F110 - Lost Discount to be affected Inventory

Hi,
I understand the concept of net invoice during miro, the discount taken is affected during MIRO, the entries look like
Dr GR/IR - 120
Cr Vendor - 120
Dr Vendor discount clearing - 1.20
Cr Inventory - 1.20
The posted documents are correct, and it reflects the true inventory value when im using moving average.if i pay the invoice before the due date per payment term, the entries look like
Dr Vendor 120
Cr Bank 118.8
Cr Vendor discount clearing - 1.20
The above entries are correct.
But if I pay after the due date where I would be losing the discount, the entry is not reflected to the inventory instead it goes to discount lost account. here is how the entry gets posted
Dr Vendor - 120
Cr Bank - 120
Dr Discount Lost - 1.20
Cr Vendor discount clearing - 1.20
If it goes to discount lost which is a P&L account my inventory is not valuated at right price, meaning the inventory is valued after taking the discount during MIRO, but since ive not paid on time, i lost the discount which should take out the discount from the inventory value.
Is there a way this business scenario can be addressed, that is when the discount is lost, the value of the discount should affect the inventory instead of discount lost account while performing F110.
Thanks in advance

Jen

  • What is backflush & how dose it affect inventory

    Hi,
I am new in Oracle Apps world. Could any body please tell me: What is "backflush" and what dose it mean?
Also I want to know how dose it affect inventory (in store/on floor)??

    Hey
In the desktop forms application, single lot information can be entered in the backflush window, for one or more components, when the transaction quantity for a component comes from a single lot. When there are multiple backflush transactions for the same component for the same job, you can set the system to automatically default lot numbers used in the previous transactions. Usability features have been added including visual indicators for data entry and labeling on the Lot and Serial button corresponding to the information needed.
    As per metalink note 415922.1

  • How to add sales history and purchase history without affecting inventory.

In order to help client migrating sales and purchase history into B1.
I checked through the Business One objects reference file. I couldn't find any object that allow adding historical record into both Sales or Purchase history, via DIAPI.
Do I have to always depend on the Sales Invoice object to add the document and let it affect the inventory level.

No, you can't add historical data without affecting GL and Inventory.  In SAP B1 any invoice addition thru DI API will automatically behave like the regular B1 process and it will post to GL and inventory.
I saw in the partner edge portal SAP B1 forum a post from an SAP employee that is working on developing a process where historical data will be able to be migrated without afecting inventory and GL.  But there is no ETA on when this will be available.

  • No reduction of Asset capitalization value after using F110 with discount

    HI,
when you post an invoice using F-90 to an asset and afterwards during the payment run you have some discounts the capitalization value should be reduced or corrected.
We are using new GL and somehow this function doesn't work. The discount is posted, but the assets are not corrected.
Does anybody have an idea what is missing?
    Thanks in advance!

  • AP Report - discounts taken / lost report

    Hi Gurus
I searched in the forum but couldnt find any, So I am posting a question.
Is there a standard report to show discounts taken and discounts lost report for AP?
Or is there any other report in which by changing the parameters and selections I can acheive this.
    Thanks

    Hi,
We are also looking for Lost Discount Report for Vendor.  We couldn't find any Standard Reports to show the Discounts taken/Lost Discount. I think it can be achieved through Customized Program.

  • Material document line item - inventory valuation affected ?

    Hello
In the framework of building a stock report, I'm trying to know if a material document line item has affected inventory valuation that is to say if a corresponding accounting document line item has been posted.
    Explored solutions :
    - there is no link between MSEG and BSEG
    - I tried to look at Quantity string (BUSTM) in MSEG and looked at Quantity strings parameters in T156M but couldn't find a parameter of the value string mentionning if it affects inventory valuation or not
Thanks a lot in advance for your inputs
    Regards

    Hi,
MKPF is for material document header table MSEG is for material document item table
Creation date will be at the header table, use document number to link both the tables.

  • Discount not consistent?

I currently receive a 15% government employee discount that I am grateful for.    However,  several of my coworkers receive 20% discounts on their Verizon bills??????  How does this work?   Just asking..... Thanks.

Perhaps the discount agreement through your particular agency was reworked since your coworkers were hired or visa versa.  If these coworkers that get a 20% discount were hired before you then they are likely still getting a discount based on an old agreement which will stay in effect until Verizon confirms they are still eligible for a discount (which happens periodically).  However if those coworkers were hired after you then the discount agreement with your agency may have changed since you enrolled.  Again Verizon will not generally amend your discount to reflect a better discount unless you cask them to renew your discount according to the new agreement.  Much like Verizon is not required to initiate an employer discount on your behalf.  You have to request that you receive the employer discount any changes that result in a better discount will only affect you if you ask them to update your discount rate.  Hope that helps?

