Ever since I upgraded my iPad to the latest update on Monday I have lost volume only works with headphones.?

Ever since i got ios 6 it has been a slower and it says i only have 2 gb left when i have10 app and 0 songs. I got this iPod a few years ago so the warranty has already expired. Please if there is any way I can upgrade let me know.
Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. Sometimes when you update and do other things files will be corrupted and make the "other" category large. Restoring from backup usually reduce the other .
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod. -
Ever since i did the IOS 7 my Iphone has been doing strange things it didn't do before, why is that?
I work for a business where were using multiple iphones and since we all did our software update to the IOS 7 our phones have all been playing up - freezing when clicking on apps, when you answer a call the new keypads very touchy and hangs up all the time, dials number on its own, the sound randomly stops working, and sound in general is very sketchy. Sounds like were in a car when were talking to someone. and a few other little things.
Is this happening to anyone else? Will another update be coming out to fix these little bugs or could it be all our phones themselves?Hi tfishe,
There are various issues that Apple is continue to work on. You are running the 7.02 release, so you have been updated twice since the intiital release. 7.03 was just released earlier today, and several fixes have been added to that release.
Hang in there. It appears that Apple is diligently working on addressing the various issues that have been reported. Remember, this is a major iOS change. It is the first major change to the iOS platform since it was originally released with the iPhone 1, so it's going to go through some growing pains....

ever since I upgraded to ios 7, my battery life is very short. I do not use the ipad all that much and have to charge it twice as much as before. I have been on the phone to Apple 3 times and turned off a number of things that I am not using and now power it off more regularly but still not happy with battery life. It is less than a year old and as I said, I don' t use it all that much
My best bet would be to restore the phone. Back it up to itunes, and then reset it Factory settings. This way, any corrupt software will be removed, and you can start fresh. Make sure you back it up first. By the sounds of it, you are using the phone for business and probably need the data from it. Hope this helps!

Ever since I upgraded to IOS 7 on my iPad2, it does not remember my passwords, even though I check "keep me signed on". Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing? I did not have this issue with the previous OS. Thank you.
Thank you, James, but I do have a WiFi connection on the iPad mini. The Numbers files update on my iPad third generation and iPhone just fine when connected to the same network.

Im having trouble sending messages from my iPhone 4..ever since i upgraded to iOS 5, its giving me this problem. It says your SMS mailbox is full. Delete some messages to recieve new messages.
I've deleted around 10 huge conversations, rebooted it, restored it, done a soft and hard reset too. What should i do?my boyfriend restored his iphone as a brand new phone and still had this problem, he deleted all his text conversations except mine and his best friend's conversations still nothing, i told him to delete OUR conversation since its a 2 year conversation that he has NEVER deleted ..... he said YES!! we tried to delete it and the phone freezes as soon as we click on the CLEAR CONVERSATION button!!!! we tried about 5 times and this happened everytime we tried!!!! ....is like the phone doesnt wanna let go of our conversation!!! every other conversation he deleted the phone was fine except for when we try and delete ours!!
so yesterday he left his phone alone around 4 pm since we have the apple appointment today at 130pm.......around 11 pm last night his phone went NUTS receiving all the text messages i had sent and never received!!!! and now the phone works just fine!!! ...... CONFUSED?????? yeah we are too!!!
but we're still going to the apple store to see what they can tell us!!! -
Both my wife and I have iPhone 5 and we use Siri a lot. Ever since we upgraded to IOS 7 we found that frequently we get a reply from Siri something like "This is embarrassing but I cannot handle a request right now". Prior to IOS 7 this did not happen.
tonefox is probably right. Server overload. I also notice that when siri does respond correctly, it is slower. My wife has a 4s and same story, and she has not upgraded to IOS 7.

I no longer am able to see how many emails I have in my inbox ever since I upgraded to iOS 7 is there a way for me to see how many emails are in my inbox now?
I have the same problem - I'd like to see the total number of emails I have in each folder when I'm in the folder - it used to be at the top of the screen but since upgrading to iOS7 it's gone. It now only shows how many emails are unread when you're in the folder list.
Gumby20133, I tried double clicking the Home button but nothing happened when I swiped up on the mail preview thumbnail - please could you explain what I was doing wrong? Actually, even if I could do that, would I have to do it every time I wanted to see the total amount of emails in each folder? As what I'm looking for is a way to permanently have the amount of emails showing in each folder - is there any way I can do that?

Ever since updating to latest version of Firefox it has been painfully slow on my Mac running OS 10.5.8.
Websites just hang, and never get to where they are supposed to go. The status loop on tabs just spins and spins but never loads the site. Go to the same site on Safari and there in a second. It is like dial up slow. Have tried all the troubleshooting tips(reset, delete/re-create profiles, uninstall/reinstall, updated flash) nothing works.

Ever since last night my macbook pro 13 inch has been doing weird and not so wonderful things. It will only power up with the power pack attached as soon as the battery pack is removed my lappy goes dead. The charge icon shows when its connected. Also if the lid is shut while it is still operating and not been shut down it completely shuts down, whether or not it has been shut down properly it takes 4-5 attempts of opening and closing the lid to get it to start up. It only seems to restart with the lid closed and only reason I know it has is because the apple icon lights up. When I finally get it started up the clock has reset itself back to 2008, requests for internet access pops up, outlook is not allowing me to delete emails, etc. Help!!!

Amethsytfyreyea man you need to take it to the Apple store ASAP. This is why I bought the Apple Care warranty when I bought my Macbook pro. At the Apple store they will trouble shot your problem and if it cant be fixed you may end up with a new lappy toppy good luck my friend, hope everything goes good, and your partner isn't to badly damaged

Help. Ever since my upgrade to ios5, any and all apps simply close by themself. I have tried to shut down all the apps which are not in use and I have also reset the iPad a few times (reboot) and yet there is no real effect. Is there a way to go back to the older ios so that I can have peace of mind. It is a crying shame to see all such hassles with ios5.
Downgrading to an older iOS version is not supported on iOS devices.
Make sure that you have downloaded all of the updates for your apps and see if that helps.
Try this as well. if the Apple apps are working OK and it is the third party App Store apps that are crashing - try downloading another app - any free app. See if that helps.
You said that you reset the iPad but you may have to restore your iPad to factory settings and then to a backup if you can't resolve the problem. -
After several attempts with Comcast to fix the problem of receiving mail, I am hoping someone here can give me sound advice. Ever since I upgraded to OXS Lion I can send email through Comcast account but, cannot receive it
Please detail ALL you have done so far in the way of troubleshooting? Need this info to avoid the been there done that scenarios that you have already tried w/Comcast.

Problem with wifi connection ever since I upgraded to ios 6?!
My wifi isn't working right and I just upgraded to ios about an hour ago. I clicked on the wifi network I wanted to join, and I have a connection but when I click on it, apple.com comes up and asks me to "Log In" but on the page it says "Sorry the page you're looking for can't be found" I'm not sure if this is an ios 6 problem or just a problem with my ipod/wifi, but please help me?!
Common problem. Ugh. I was hoping to find hope in these forums. ipad 1 and ipod touch 4 both are unable to use the app store for anything other than software updates! Crash crash crash.

I upgraded my iPad 3 to 7.0.4 and now I have wifi issues I never had before and apple customer support is no help. Does anybody know how to solve this issue?
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app
• Tap on Wi-Fi

• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.
