  • BlackBerry JDE Plug-in for Eclipse 3.4.2

I am trying to use Eclipse 3.4.2 to develop Java applications for BlackBerry. Based on the instructions at site:
http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/javaappdev/javaeclipseplug.jsp, three packages were installed on Eclipse IDE:
BlackBerry JDE Plug-in for Eclipse v1.0.0.67
    eJDE-4_5_0_16_Component.zip
    eJDE-4_7_0_46_Component.zip
But can't see the "BlackBerry workspace" at Eclipse IDE when selecting "File|New|Project|BlackBerry", only can find "BlackBerry Project" and "BlackBerry Resource File".
Also when select "File|import|BlackBerry" at Eclipse IDE, only can see "Existing BlackBerry Projects into Workspace", can't find "BlackBerry JDE Project" and "BlackBerry JDE Workspace".
Based on the education video at http://www.blackberry.com/DevMediaLibrary/view.do?name=JDEtoeclipse, those missing parts should be displayed in the Eclipse IDE.
    Please help!
    Thanks,
    Ying

It have been working for me with the following setup:
1, Installed the latest Java jdk 1.6.0_13
2, Installed the latest eclipse version 3.4.2
3, Download the BlackBerry JDE Plug-in for Eclipse v1.0.0.67 version from  http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/javaappdev/javaeclipseplug.jsp
In  "File|New|Project|BlackBerry" menu, just select the "BlackBerry Project" and go with "Existing BlackBerry Projects into Workspace" import option, which is actually for importing the BlackBerry JDE workspace into Eclipse workspace
    This may help you

  • BPEL Designer plug-in for Eclipse download link broken

On the BPEL Process Magare download page at http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ias/bpel/index.html, the link to the BPEL designer plug-in for Eclipse - http://download.oracle.com/otn/nt/bpel/bpelz_0.9.13_win32.exe gives a 404 error.
    Anyone know the correct location?
    Neil

    Kenan,
I am afraid that the side-by-side versioning does not address the need of in-flight changes because there is not import feature for in-flight instances.
The side-by-side versioning is designed to let all existing in-flight instances to complete with the existing (unchanged) BPEL definition while new instances are routed to the newer version.
To deploy a new version of the BPEL project, us the -rev option if you are using the command line tool or the rev attribute is you are using the ant task.
Sorry for not being more helping. Dynamic changes is a feature we do not really support.

  • Crystal Reports for Eclipse Version 2 - XML, XSD Report. Need hep !!!

    Dear all,
I'm using Crystal Reports for Eclipse Version 2
I have looked for "Programmatically Create Reports off of XML or Web Services Data Sources", then i found some ways to do this.
But all the time, we have to use both XSD and XML files for Report Data Sources.
    My question is:
    1. Can we just add XSD file to report to define or update the report data definition only (no report data) ?
    2. Can we just add XML file to report to update report data only (do not change report definition) ?
Anyone who have solved it, please give me an example.
    Thanks in advanced.

  • RDS plug-in for Eclipse

I've been using the RDS plug-in for Eclipse 3.1 for a number
of months, but now that Eclipse 3.2 is out and so many plug-ins
require it (such as SQL Explorer and Quick REx), I really want to
switch to it. However, RDS doesn't work on it and I have yet to get
FTP to work either. Is there any chance that Adobe's RDS plug-in
will be updated soon to work on 3.2?

Nevermind, I think I found it here:

  • UML tool / plug-in for ECLIPSE

    Hello,
I'm searching for a UML tool or plug-in for ECLIPSE.
So far I couldn't find anything and I'm wondering whether such a thing exists at all.
Do you know something on this topic?
    Thanks in advance,
    Pesho

P.S. It's not zero plugins; IBM packsmassive
amounts of junk in there... :o)Still better than NetBeans.....which I tried at v5.0
as everyone said how good it was and ran away
screaming back to Eclipse. :)Really? I tried NB 5 at home on approx 1.2GHz Athlon with 1.5Gbyyes RAM. Seemed to load and run faster than WSAD 5.1.2 (Eclipse 2.something).
I still prefer PFE (Programmers File Editor) to an IDE.

  • OSB 11gR1 plug-ins for Eclipse/OEPE on MAC OS

Where/How can I get OSB 11gR1 specific Eclipse/OEPE plug-ins for Eclipse under MAC OS X?
I installed the Eclipse 3.5.2 w/ OEPE plug-ins on MAC OS X, but need additioanl plug-ins to do OSB 11gR1 development in it, but can't seem to find them
    anywhere!
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    THanks
    RB

additioanl plug-ins to do OSB 11gR1 development in it, but can't seem to find them anywhere!these plug-ins/features are installed in OEPE by the OSB installer during installation.download from http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/osb/index.html, extract the osb.zip and runInstaller.sh. Hopefully the install script should work (I doubt if MAC OS X is supported. But could forsee no reason why this script cannot execute in MAC OS X unless there are hard coding in this sript for supported OS ).
You are trying a un-supported configuration and all the best.
    My two cents.