  • Labels lost following re-install of lightroom

After re-installing Lightroom all the colour label info has been lost. Database not affected. Why? Should I use auto save xmp to prevent this?

I had planned to re-install Win XP (and re-format) for some time - it was an illegal copy (now legal), 2 years old with loads of crap from removed programs - especially Norton! Then to top it all my UPS battery was failing and I had a number of crashes on brown/blackouts. I had backed up the database (library)but not used the xmp option (although I had on going from Beta to !.0 - but of course no labels!)
Also used the opportunity to finally upgrade from CS to CS2 - and now can't remember how I had my colour management policies set - so edit in PS gives me different colours! I think PS is forcing back into sRGB whilst I want to stay in Lightrooms colour space - waiting for Martin Evening to finish his e-book and then hopefully I'll get some advice on this!

  • Negative Discounts

    Hello,
We are currently having a situation where AR invoices pick negative discounts for certain items under certain business partners. These items have been given discounts under the special prices. Has anyone ever expirienced something like this before ?
How do the special prices and discounts work in SAP 2005?

    Hi Martin
You can define date-dependent special prices for particular periods. If an item is sold within one of these periods, the date-dependent special price applies, ignoring the price in the price list.
           1.      Choose Inventory ® Price Lists ® Special Prices ® Special Prices for Business Partners.
The Special Prices for Business Partners window appears.
           2.      In the Special Prices for Business Partners window, make your general settings to define the special price of an item for a business partner.
           3.      Double-click a row to open the Special Prices u2013 Items u2013 Selection Criteria Window. Enter the required dates, price list, discount and price and choose Update.
If no date-dependent special price has been defined for an item, the system assumes that the customer-specific special price has been valid since the date on which it was added. The system enters the special price with the appropriate valid-from date in the first row.
           4.      To save the modified special prices, choose Update in the Special Prices for Business Partners window.
Defining Quantity-Based Special Prices for a Business Partner
           1.      Choose Inventory ® Price Lists ® Special Prices ® Special Prices for Business Partners.
The Special Prices for Business Partners window appears.
           2.      Double-click a row to open the Price List Item Details by Period Window.
           5.      Double-click a row to open the Special Prices Hierarchies window.
After you enter or change the price, the system automatically calculates the discount from the difference between quantity-based and the date-dependent special price.
           6.      To confirm your entries, choose Update in the Special Prices u2013 Hierarchies window and the Price List Item Details by Period window.
           7.      To save the modified special prices, choose Update in the Special Prices for Business Partners window.
    Discount
    1.      Choose Inventory ® Price Lists ® Special Prices ® Discount Groups.
    The Discount Groups window appears.
           2.      Enter the business partner code.
The name of the business partner appears. The standard search functions are available to help you find the business partner in the system
The discount groups are defined in accordance with the item groups, the item properties or the manufacturers.
The item groups defined in the system are displayed in the form of a list.
           3.      In the Discount % field, enter the required discount for each item group.
This example illustrates the effect of the discount group:
If a customer purchases an item for which no special price has been defined for this customer, but which belongs to an item group with a discount, the discount is granted and entered in the order.
           4.      To define new item groups in this window, choose New Group.
           5.      To reset the entries made, reset the discount to zero and choose Reset.
           6.      After you have made all your entries, choose Addto save the discount groups.

  • How to do a clearance sale on a list of materials

    Hello,
I got a request from our spare parts department that I'm not sure how to handle. They have a list of about 30 materials that they want to get rid of through a clearance sale. That is, they want to sell off all of the remaining stock of those materials at a discount. After the inventory is cleared, they want those parts to effectively become make-to-order parts, and they want to raise the price. So the parts are not being discontinued or obsoleted, just cleared from inventory.
Does anyone have ideas on how we might configure this type of clearance sale? I looked into using promotions and sales deals, but they only seem to allow for sales based on a specified period, whereas we want the promotion to end based on when stock is depleted. I searched here and elsewhere for other ways of accomplishing this, but came up empty.
Any help is greatly appreciated. BTW, we're on 4.6c.
    Regards,
    - Greg

Good question. It doesn't look like there is a good option for clearance discount available (unless you're running Retail or are ready to invest in some additional "solution").
Since it's only 30 materials, maybe the easiest way would be to create the new material records for them and move the stock to the new materials through inventory adjustment? This would affect the reporting but if you report by Product Hierarchy, that should still be good.
I've noticed how in many stores when you buy a clearance item they actually have special barcodes on them. I.e. those are, essentially, not the "real" materials anymore.

