Excise register report

Hi all,
I want to get the report for RG1, RG23A Part 1 and Part 2, PLA.
Can anyone tell me where i can see all the report.
If there is any standard T.code, please give me.

Hi,
Please use the transaction J2i5, in this transaction you extract the register you select and then in transaction J2I6 you can get the actual output.

    Hi Anand.....
    Are you aware about XL reporter provided by SAP?
    When you login to SAP go to Addon Manager and run XL Reporter.....
    Then Go to Tools and there you find XL reporter option. Open this and Import the XL file for DSA.....
    You can find this DSA XL File in SAP Source Setup and Package folder Indian Legal Reports.....

  • Excise Register In XL Reporter

    Hi Guru's,
               When am trying to generate a report for RG23A-PART - I RG23A-PART - II RG23C-PART - I RG23C-PART - II in XL Reporter it will not display  any values from B1.
    But In my B1 i alredy posted too many purchase order and sale order for excisable Item.
    and i also assigned the Chapter ID for the corresponding Item.
    So,How can i check it where can i fetch the data in B1.
    Plz Guide me am new to B1.

    I already refered this thread and completed all these process,
    1. Some of Items in Item Master are marked as 'Excisable'. (Item Master -> General Tab -> You can find 'Excisable' Check Box at the RIght Bottom.
    2. Check of 'Material Type' and 'Chapter ID' are mentioned for the items that are marked 'Excisable'
    3. Check if you have values in the 'Adminstation -> Setup -> Financials -> Tax -> Excise Register Numbering'. See if there are values in 'First No', 'Next No' columns.
    4. Check if you had done some Purchase or Sales or Inventory transactions for the Items that are marked 'Excisable'
    Even though the data's not coming in xl reporter.
    Is there any way to check the Excise data available in SAP B1.
    Tell me the corresponding tables.

    Certain vendor excise details(chapter id,ecc no,excise regn) were available in J2I9 along with transactions
    or otherwise develop Z report using J_1I* tables.

    Hi,
    while there is always a new requirement, one needs to discuss  with the functional consultants and find out which tables are being used which may fulfill the scenario. We also need to identify the list of characteristic and Keyfigues the client wants to analyze.
    Also SAP Help is a good source to find more of a standard stream lined objects. Need to analyze if standard objects satisfy the requirement or customization is required.
    Please perform the steps as Rama has suggested...

    Hi Friends,
             I need to develop the Purchase Register Report with Vendor details, TIN number, Invoice details, E1 purchases with purchase base value and VAT and CST percentages. But Iam new to the Purchase module. I know the basic tables for purchasing. but can anybody guide me the tables for TIN number with VAT and CST percentages and how to proceed?

    I don't know the fields but a few pointers that might be helpful:
    1) Ask your functional analyst - it's part of their job to provide you with the field location or any guidance on that
    2) At least someone should be able to point you where the fields are on the screen. Then you should be able to go the usual route - F1 -> Technical info, etc.
    3) Respective functional forum might be a better place for such questions if for some reason p. 1 and 2 above are not feasible.
    4) You can always use SQL Trace (ST05) to find where the information is being read from or written to. Start the trace, run the transaction, stop the trace and analyze the list. Voila - no need to ask anyone ever again.

  • Purchase Register Report issue

    Hi,
    I am working Purchase Register report.
    In this, we have a PO with 10 Quantity.  But at the time of MIGO we receive 5 qty out of 10.
    Now how can we pick the amount according to 5 qty received from MIGO because we want show MIGO condition in our report not from PO.
    What should be the table link for this...

    As per ur reference: -
    In PO, Condition are like--- PO Qty is 10
    Basic Amount..........1000
    taxes.........................100
    Freight.........................50
    Other...........................20
    and we have receive only 5 qty out of them, means all the condition amount will be 50%. like...
    Basic Amount..........500
    taxes.........................50
    Freight.......................25
    Other.........................10
    all condition will be calculate according to qty 5 not for 10 as showing in PO..
    I want to pick these condition. (according to 5 qty.)..
    Now suggest...

