Facebook opens and then closes in one second

When I open Facebook, I see the start screen, it is "loading" and then closes the app within 2 seconds.

One thing to do is deleting the Facebook App from your iTunes account (don'k keep the file, move it to trash) and from your your iPad too, then Install it again from the iTune Store and sync it to your iPad. It will configure your app as a new app and all libraries would be newly installed.
I hope it might solve the issue.

Adobe Reader 11.0.03; Docs open and then close after 2 seconds

I'm running Win 8, 64 Bit. When I try to open pdf doc in Adobe Reader XI 11.0.03, IE10, it closes after 2 seconds. I have uninstalled several times and reinstalled but no fix. Any solutions?

This help with no browser, just empty adobe reader start.

The only one possible solution seems to be install another pdf viewer :-(

Adobe XI opens and then closes after several seconds...

I recently installed Adobe Acrobat XI a few weeks ago and all was going fine (previously was using Adobe 7 Professional). Suddenly yesterday, whenever I open a PDF, it opens for several seconds. I can edit, move around, etc, but then the program suddenly closes on me!!
I've tried all the "fixes" that you can search for on here.
I tried to uninstall it and go back to Adobe 7, but I now get this message whenever I exit: The application is being terminated because of memory corruption.

The downloaded apps, not the apps that came with the phone, close immediately after i open them. i have reseted it multiple times and it doesnt work. HELP!!

I too have just experienced this, I suspect because I hooked my iphone up to a friends laptop when visiting on holiday (in Canada) and thought that rather than opening a new topic, I'd add on the end of this one...
I have tried all suggestions found on Google (a restore, de-authorising my laptop and re-authorising with the itunes store, not syncing apps, downloading a new app (on the iphone and on my laptop) and then re-syncing and none of this has worked.
Interestingly, if I download a brand new app via my laptop and sync it to my iphone, it works but all of my old apps restored from the backup open and then close within 2 seconds.
Can anyone help?

I am having to run v3.5.10 because even now with latest 3.6 that version - every 30 seconds or so I hear a process open and then close. Can't track it down even in task manager - too brief but it's insistent! So stuck having to use 3.5

I have to use V3.5.10 despite wanting to run 3.6 (just updated to 3.6.6 too). However when I run 3.6 I hear thru my sounds set up a process open briefly and then close every 30 seconds or so - it's very regular and insistent and I'd like to know what it is and why. It's too brief to spot in Task manager processes listing. This did happen once under 3.5 I seem to recall but was cured when it upgraded.

1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.

Spry Accordion - Tabs open and then close after page loads

I am using a Spry Accordion menu driven from a database.
The menu opens up during the page load and then closes.
I'm using SpryAccordion.js 1.6.1
And to open a preset tab, I'm using:

But, all of the tabs open and then close on page load.

Well to both thanks. Actually I wasn't disappointed as I had a two part question...
I tested the 1.6 JS and remembered that I had to modify the 1.4 so that tabs actually would link. So I reverted back to 1.4.
So, going to 1.6 fixed the open panel on load but "unfixed" the panel tab from linking.....
So changing this in the 1.6 js fixed the link issue as well:

Can you open Adobe Reader by itself? If so, try disabling Protected Mode [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)].

Acrobat will not work, opens and then closes

I can not get Acrobat to stay open, I purchased the download it seemed to download fine but opens and then closes.

Did you install with anti-virus deactivated? Have you activated Acrobat? You may have to uninstall, run http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html, remove the Acrobat folder, reboot, and reinstall.
Another possibility is to go to the control panel>Programs & Features and do a repair.

Using the battery level meter in this manner is comparable to using your car's fuel gauge to calculate miles per gallon. The only thing that matters is the total amount of operating time from full charge to auto-shutdown.
Use the wall-mount charger that came with the iPad and charge overnight. Do NOT use an iPod/iPhone charger. Do NOT use a computer's USB port. Then, operate it normally until auto shut-down (ignore any low level alerts that may appear). An irony is that doing that test to determine the total operating time is also the procedure necessary to calibrate the battery level meter.
I'm not claiming that you do not have a problem. I am stating, however, that we don't yet know. If the above test does, in fact, indicate a problem, read this.
Also, according to Apple:
Use Your iPad Regularly
For proper reporting of the battery’s state of charge, be sure to go through at least one charge cycle per month (charging the battery to 100% and then completely running it down).
Elsewhere, Apple elaborates and explains that two half-discharges (or four quarter-discharges, etc.) equals one full discharge.