  • Iphone 6 64gb 2yr contract pricing $899

I recently bought a new iPhone, upgrading after a previous 2yr contract to a new one at AT&T. The phone was bought at an Apple Store and when asked I was told that my contract remain the same, all the discounts are not affected and it would be a same 2yr contract as previously.
This is not the case. AT&T sent a text message (how ridiculous) a couple days later with the following:
"Upgrading your new device on a 2-year wireless agreement means you are no longer eligible for your Mobile Share Value1 monthly smartphone access charge discount. This discount is $15 off the $40 per month 2-year agreement rate access charge for Mobile Share Value plans that include less than 10GB of data. This discount is $25 per month for 10GB or higher Mobile Share Value plans.
Other ways to keep your Mobile Share Value monthly smartphone access charge discount include choosing AT&T NextSM, paying full price for a smartphone, or bringing your own smartphone and adding it to your account."
I went after it because it sounds pretty outrageous and that's what I figured out. AT&T's policy has been changed. Previously, the phone was discounted when 2yr contract was signed and every month the full price of the phone, which was included in the monthly bill was credited. This is not the case anymore. When signing a 2yr contract now, this $25 monthly credit is lost and basically with contract we are supposed to pay the full price of the phone during the contract period. To make even more nonsense, depending on the data usage the price of the 64gb iPhone 6, which is advertised as $299 with contract is actually $299+$360=$659 for a <10gb plan and $299+$600=$899 for a >=10gb plan. 2 different prices for the same phone, while already paying more for the extra data in data plan.
I found this surprising because everywhere (from Apple's keynote presentations where the new products are introduced through the webpage to the Apple stores) it is misleadingly advertised as a $299 product with contract.
I could even understand that the carriers want to increase their profit, although they actually do that when charging extra if someone upgrades the phones more frequently, but this is a major difference in the pricing of the iPhone. I am sure I am not the only one who got shocked by this policy and would like to achieve the following two goals:
    1. Better information before purchasing. This is something Apple and the carriers should work out. There is no point advertising something $299 if there is no way to buy it for that.
    2. I think it is a bad business practice from the carriers and I would appreciate if Apple could try to negotiate a more suitable solution for the pricing. It is obvious that if people are forced to pay $659-$899 for a phone instead of the "suggested" $299 they will upgrade their  phones 2-3 times less frequently.
I hope anyone who is thinking of upgrading will find this useful.

I went over and over this prior to deciding to upgrade from my iPhone 5 to the iPhone 6. However, I knew in advance that I would no longer get the $15 discount on my Mobile Share Value plan. The discount that Apple would have been referring to is that if you are getting a percentage off based on being in the military or working with a specific company, that discount will continue to be applied.
Almost all phones are sold subsidized and the cost is recouped from the monthly payments to the carrier. What was happening previously is that even after AT&T recouped the full cost of the phone, they continued to charge the same amount for their monthly service. This dramatically inflated their profits for someone that had paid off their phone (2-year agreement was complete) and they didn't upgrade to a new phone. Therefore, a couple of years ago they implemented a discount for each line that was no longer under contract. If you weren't the type of person to upgrade your phone every couple of years, this could result in a large amount of savings over time. However, once you sign a new 2-year agreement, you no longer receive that discount.
The way that they can get away with advertising the cost of the on-contract iPhone for $199, $299, or $399 is that they see the loss of a discount a discount on the plan and not having to pay more for the iPhone. Also, the discount can be different for each carrier. In Apple's and AT&T's mind, they are selling you an iPhone for $299 and they aren't going to try and explain the different discounts from each carrier that you may lose by buying a new on-contract phone.
One last thing is that the suggested price is not $299. The cost of a 64GB iPhone 6 is $650. Therefore it is sold to anyone on contract at a much lower price and then the difference has to be paid somehow. AT&T is getting that cost by removing discounts from your plan. T-Mobile does things a bit differently by not allowing you to purchase the iPhone at a subsidized price, you have to pay for the phone with monthly payments on top of your monthly bill. Of course Apple is going to say at their keynote presentation that the iPhone 6 starts at only $199 on contract. They want to make the iPhone attractive to as many users as they can. If they come out and say that the cost of the iPhone starts at $550, most people won't even go into a store to inquire.
This practice is somewhat misleading but they will tell you all the information up front by calling them or going into an AT&T store. I had one representative go over all the different options and what my costs would be almost a month prior to the iPhone 6 getting released. They didn't try to withhold anything from me and were very up front with all my questions.

