Every time I try to buy a song, a message pops up stating "Your Apple ID has been disabled. I have changed and reset everything. How can I fix it?
Every time I try to buy a song, a message pops up stating "Your Apple ID has been disabled." That's it. Nothing else. I have changed and reset my email, password, security questions, and billing info. The message still pops up. I am just trying to buy some music. Any ideas?

This is what I posted on May 15th and it worked like a charm:
Just got off the phone with Apple Support. I have been working on this same issue for 2 weeks now. I was told to go to www.apple.com/support/itunes. Then under "Get Customer Service" choose ITunes Store Account and Billing. Then choose "Managing your account" option. You will see an option where you can email, choose this. This brings up a form that you need to fill out and submit. Just tell them that you have reviewed your account (assuming you have) and you see no fraudulent activities. Then ask them to enable your account. You should have your account enabled within 24 hours.......at least that is what I was told. I just filled out the form and submitted it. -

I just got my iPhone 4 yesterday after having a Blackberry for 3 years. Everytime I try to download any type of application it keeps displaying "Your Apple ID has been disabled." Before activating my iPhone I downloaded the most recent iTunes. I even went back today I reset my password after some minor research made the suggestion. I sent an e-mail off to to Apple last night after their Apple tech was no help at all. He is the one that suggested the e-mail and that he could not help me. I am really frustrated at this point. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me out. I was extremely excited about getting my new iPhone 4 and now I am just over it! Help please!!!

I have sent this report to Apple like 50 times and no one has contacted me.

go to http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp, enter your billing address, it will then show you how the USPS recognizes your address. Enter that address EXACTLY how it is shown on the USPS site into your itunes billing address info. -

When i try to purchase or update it says "Your Apple ID has been disabled." I have contacted Apple 3 times and they told me to change my password each time and i told them i tried that, but it didn't work.They said they would try to fix it and they never contacted me after that. If you did everything it says then you contacted them.

what do they mean by your apple id has been disabled and how do I enable it? I get this each time I try to update my apps.
Got it sorted. AN e-mail to teh support centre got me three replies, two reasuring me that someone os working on it and the third giving me the information that the ID is enabled again and ready to use. All within 24h. Of course without any information as to why the problem came up in teh first place. At least it was swift action.
