Every website that I try to access, I get this mesage ''This Connection Is Untrusted". I tried to add exceptions, but that didn't work.

This is generally not a good thing if you are seeing this message for all websites. Can you please check if you are seeing this issue if you open the browser in Safe Mode (instructions below).
Also, request you to scan your computer for any malware to ensure that there is no issue with some malicious software running on it.