  • Problem Copy control Order to Invoice

    Hi All,
I maintained a copy control from order to invoice and in the item category the pricing type is maintained as 'G'(Copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes). But when I create invoice the condition value for pallet discount is getting recalculated.
There is a requirement for this condition type in the pricing procedure that when the order quantity is greater than the pallet quantity maintained through material master then only the discount should be affected. But when I change the pallet quantity to less than the order quantity, after the order is created and then invoice the order the condition value is going through the requirement and the value is getting changed .
Can anyone tell me why it is recalculating when the invoice is created, it should not reprice the order, but just carry over current pricing to the billing
All useful answers will be rewarded.
    Thanks,
    Ranjan

    hi,
    Refer to OSS note 24832:
    14.05.2008 Page 1 of 10
    Note 24832 - Pricing rules / TVCPF
Note Language: English Version: 27 Validity: Valid from 18.05.2004
    Summary
    Symptom
Depending on the situation, the system should redetermine conditions or
not. For this, a differentiated control is required, for example:
    1. When you create sales orders or billing documents, the condition types
are partially redetermined although you want to copy the values from
    the reference document.
    2. During other transactions, however, you want to redetermine the
condition types instead of copying them.
    3. The 'New pricing' function on the item condition screen
redetermines all new conditions, that means it works with pricing
category 'B'. This is undesirable to a certain extent.
    4. The same applies to the 'New pricing' function for the entire sales
    order.
The following text will explain some examples for the use of the pricing
type implemented for this purpose (KNPRS):
    Example 1 **********************************
You want to copy condition type 'VPRS' from the sales order into the
billing document. You are using pricing type 'G'. However, as a consequence
the value of the VPRS condition in the billing document differs from the
value of the goods issue posting.
    Example 2 **********************************
You want to copy condition type 'PI01' (price for intercompany billing)
from the sales order into the billing document. You are using pricing type
    'G'.
    Example 3 **********************************
The costs 'VPRS' are to be redetermined when copying a credit memo request
from a billing document. This is required if you defined the credit memo
item in such a way that no costs are to be determined. Since the pricing
requirements are no longer checked when copying, you have to proceed as
described above to eliminate the VPRS.
    Example 4 **********************************
The 'New pricing' function on the item condition screen is to keep the
manual condition, this means the function should behave like pricing
    category 'C'.
    Example 5 **********************************
The 'New pricing' function for the entire sales order is to keep the
    14.05.2008 Page 2 of 10
    Note 24832 - Pricing rules / TVCPF
manual conditions, this means the function should behave like pricing
    category 'C'.
    Example 6 **********************************
Billing is to be carried out using pricing type 'G'. However, condition
types with condition category 'S' and 'T' (standard price or moving costs)
are also to be redetermined. In the standard system this pricing type
copies those condition types from the sales order.

