Every time I try signing into Facetime or Imessage it says that they are encountering an error and to try again later but it's been doing this since I got my computer and I've had it for several months.

Is there anyway anyone can help me. I don't know if I have to go to a setting in my computer or anything. So if you could just tell me why they are not working that would be great!!

I noticed in my instance that it is HD content that is giving me the same problem, but Standard Definition (SD) content downloads and plays no problem.
Would this be the same with you? Have you been able to download a play an HD rented movie?

You should try again later, the servers are getting slammed. Bunch of people trying to download at the same time.
Give it time, keep trying, should eventually work.

I cannot "download all" from the cloud ... it says that itunes has encountered an error and needs to shut down. I can download one song at a time. It is not being caused by any one song.

I have the latest version of iTunes. When I am in the iTunes store and I click on purchased it will show me a list of all my purchased songs. Some of the older songs are already in my iTunes account. There is a cloud symbol by any songs that have not been download to my account. It always fails if I try to do a "download all" (at the bottom of the page) but I seem to be able to download one song at a time. These are songs that were purchased on my iPhone but I wanted to put them in my iTunes account so that I could put them on my iPod. The problem does not appear to be associated to any one song.

I did think about that and if I have to I will do that, however there are about 50 songs. I have closed and reopened iTunes several times and I am sure that I have the latest version. It fails right away but I can click on the cloud download icon and download the song that it failed on ... therefore it is not that song "or any one song" causing the issue. Any ideas?

When opening firefox it says that "Firefox has encountered an error and has stopped running"? Help!!!!!

When I click on the Firefox icon The page comes up white and in the middle it says "Firefox has errored and has stopped running". Then it looks to windows for a solution but finds none.

Since the iTunes update to 10.6 everytime I open iTunes there is an error message that says that iTunes has encountered an error and needs to shut down. Is there a way to fix this or go back to an older version of iTunes?

Can not sign into FaceTime or iMessage on ipad air

For some reason I can not sign into FaceTime or iMessage using my Apple ID anymore. They both used to work, but they just stopped.. Now when I try to sign back in I get a message than an error occurred during sign in. I use two different Apple id's, one just for iCloud and one for everything else.

Why won't my iPod let me download anything? Ever since I downloaded iOS6 awhile ago it was acting up I had to erase my whole iPod now every time I hit download on an app it keeps saying I must agree to knew terms and policies every time I hit download.

It's every software company's answer to everything - upgrade to the latest version.
And for good reason, the bugs they know about get fixed, while introducing new ones. Not on purpose, of course, it just happens.
