Expdp export error

Question

Please help if you can.
We have oracle running on a Windows XP machine and another instance running on a Windows 2003 server machine. I get the same results when I try to run the export on either database.
I connected to Oracle with SQLPlus and sent the following command "create or replace directory datapump_dir as 'C:\archive';"
Then at the windows command prompt I type the following
expdp system/myPassword@mySchema DIRECTORY=datapump_dir DUMPFILE=master2009.dmp LOGFILE=export.log SCHEMAS=mySchema,mySecondSchema
I then get the following error.

Thanks, I found that post a while ago and it didn't help.
I have unlocked the DMSYS account and that hasn't made a difference.
There is one line on that post that says to run the following...
SQL> @$ORACLE_HOME/dm/admin/dmutil.plb
I cannot run this because my oracle install does not have a DM directory.
I am navigating to D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1 and there is no DM directory.
(D:\ because we have four partitions on this hard drive)