    Cause and Prerequisites
The pricing type controls which condition types are redetermined or which
are copied unchanged (however, the items are always revaluated). Below,
you will find a description of the pricing type characteris
Note that the specified standard pricing type characteristics
partly do not exist in older releases, or that the standard
pricing type characteristics may be different in the
individual releases. Therefore, the given consulting note
should not be considered to be exhaustive. It merely serves to
explain the principle of how a pricing type is structured and
how its characteristics can be influenced. The exact
characteristic of a pricing type in the release being used can
be seen directly in the source code of Form routine
    KONDITIONSVORSTEP in Main program SAPLV61A.
o 'A' (Copy price components and redetermine scales):
No condition types are redetermined. Only the scaled prices are
adapted due to a changed basis.
    o 'B' (Complete new pricing):
Completely new pricing (as if you created a new item), manual
    conditions are lost.
Restriction: Condition types which are not determined via condition
technique (for example, condition type 'VPRS' or condition types
with KNTYP = 'G' which are determined using formulas) are NOT
redetermined even if you do not change them manually.
o 'C' (Copy manual pricing elements and redetermine the
    others):
Completely new pricing, manual ones are copied.
Caution: Here you have to make sure that all condition types that
can possibly be changed manually have T685A-KMANU = 'C' (Manual
entry has priority) in Customizing. Otherwise, it is possible that
the conditions are displayed twice (automatically and manually) and
    that both are active.
o 'D' (Copy pricing elements unchanged):
    14.05.2008 Page 3 of 10
    Note 24832 - Pricing rules / TVCPF
As in pricing type 'A' but the prices are fixed (no scales are
read). Condition base value and value are redetermined.
o 'E' (Adopt price components and fix values):
As in pricing type 'D' but neither condition base value nor value
    are redetermined.
o 'F' (Copy pricing elements, turn value and fix):
    Only used within the program.
o 'G' (Copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine
    taxes):
    a) The following condition types are redetermined:
    - Condition class KOAID = 'D' (Taxes)
    - Condition class KOAID = 'C' (Volume-based rebate)
    - Condition category KNTYP = 'I' (Intercompany billing
    conditions)
    - Condition category KNTYP = 'R' (Invoice list conditions)
    - Condition category KNTYP = 'L' (Always new when copying)
    - Condition category KNTYP = 'G' (Cost conditions)
    - Condition category KNTYP = 'E' (Cash discount conditions)
All remaining condition types are dealt with like pricing type 'D'.
In particular, with pricing type 'G', the system does not only
redetermine the taxes but also the cost conditions and the
    intercompany billing conditions.
    o 'H' (Redetermine freight conditions):
The following condition types are redetermined:
    - Condition type KNTYP = 'B' (Delivery costs)
    - Condition type KNTYP = 'F' (Freight conditions)
    - Condition type KNTYP = 'L' (Always new when copying)
    o 'I' (Redetermine rebate conditions):
Rebate conditions and scales are redetermined.
    o 'J' (Redetermine confirmed purchase net price/value):
Condition types with condition category KNTYP = 'D' (Confirmed
    purchase net price/value) are redetermined.
o 'K' (Adopt price components and costs. Redetermine
    14.05.2008 Page 4 of 10
    Note 24832 - Pricing rules / TVCPF
    taxes):
The following condition types are redetermined:
    - Condition class KOAID = 'D' (Taxes)
    - Condition class KOAID = 'C' (Rebate)
    - Condition category KNTYP = 'R' (Invoice list conditions)
    - Condition category KNTYP = 'I' (Price for intercompany billing)
    - Condition category KNTYP = 'E' (Volume-based rebate)
o 'M' (Copy pricing elements, turn value):
No conditions are redetermined; during copying, the condition
    values are multiplied with -1.
o 'N' (Transfer pricing components unchanged, new cost):
Condition types with condition category KNTYP = 'G' (Cost) are
    redetermined.
Please note that this pricing type has NO effect on the invoice
since here the goods issue value from the delivery is usually
directly transferred to pricing. Redetermination of the settlement
price by subsequently reading the material valuation segment when
executing pricing type "N" would result in the fact that the goods
issue value information were irretrievably lost.
This standard behavior can be changed by a modification only. If
required, please contact your local consultant or SAP Remote
    Consulting.
    o 'O' (Redetermine variant conditions):
Condition types with condition category KNTYP = 'O' (Variants) are
    redetermined.
    o 'P' (Revaluation only):
The system does not redetermine any conditions; only the
    revaluation occurs.
    o 'Q' (Redetermine calculation conditions):
Condition types with condition category KNTYP = 'Q' (Costing) are
    redetermined.
o 'U' (Redetermine precious metal conditions):
Condition types with condition category KNTYP = 'U'
(Discount/surcharge for precious metals) are redetermined.
    Solution
There are two options to change the standard behavior:
    14.05.2008 Page 5 of 10
    Note 24832 - Pricing rules / TVCPF
    1. Set up a new pricing type (for example, 'X') and allocate the pricing
type in the document flow (copying control in the IMG, Customizing
depending on the source and target document type via Transactions
VTAA, VTAF, VTLA, VTLF and VTFF).
    2. Change the pricing type used in the standard system.
    Procedure
For both purposes, USEREXIT_PRICING_RULE is used in Program RV61AFZA. This
is called after the setup of internal table STEU which defines the behavior
    of pricing types.
    Example 1 ******************************
Picing type 'X' is to be set in a way that condition 'VPRS' (which has
condition category 'G') is not redetermined during the billing. Otherwise
it behaves as pricing type 'G'.
Up to Release 4.0B, USEREXIT_PRICING_RULE can be implemented as follows:
    FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_RULE
    STEU-KNPRS = 'X'.
    STEU-KNTYP = 'LRIE......'.
    IF KOMK-KNUMA IS INITIAL.
    STEU-KOAID = 'CD........'.
    ELSE.
    STEU-KOAID = 'D.........'.
    ENDIF.
    STEU-MAUEB = ' '.
    APPEND STEU.
    ENDFORM.
In order to ensure that pricing type 'X' acts exactly like pricing type
'G', the FORM routine USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY in Program RV61AFZA is to be
used in releases lower than Release 4.0A (if you create a document with
reference to another document, this is called: copying control; here, the
    MODE is the pricing type):
    FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY.
    IF MODE CA 'X'.
    IF KONV-KSTEU NA 'CEF'.
    KONV-KSTEU = 'D'.
    ENDIF.
    ENDIF.
    ENDFORM.
In this case, you should note that the billing document contains a special
rule concerning cost condition 'VPRS'. If the goods issue for the delivery
note to be billed is posted, the value of the goods issue is copied into
condition 'VPRS'. This is hard-coded. You can prevent this by setting the
field TKOMP-WAVWR to zero in include LV60AFZZ,
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP.
In higher releases, pricing type 'K' is also available, which copies the
VPRS of the order to the billing document and does not redetermine it
unless there is no goods issue posting (otherwise, the above-mentioned
    special rule applies.)

