ExecUpgradeSoftware : AnalysisEngine is currently busy and unable to process this update

Question

Hi,
the below error is shown  whenn trying to update a 4240 IPS , i tried the solution mentionned in this page https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-3589
but the directory /usr/cids/idsRoot/var/virtualSensor and /usr/cids/idsRoot/var/virtualSensor does not exist
the below was found in the directory   /usr/cids/idsRoot/var/

does deleting the .pmz files will solve this issue

Here's how to get around that conundrum. Put them in an album and export from the album using the File->Export->File Export menu route and select the "Use album name" option. This will produce files with filenames as follows: Albumname-01.jpg, Albumname-02.jpg, etc. This will let you put them all in the same folder.
Does your camera have the option to not start renaming back at 1 at each new use? If so then you can get around this issue in the future. Or, upload to a folder on the desktop using Image Capture and then run R-Name on the folder to sequentially batch rename them to something other than the camera's designation.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
