Export header of alv-oo into excel

When I export an alv function into excel also exports the header but when I'm working with alv-oo doesn't export the header.
How can I do to export into excel also the header of the alv-oo??

Hi,
I think Field catalog not set properly.
Otherwise u can provide one pushbutton OR use same standard Button & in the coding part use 'WS_DOWNLOAD' function module.
It will work. U can pass header data also in this & also provide path using F4_FILENAMEu2019 function module.

Export ALV List into Excel Sheet

Hi Friends,
We are displaying an ALV List in report Program and we are exporting that into excel sheet using the icon "Spreadsheet(ctrlshiftF7)"provided by ALV Grid.
But when it is displayed in Excel sheet it changes the sequence of columns (fields).
And we observed that it displays all the CHAR fields first then the CURRENCY fields and then the DATE fields that we specified in field catalog.
So, what should be done so that the fields are exported into Excel in the same order as specified in the field catalog of ALV List.

ALV Report into excel

Hi All,
I have developed an ALV Report and its having 58 columns.
While converting report into excel sheet (on ALV Report screen), i can save the excel sheet.
But in excel sheet, i am not getting the exact report in correct columns.
Few columns are getting into next line inthe excel sheet.
How to avoid this problem...???
Is it due to more number of columns in ALV (58 columns)...?????

If u selects the first radio button your out put shows into to the Excel sheet.

Displaying alv output into excel with delimeter

Hai,
      am downloading alv output to excel :
1. in that output   one field is long text field with # delimeter at the end of sting .
     while exporting this outout to excel it is not showing # and one empty column is adding after that field.

actually in output through 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY' some title is also there through TOP_OF_PAGE how can download it also and data table in excel sheet ...................
actually when an alv output is displayed then some title data is also displayed in alv grid then we can download it by clicking on icon 'local file--> spreadsheet........and soon ' ..........
my req. is download it automatically without doing this process and without displaying it on screen......... it means i want to interrupt to alv grid output to only download without displaying it in output screen............

Problem in exporting data from alv output to excel

I had developed a report which has ALV report output.It is working fine and i am facing problem that when i am exporting it to the data to excel,it is not displaying the whole data in it. I am using reuse_alv_grid_display function module.

It is highly likely that the way you have built your field catalog is causing some data to drop on the export to excel. I have had this problem before. Check the fields in your fieldcat that are not working vs the ones that are working.

How to export a dynamically generated datatable into excel sheet 2013?

I have one data table and in that data table i am fetching data from sharepoint 2013 lists.
When I export that data table into excel sheet, what ever data is static will be shown but the data which I fetch from lists are not coming.
How should I get that data in my excel sheet from that data table?

AlV conversion into excel sheet

Hello Expert,
When I am exporting ALV report to excel sheet then only exports 99 fields . I have MS excel 2003 version.
But my report has around 150 fields .
Please give me any guidance abt exporting more than 99 fields.
Is there is SAP Patch or something.

Its displaying well in output, but when I select excel download, the header is getting printed 4 times in the alv output and in the excel download it is printing twice. Please advise how to keep the header once. Note : I am not using any paging concept, simple header at the top.

You have to refresh your header internal table before populating it with data i.e,

ALV Output into Excel problem

HI ,
I developed ALV report, the output is coming properly. But if i download that output into local file or spreadsheet from ALV output screen am unable to get the data only header and field headers are coming but data is not coming. But for other ALV with same importing parameters it is downloading properly. I donu2019t know whatu2019s problem only for this ALV, any one can please help me out from this situation pls.

There can be two possibilities
1.) check the authorization, if it's missing, then this might happen...u hav said that the other report, it's downloading fine...r u trying to download the other report also with the same user id? is it a standard program or a customized report?
2.) just try reducing the security level in excel --> Tools -> Macros -> Security

How to export the data as integer into excel sheet?

I am working on export to excel functionality and using JEXCEL API to create it. When I export the data to excel sheet, the data are stored in text format in the excel sheet. If I click on summation button on excel sheet, it is not summing up the column values since it is stored as the text format.
I am writing the following code:

But Label keyword accepts only the int,int,string arguments.
Is there any other option to change it as integer value while exporting to excel sheet.

Hi need to export Bank Statements into an Excel document, so I can edit and add information. I have downloading the Statement which is PDF format than exported to Excel. I than open the file and the margins are all out alignment. Need to amend and put everything in their correct margins. Is their a easier way of doing this?

If it's imported in to excel you nee to adjust the Columns and rows to fit, in excel. Once its imported It has nothing to do with acrobat.