    Note 24832 - Pricing rules / TVCPF
    Example 2 *********************************
Pricing type 'Y' is to be set in a way that this works as pricing type 'G'
but without redetermining the intercompany billing conditions 'PI01' and
'PI02'. They have condition category 'I'.
    Changes in program RV61AFZA:
    FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_RULE.
    STEU-KNPRS = 'Y'.
    STEU-KNTYP = 'GLRE.......'.
    IF KOMK-KNUMA IS INITIAL.
    STEU-KOAID = 'CD........'.
    ELSE.
    STEU-KOAID = 'D.........'.
    ENDIF.
    APPEND STEU.
    ENDFORM.
In order to ensure that pricing type 'Y' acts exactly like pricing type
'G', the FORM routine USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY in Program RV61AFZA is to be
    used:
    FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY.
    IF MODE CA 'Y'.
    IF KONV-KSTEU NA 'CEF'.
    KONV-KSTEU = 'D'.
    ENDIF.
    CLEAR: KONV-SAKN1.
    ENDIF.
    ENDFORM.
    EXAMPLE 3 *********************************
Pricing type 'Z' is to be set in the same way as pricing type 'D', but this
time the costs are to be redetermined. Up to Release 4.5B, you can
implement USEREXIT_PRICING_RULE as follows (as of Release 4.6A, pricing
type 'N' is available for this procedure):
    FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_RULE.
    STEU-KNPRS = 'Z'.
    STEU-KNTYP = 'G.........'.
    STEU-KOAID = '..........'.
    STEU-MAUEB = ' '.
    APPEND STEU.
    ENDFORM.
In order to ensure that pricing type 'Z' acts exactly like pricing type
'D', the FORM routine USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY in Program RV61AFZA is to be
    used:
    FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY.
    IF MODE CA 'Z'.
    IF KONV-KSTEU NA 'CEF'
    KONV-KSTEU = 'D'.
    ENDIF.
    ENDIF.

