who & where their calling from.  It's very important to know where someone is calling from, if someone's calling from home then I know I've got some time,  but if their calling from work then I need to get back to them quickly.
    This is a real pain!, having to make multiple contacts & ringtones for a every person with multiple numbers is a extraordinary waste of time.  My old cell phone could do this with no problem but there doesn't seem to be any way to do this with my new iphone.  Am I missing something here?  I am new to the iPhone so if there’s a solution to this that I’ve missed I'd very much appreciate the assistance.

  • Group Skype call with some telephone numbers

    Hi there, I need to make a group Skype video call but some participants can only join by telephone. If I create a 'group' that has a mix of Skype account and telephone numbers, will the call still work? Do I need to make this a video call or a audio call only for it to work? Thanks!

    We can get purchase register through T.Code: 'J1I2' by specifying condition types and tax codes.
    We can't get 100% report from this T.Code.
    Check it once.

    "VAT reg.no. already exists for country BE"

    If the message is already not there in OBA5,
    Then go to OBMSG and switch off the same.

    can anybody explain me how to do return delivery to vendor with excise return,  after invoice verification.
    Pls explain me step by step with example (excise duty example ).
    firt ve have captured and posted excise duty frm vendor ,
    1. then i have created return PO with same tax code with excise duties 1421% + 4% vat. tax valus r flowing properly in return PO (1421%+4%vat).
    2.while doing MIGO (wht is mvt type )and wht to do in excise tab.

    Here check BED, ECS and SECess values to be reversed and click on u201CSaveu201D button to post the excise invoice.

  • F110 - An email should go to the vendor with payment details?

    When payment is done through F110, an email should go to the vendor with the payment details. The vendor email stored in master record.
    I done entire configuration BTE (Business Transaction events) I checked FBZP - country/company code it is showing correctly.

    Payment medium program - RFFOD__U
    Form for the Payment Medium - ZF110_US_AVIS
    I posted FB60, F110, But am not getting an email in T code SOST.
    Kindly help me where I gone wrong?

    check this may be useful for you...
    There is a custom table YFEMAIL_PAYADV maintained in sm30. This table contains Flags for Emails and Fax for each combination of Company Code and Payment Method.
    Every time a Payment Advice is sought to be generated after executing F110 transaction this BTE is triggered. The Function module attached to this BTE then checks the combination of the Company code and Payment method from the REGUH table in the custom table YFEMAIL_PAYADV. If the flag for email is checked for the given combination, it would trigger an email to the recipient, maintained in the vendor master data. If email address is missing in Vendor Master Data, it will check for the Fax flag. If the Fax Flag is checked in the custom table, it would send the fax to the Fax number maintained in the Vendor Master. If the Fax number is missing as well in the vendor master, a print out of the Payment Advice is generated.
    However, if the email flag is not maintained for a combination of the Company code and Payment method in the custom table, the system would exit from the Function Module.
    Master Data Maintenance :
    u2022The email address of the recipient should be maintained in the vendor master and the
    Notes ID u2018PAYADVu2019 should be maintained just next to the recipient the mail is intended to be sent. The first email address (with the radio button) is the default email address used by the system to send other documents (like P.O etc). The email address where Notes ID is u2018PAYADVu2019 will be used to email the Payment Advice. Hence this care needs to be taken while maintaining the email addresses in the Vendor Master.
    Variant for the Payment Program:-
    The checkbox for u2018Print payment advice notesu2019 in the variant attached should be checked.
    Check the SAP Connect gateway - T.code : S0SB or S0SG
    Technical settings in SAP Connect :-
    The email addresses and fax numbers of the Vendors would be activated in SAP Connect so that emails or facsimile could be sent from R3 to external systems. Using the Transaction u2018SCOTu2019 the nodes u2018SMTPu2019 for Emails

  • Subcontractor vendor is charging VAT

    Hi,
    Subcontracting vendor is charging VAT on his material used for the production of the final material.
    Example: Company gives PO to vendor for component "A" (Semifinished) and sends material "B" (Raw Material) to subcontractor,
    Now to manufacture component "A" subcontractor uses component "B" plus his material say "C" and completes the product "A".
    When he send bill to company he charges VAT on the material "C", which is his material used to manufacture component "A".
    Can we use VAT tax code in subcontracting purchase order, is it legally correct ?

