Let's first try updating your QuickTime Player to the most recent version. Does that help with the iTunes launch errors?

Not completely sure. But if you think it is an iTunes issue...... follow through this: Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
ALSO, if you feel like all your music will be gone as well follow through these 2:

First thing I would try would be to remove the battery from your MacBook, connect the computer to it's power adapter and start up, then see if the keyboard and trackpad work normally. Some older batteries have been known to expand and interfere with keyboard and trackpad. If this works, replace the battery.

Some things to try...
Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, then double-click on Eula.exe and accept the license agreement
Can you open Adobe Reader by itself? If so, try disabling Protected Mode [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)].
It could even be a malware issue; see http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/reader-core-dll-error.html

Thanks for the additional details mnslider. Let's make sure that we figure this out. Is the device software currently up to date? You can check by going into Settings, Software Update, and Check New. As well you would be able to uninstall or clear the data and cache for that application to see if that would help. As well you would even be able to disable the application all together. Itunes launches fine however I cannot connect to the Itunes store. It says that Itunes has stopped working and windows is looking for a solution.

Everything seems fine until I try to access the ITunes store. Then I get a message that ITunes has stopped working and that Windows is looking for a solution. Then it tells me that no solution has been found and closes down Itunes.
I can still sync music / podcasts to my ipod and iphone. I am still getting podcast downloads automatically for the ones I have subscribed to.
This is the first time this issue with not being able to access the Itune stores has happened to me. I was just there 2 nights ago.

Yeah, I wrote this wrong. Its ITunes has stopped working and Windows is trying to solve problem, then shuts down.
I have un-installed , re-installed. Tried earlier version and that wont work any more. Changes firewall, pop-ups whatever...........nothing works. And Apple has been no help. Run test and it says all test are good even to Apple store??