    Note 24832 - Pricing rules / TVCPF
    ENDFORM.
Note: To correct the problem, you should define your own pricing types. In
some cases, it may be required to change existing pricing types. This is
required if you want to influence the reaction to certain field changes in
the sales order (see Note 26115 for this). This also allows you to
influence the 'New pricing' function in the sales order and billing
document. This function uses pricing type 'B'.
    EXAMPLE 4 *********************************
The 'New pricing' function is meant to keep the manual changes. By default,
pricing type B' is called. As of Release 4.5A, however, you have the option
to store another pricing type for this purpose in Customizing of the
    pricing procedure (Transaction V/08).
In USEREXIT_CHANGE_PRICING_RULE of program MV61AFZA, you can
replace pricing type 'B' with another pricing type, for
example, 'C' up to Release 4.0B.
    FORM USEREXIT_CHANGE_PRICING_RULE USING PRICING_RULE.
    IF PRICING_RULE = 'B'.
    PRICING_RULE = 'C'.
    ENDIF.
    ENDFORM.
    EXAMPLE 5 **********************************
The 'New pricing' function is to be set for the entire sales order in a way
that manual changes are kept. In the standard system, pricing type 'B' is
called. As of Release 4.5A, however, you have the option to store another
pricing type for this purpose in Customizing of the pricing procedure
    (Transaction V/08).
Up to Release 4.0B, a solution is only possible by means of a modification
    in program MV45AF0F:
    FORM FCODE_KONB.
PERFORM PREISFINDUNG_GESAMT USING CHARB. <<<<<<<<<< delete
PERFORM PREISFINDUNG_GESAMT USING CHARC. <<<<<<<<<< insert
    ENDFORM.
FV45PF0P has to be changed in the same way:
    FORM PREISFINDUNG_NEU.
    Aufruf neue Preisfindung
PERFORM PREISFINDUNG USING CHARB. <<<<<<<<<< delete
PERFORM PREISFINDUNG USING CHARC. <<<<<<<<<< insert
    geänderte Informationen in Beleg übernehmen
    PERFORM VBAP_BEARBEITEN.
    PERFORM VBAP_BEARBEITEN_ENDE.
    ENDFORM.
    14.05.2008 Page 8 of 10
    Note 24832 - Pricing rules / TVCPF
    EXAMPLE 6 *********************************
Pricing type 'X' is to be set so that it functions like pricing type 'G',
but also redetermines condition categories 'S' and 'T'.
    Change in Program RV61AFZA:
    FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_RULE
    STEU-KNPRS = 'X'.
    STEU-KNTYP = 'GLRIEST...'.
    IF KOMK-KNUMA IS INITIAL.
    STEU-KOAID = 'CD........'.
    ELSE.
    STEU-KOAID = 'D.........'.
    ENDIF.
    STEU-MAUEB = ' '.
    APPEND STEU.
    ENDFORM.
To ensure that pricing type 'X' behaves exactly like pricing type 'G', use
FORM routine USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY in Program RV61AFZA:
    FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY.
    IF MODE CA 'X'.
    IF KONV-KSTEU NA 'CEF'.
    KONV-KSTEU = 'D'.
    ENDIF.
    ENDIF.
    ENDFORM.
    Additional information ***********************
You can display the standard behavior of the pricing types in FORM routine
KONDITIONSVORSTEP (up to Release 3.1I in Include LV61AF0K, as of Release
4.0A in Include LV61AA12). There, for each pricing type, a line exists in
internal Table STEU. The fields have the following meaning:
    o KNPRS
This is the pricing type used.
    o KNTYP
This field contains a positive list of the pricing categories (up
to 10 values can be entered).
    o KOAID
This field contains a positive list of the condition classes (up to
    10 values can be entered).
    o MAUEB
This field specifies whether manual changes should be copied.
    o STFKZ
This field contains a positive list of the scale indicators (up to
    14.05.2008 Page 9 of 10
    Note 24832 - Pricing rules / TVCPF
    5 values can be entered).
    o NOTYP
This field contains a negative list of the condition categories (up
to 5 values can be entered).
    o KDUPL
This field contains a positive list of the structure conditions (up
to 3 values can be entered).
    o NOKDUPL
This field contains a negative list of the structure conditions (up
to 3 values can be entered).
    o KFKIV
This field specifies whether intercompany billings should be
redetermined ('.' or 'X' can be entered).
    o KVARC
This field specifies whether variant conditions should be
redetermined ('.' or 'X' can be entered).
    o PRSQU
This field specifies whether the price source should be taken into
account ('.' or SPACE can be entered).
Note that most condition attributes (fields of the XKOMV structure) can
also have the value SPACE. To use the above 'CA' or 'NA' statements in the
IF statements also in these cases as required, you can fill the fields of
the STEU line with a corresponding number of '.' characters. These values
are mainly checked in FORM routine XKOMV_AUFBAUEN_PRUEFEN (up to Release
3.1I in Include LV61AF0X, as of Release 4.0A in Include LV61AA65).

  • Re: Who can I complain to about a new order being ...

