Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".

Welcome to the Apple Community.
First you should try logging out of your iTunes Store account (settings > iTunes Store > accounts) and then back in again.
If that doesn't help, try resetting the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings). You should also try restarting your router.
If both of the above don't help, you should try a restore (Settings > General > Reset > Restore). -

Let's first try updating your QuickTime Player to the most recent version. Does that help with the iTunes launch errors?

If you cannot get mail to quit/force quit, you can always remove power from your Mac.
NOTE: removing power is a bad idea, and can result in data loss, but sometimes it is the only thing left to do.
Press and hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds, and the Mac will power off.
When you power back on, the Mac should reboot. -
New Adobe Photoshop elements 11-can not share pictures. I do use AOL email. Get error of "Elements 11 Organ. has stopped working, I have looked into sharing tab and my only option is Adobe email settings. I had to restore my iMac from Time Machine. After the restoration all programs are functioning except my Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium. When I start any program in the suite the error message, "Licensing for this product has stopped working." I restarted the computer and tried again to run Photoshop and the same error message appeared. The message was followed by a message that stated that I needed to contact Adobe technical support and mention Error: 150.30. I need Adobe technical support to provide me a solution for my problem so I can continue using my Adobe products installed on my computer.
Unfortunately when Adobe products are restored from backup, especial CS4 and especially Mac, it breaks licensing.
There is a python script included in the license recovery kit that should work if you are familiar with Terminal.
If not, you must reinstall your CS4 suite. You don't need to delete your preferences, so it should be the same as before.

Go to Applications-->Utilities-->Disk Utility, Open it and Select the MAC HD and then click on Repair permissions.
After that try to run the cleaner tool as mentioned by kglad.
Restart machine and then try to install again.
*** Make sure , you only delete these folders if there is no other adobe applications installed on the machine. As if you have any other Adobe application of the suite ( not free applications ) then it will be a problem. -
I have an Iphone 5 on contract with T-mobile/EE. The lock button on my Phone 5 has stopped working completely. It just will not work anymore so I have to rely on the auto-lock . Will apple replace my phone or do I ahve to take it back to T-mobile? It is just short of a year into a 24 month contract.

It does sound like the T key is stuck.
One way to test to see if the keyboard is at fault is to disconnect the keyboard, then start up the Mac.
Note - on that model, you can force a shutdown by holding in the power button (the one on the front panel of the machine) for 8 to 10 seconds.
You can also force a restart by pressing the small convex (bulges out slightly) button under the power button on the front panel (it's the one on the left). -
I have a mac book pro that both USB ports have stopped working one about a year ago and one recently. Is it possible to connect to another one of the other MBP's ports with a cord that ends with a USB port?

I went by the Apple Store and they told me that there was a "Flat Rate" repair service for this particular part where they would replace the logic board along with the USB ports for $350. Seems like best avenue. All of this would have been moot but my wifi in the computer also doesn't work so I was using my phone as a hot spot and tethering it to the computer for Internet access when the last port quit. This left me with no internet and no printing capabilities on the computer I use for my business. Basically became a nice paperweight. lol
They will ship it off Monday and I should have it back Thursday!