    It is not possible to add any Tax on the component /child material because these materials are your own material irrespective of the source of supply for these materials. As you can not impose any duty for own material in the subcon PO for child /component material
    Better you can negotiate in this way.
    Create normal PO for component material in first line item, let Say C in your case with Vat tax code & enter delivery address as sub con vendor & then in the second line  item of the same PO use item category as L ( Sub con) for Material A ( end product) & enter system proposes shall delivery address be the same say no.
    Carry out GR for first line item, material will at the sub vendor location, just create GR for material A (end material)

  • Thailand VAT numbering

    We are into ECC 600 & we need to implement that VAT solution for thailand.
    We have closely followed the SAP TH Country documentation so as to meet all statutory requirements. We faced no problem for incoming VAT.
    While configuring for Output VAT number ranges, SAP help says
    "" For sales in the system, you have to decide whether you want to create customer tax invoices using Sales and Distribution (SD) or Accounts Receivable (FI-AR):
    If you use SD, the system uses the billing document number as the tax invoice number. When it generates an accounting document, it copies this tax invoice number into the accounting document.
    If you use FI-AR, you have to set up a separate number range (see Customizing below).
    You can only use one component, otherwise the tax invoice numbers will not be sequential.""
    Also we are using the standard SAP user exit ZSDINV_RANGE for assigning the billing type (plant wise) to Number ranges.
    As we have the requirement of reporting for both SD as well as AR doc types ( RV & DR). we decided to go for SD route. Accordingly the running VAT number is coming for SD doc types. Now we dont know whats the SAP solution to take care of DR doc types which will be generated from FI-AR side. And as recommended by SAP, we can't use both FI & SD VAT solution at one time.
    Also we know that VAT numbering can be done in Cross Applications component but there it allows for only Monthly number ranges. So How to have yearly number ranges.
    So plz let us know how SAP supports in meeting this statutory requirement of having running VAT numbers for all document types.

    Check in T-Code: OY17 and Else go to the below development..
    Please take the help of Technical (ABAP) Consultant and tell him to Copy the Program - J_1HSTCD in T-Code: SE38 and Tell him to extend the length of the Field - STCEG and Save the Program and Make use of Z-Report, which display the VAT Registration with 13 Digits.

  • How to maintain one vendor with two addresses

    Hi All,
    I have to set up vendor master data for a given vendor in this way that when a PO is created, the user could select from several addresses.
    I have assigned two vendors with different addresses as a partners (Ordering address - partner funcion) of the main vendors(this two are from different account group with assigned partner scheme  and partner functions "Ordering address" and "Invoicing party").
    After that  for the main vendor I have created two vendor subranges which includes in their partner function screen the new vendors as ordering address partner function. I have also created an info record for the main vendor in which one of the subranges is include.
    During the creation of the PO, when I entered the vendor number I can make selection between the 3 vendors, I am selecting one of them (not the main vendor) in the partner tab I can see it as ordering address but when I go to Address Tab the address of the main vendor hasn't change, although item level I can see in the material tab that it has took the correct sub range.
    It is not very common to maintain several addresses for one vendor,and having in mind the fact that the address can be changed manually,  but has somebody of view met this problem before?

    Hi,
    I understand you that you have multiple ordering address.If a vendor is having multiple orderig addreses system pops up the list ordering addresses at the time of creating a purchase order. In this list you can select one of the ordering address.
    In the address tab you cannot see the ordering address. You can only see the main vendor address.
    In the purchase order print layout you need to make the changes so that it select ordering address partner address which was availabe in the purchase order.

  • Looping through several employee numbers

    My program calculates salary  for a given period for an employer and prints the result in a word doc using the function MS_WORD_OLE_FORMLETTER. This works fine when I have only one employer. When I enter several employee numbers the information is collected correctly in a table but only the first record is printed. I have an impression that the program executes as many times as there are employee numbers instead of executing once by looping through the employee numbers before printing the result. How can I print all the information for several employers?

    My problem is that the loop executes for one Employee and then goes on to the end of the program to do the mail merge. the program then "restarts" for the necxt employee. However through each program run/cylce the table t_mergedata is appended with the correct information. I would like to first collect all this info before executing the FM for all the records in t_mergedata.