Ordered on 5/05/2015, online, via a Quidco referral. £160 cashback, £50 SB voucher promised.
    Delivery of equipment date missed.
Phoned BT, told "order being processed, don't worry"
    Original connection date? 15/05/2015
Requested to keep the existing landline number. Told this was okay, would be switched 24 hours after BB activation.
16/05/2015 - no connection. no hub. Called BT, still no equipment. There was a problem, because fibre was already active, with previous account holder.
15/05/2015 connection date changed to a new date of 26/05/2015.
Had to do a completely new order over the phone. New problems now because NOT ONLINE ORDER want us to pay more.....
We received the "delivery" we were waiting home for - a box that was designed to fit through the letterbox....landed on the doormat. No need to wait home....
Existing BB connection cut off on 26/05/2015
Broadband was supposed to be reconnected on 27/05/15.
An engineer called on his mobile to gain access. We had not been told one was attending/required. We were not at home either.
The job was eventually rebooked for 1/06/15. The engineer arrived at 8.25am, was there for 5 minutes, left for about 25 minutes (cup of tea i dare say) and then returned, and everything was working. Well, everything but the TV.
The same issues as the OP, paid 1 years line rental up front, via a credit card, paid £36.95 connection and delivery for the fibre/hub. No payments were taken, fortunately. TV package was ordered at the same time too. Its 04/06 now, still no TV.
Still waiting 9 days after original BB install date, no TV equipment. (It's supposed to be here tomorrow, the 5th June, fingers crossed) 1 month after order (not bad by others stories, but still 3 weeks later than original date.)
There have been additional issues. Lengthy phone calls as the order is now "a telephone order", not an "online order" - so we are troubled about losing the £160 Quidco cashback.....and the £50 SB voucher. We have been assured by two people on the phone that we will receive these amounts.....but we have also been lied to as many times too.
Received email detailing "Activation fee Infinity 1 option 1 £30, Activation fee infity 1 £30, total to pay £60
Phoned BT, told this was an error they said they would remove it from the bill
Received a bill today, DOUBLE activation charge for same product STILL ON THE BILL.
Wanted to pay 12 MONTHS line rental up front, TOLD BT REPEATEDLY. But you won't sort it out for us.
Why should I pay the first months line rental and then another 12 months up front when you get around to sorting it out, effectively tying myself into a 13 month contract? I may want to leave, after all, everything goes up in price when the 12 months discounts end......
Renumbering? 3 or 4 phone calls to BT. Still not done. 30 second phone call today says it will be done "tomorrow, but after midnight" Thats the days AFTER tomorrow then?
The whole process has been nothing but stress. It took over half an hour on the phone just two days ago, to sort out the mess with the missing TV package.
Ordered the TV package online as part of the "QUIDCO" deal. No activation fee mentioned. Order confirmation received - no activation for TV package mentioned.
Latest call to sort TV package, tells me £35.00 activation fee. The guy had no idea what we had already "ordered" - it looks as though you don't actually keep records of what people order at all??
Original TV package confirmed as "BT Sport Albertz" package. He apparently after working at BT for 20 years, had never heard of this TV package. He denied its existence. Its on my email.
I only wanted the Netflix (£6.99, two screens) and no additional TV channels. Online, the activation is currently showing £19.00 I cannot remember seeing one, and it hasn't been mentioned. Who knows if it wasn't on special offer the day I ordered? Your offers change constantly. He says he has to put £35, but ask for it to be changed to £19 because it was originally online order. We have not received confirmation of these prices yet.
So to summarise. Pathetic customer service. Failed communication. Lies. Lack of decent record keeping. Pricing changing. Overcharging.
£30 too much STILL on first bill.
£35 instead of £19 for activation of TV, not yet received or confirmed.
Lost discount because you REFUSED TO SORT OUT LINE RENTAL SAVER. (£33.98 loss)
If I pay this now, on month 2, I am forced into 13 month contract with yourselves resulting in further losses due to increased costs)
Potential loss of a)£160 Quidco referall due to fractured ordering. b)Sainsbury Voucher of £50 because offer has changed since original order date.
Amount of stress - £ priceless.
Yet to see if TV package arrives and is connected. But because TV package is now running a week behind the contract dates of the broadband, this will mean that if I cancel the BB after 12 months, I will not be able to use the TV package, as it WONT WORK. So, BT have you ensured I suffer further losses?  The phone line was switched over on the 25th May, BB on the 1st June and now TV should be 5th June.  If it arrives/works.  So who is paying for my 13 days over contract that is being enforced by yourselves, since I will be forced to keep the phone to keep the BB (at £10.50 extra) to keep the TV working? And are you, at that time, going to try to make me pay the £13.50 for the BT sport that I don't want?
What do we do? Because I am sick to death of trying to communicate with people in India. They're lovely, but they really don't understand me when I'm rabbitting down the phone 100 miles per hour because I'm wound up at having to explain the same thing over and over. Why can't we just email you? Or is this a job for the Ombudsman. This is really poor service.

the ombudsman does not deal with individual complains although they would take a note of your pronlem
only people that can help here are the forum mods who are BT employees  they will post a contact us link
After completing the email NOT PM then you join a queue of other customers waiting for mod help. The mods will get back to you in 3/5 working days either by phone or email

  • My Bill Payment became so high all of a sudden after renewing!

Around November 3 I reneweg my account for another 2 years getting some upgrade and discounts in the process. Before I renewed was paying about $165 per month for my three fios services. Around late November my upgrades and discounts would take affect. My first bill for theses new services was good. I only had to pay around $145 like the agent i spoke to prmised. However, for the new bill I just recieved today the price hiked back up to the $165 range. I compared the two bills closely and it seems the only difference was that this bill had about a $3 increase in taxes. Why did my bil payment become so high all of a sudden? Am I not getting the promotional discounts? I was told by a verizon agent that I would only be paying around $145 a month which is the reason why I upgraded in the first place. Please help!
P.S. I still have not recieved my $120 bonus prepaid card yet for renewing.

Since we haven't heard back from you or have received a form submission as requested in your private support case, it appears assistance is no longer required. If you need any future help with your Verizon service, please make a post here on the forums so we can assist.