  • Purchase register report problem

    Hi experts - please help
    we have a requirement to create a purchase register for material from PO- to Invoice.
    we have PO number -> GRnumber -> Invoice number in our rows . In our keyfigures we have PO Quantity, PO value , GR quantity,GR Value, Invoice quantity and invoice amount .
    Becoz of invoice and GR number relationship which is m: m in our report we see that the key figure values are showing up like
    for 1 purchase order multiple line items , with multiple gr's, with multiple  invoices , becoz of which we see PO quantity field showing like say if it is 30 for 1 PO it is showing 30 for all the invoice numbers in the report which not want , the same case is with Gr quantity and invoice quantity
    PO.no  / po item / gr no / inv number / po quanitity / po value
    1000/10,20,30,40/1000/2000,3000,4000,5000/ 30,30,30,30,30/ 120,120,120,120,120
    this way for 1 PO the report is showing same po quantity based on say if 10 invoices it is showing same P0 Quantity 10 times which is not want and the result row shows up (POvalue *10).
    how to get rid of this situation..
    please suggest any way if anyone has done a similiar report..
    any documents related to such purchase register report is highly appreciated.

    Your PO DSO will have records like this.
    PO      Item    POquantity GR Quantity
    PO1      1           100              35
    Your GR DSO will have information as shown below.
    GR Doc      Item      Posting date   GR Quantity   PO     PO Item
    DOC1           1         01.07.2011          20            PO1       1
    DOC2           1         10.07.2011          15            PO1       1
    If the report is based on PO, ( Document date of PO ), then you can show information from the first DSO. If the user wants to have the details of GR documents that constitute GR quantity of 35, you can create a 'Jump to' report on the second DSO and in the RRI Connection map the PO and Item numbers.
    This way you will be able to store the information at different granularity and combine them in reporting.

    Hi,
    The total balance for Invoice registers report “minus” the balance for Payment register report not give me the balance of Invoice aging report
    The expected behavior:
    It must minus the balance between the two reports equal to invoice aging report
    (Invoice register Report – Payment Register report = Aging Report) But this not happen
    What the issue causing for that ?

    Hello.
    I think you cannot expect that calculation to be correct. Just to mention Payment Register, this report does not have a total in the functional currency.
    The following excercise is true:
    Ending Balance of Accounts Payable Trial Balance on period 1 + Posted Invoice Register on period2 - Posted Payment Register on period2 = Ending Balance of Accounts Payable Trial Balance on period 2

  • AP register report with PO and related invoices

    Hi SAP gurus,
    Business wants a AP register report, listing all processed invoices related to a PO.
    Basically they want to see the PO no. and invoices on the same report.
    I have tried to find a std report but couldnt. Please suggest if there is any such report or if not how I can get it thru may be SAP query. Also please give me step by step procedure to right a SAP query.

    If you want to do this from Finance an idea is to make sure the PO number is being written to the assignment field of the Vendor line item.
    This can be done simply by making the correct selection for the sork key of the recon account for Vendors.
    Once you are happy that the PO number is being added into the field, you can run an open item report per Vendor and sub total it by Assignment, thus giving you a break down by PO number.

  • Applied Receipts Register Report in AR - RXi Report

    Hi Fincon,
    I have a client requirement wherein we need to customize the Applied Receipts register report in AR. After analyzing program andd the executable we discovered that the report is an RXi report spawned from a plsql program.
    From the SQL Trace analysis, we found that the report is not doing anything different from what a normal rdf report would do. Can someone throw me any lights on why is this report an RXi report? Has anybody done any customizations on this report? Were there any challenges in customizing this report? How was the customization of this RXi report done?

    This has to be customized using :Oracle Financials RXi Reports Administration Tool, but it's not that flexible.

    You can use the transaction SM30, table  V_T001B or by SPRO Financial Accounting -> Financial Accounting Global Settings -> Document -> Posting Periods -> Open and Close Posting Periods.
    Also, check the transaction F.16.

    This is a scenario of Import Purchasing of Free Goods for which no price is paid to the Vendor. But the Custom and CVD Payment need to be made and we want to take benefit of CVD duties and update the Excise Register.

    While trying to post Excise Invoice Value in J1IEX without Purchase Order I am getting an error "GL account has not been assigned for RG23ASED in customization"
    Does it mean G/L account needs to be assigned against EWPO for RG23ASED in customization or something is going wrong?
    Because I havenu2019t put any duty value under SED in J1IEX.
