Facebook & Twitter not appearing in Blog

I have been trying to figure this out for a while and have given in.
For some reason, the FB Like and Tweet buttons do not appear in my blog, even though the code in on the template as follows:

Images on Facebook do not appear when using different web browsers

Images on Facebook do not appear when using Safari on my Macbook Pro (I've tried Google Chrome too with the same result). This makes me think it's a setting within OS Mavericks that I'm missing. I have not seen this issue on any other computers. This only occurs on my, and others' profile pictures on my profile page and on the news feed, not photos that are posted in albums or on walls. and yes, i have images enabled in Safari.
In safari the images don't appear, and in their place is a small blue "?" square >>.
In Chrome it appears as a broken image link >>
Has anyone encountered this? Is there a fix? It is very annoying.

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, or by corruption of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

Facebook notifications not appearing on the Blackberry screen

Hi!
I faced a 2404 error on facebook yesterday. Today after troubleshootinh it in the settings menu facebook's working fine on the device however Facebook notifications are not appearing on the home screen where email and sms notifications do appear.
Please advise that what needs to be done. Facebook is connected to Blackberry in settings and I use a BB Curve 9360.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones application.
To clarify, you are not getting a notification icon on the main screen of your device?
Does your device play a tone or vibrate to indicate a notification? Does the icon have an asterisk to indicate a new notification?
What's the software version on your Curve and the Facebook app version?

Facebook Tags not appearing

I have synced my Facebook account with iPhoto and can view my various albums, however, tags do not appear. I have quit and restarted iPhoto. I have removed and reactivated my Facebook account. Nothing seems to fix it. I have verified that the album has finished syncing. Facebook comments and likes appear....no tags.

I tried it and doesn't work properly. I've tried to tag my brother's picture and upload it to facebook. When I started to writhe his name, it appeared there again 2x. The first is from my address book showing also his mail address (which he also use for facebook) and second is his name with the icon of facebook without any address. I've chosen the first one (from address book) and it worked on facebook well, however, why he appeared two times there?

Facebook app not appearing

My facebbok app got stuck so I deleted it. I reinstalled it but it's not appearing but the app store says it is installed.

Connect to your PC by cable. Click on your device to open it. Browse to the Apps page for your device (where it says summary/Info etc) Ensure the tick is in to sync Apps then locate the App and make sure it is ticked as well. Apply and suync at the bottom of the page.
Delete action default is to remove the tick out of the App page App when deleted. Retick and resync to restore it.

Facebook does not appear in my social accounts subscriptions

In the new Safari 8, there is a left sidebar for bookmarks, reading list, and subscriptions. On the subscriptions tab I can see my LinkedIn and Twitter feeds but not my Facebook feed. When I click on the Subscriptions button I see the two accounts listed. I click on "+ Add Account" which opens the system preferences. I already have a Facebook account enabled there but for some reason it won't appear in Safari as one of the social accounts. After a few searches, I couldn't find anyone else having this problem so most likely it's a problem unique to my system. I tried deleting the account from system preferences and adding it again, but that doesn't help. Does anyone know what might be the issue?

As far as i know, almost everybody who upgraded, had no problems with the notifications....
My mom's phone, after upgraded, was also without notifications, but turning notifications off than on, AT SETTINGS>NOTIFICATION CENTER>FACEBOOK, worked for her.
My phone I swiped yesterday and reinstalled all the IOS and configured as a new phone. Than, after that, this happened: No facebook notifications. Tried even to restore through itunes downloading all the ios again. No luck. We are stuck with this problem.
So i think it's an app issue....
But lets keep calm... I think its a bug and maybe after an app upgrade, we'll have our notifications again. Cant find where to report this to facebook.

Suddenly, Facebook is not appearing correctly. It's OK on Safari but no on Firefox. Any ideas?

The page does not load correctly. Things that are supposed to be on the right or left side of the screen appear at the top of the screen in the same column as the posts.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

Facebook/Twitter DO NOT LOAD TEXT/IMAGES correctly in Windows 8 in ANY version of Firefox

The title sums it up nicely. I bought a new laptop 2 days ago and Facebook and Twitter do not load correctly in Firefox (ANY AND ALL VERSIONS - I have been installing/uninstalling/reinstalling nonstop like a maniac). They load in every other browser just fine.
Basically what happened is I installed Firefox on the new laptop (first thing I did), loaded Facebook and Twitter for the first time, and once I closed those pages and re-opened them, they started to appear with the text flush to the left and without some images. Almost looks like a part of the CSS code is missing.
I have tried ALL of the solutions posted on these support forums. None of them are permanent
Clearing my cookies/cache IS NOT an adequate solution. It works for the first time and then I have to do it every time I close and re-open FB/Twitter. Since the entire Windows 8 O/S concept is based on the "social experience," this seems somewhat ironic. Either it's a problem with my new laptop but I doubt it, as I said before, every other browser and webpage work fine.
My conclusion is there's a problem between Firefox/Windows 8/Facebook and Twitter. If someone could just confirm or shed some insight to development problems or suggest permanent fixes, that would be greatly appreciated and save me a lot of headache. As it stands, I'm about to throw this laptop out the window. >_> I'm very much not impressed with the hassle this transition has been.
Google Chrome has always been a close second to Firefox in my eyes and it looks like I'll have to switch over, despite the fact the former does not have a customizable bookmark toolbar.

I changed a setting in Firefox and it seemed to have solved my problems. Since CTRL+F5 seemed to work as a quick fix, that told me it was something to do with the cache.
My browsers on my old laptop had never had their cached cleared (I have a problem deleting things :P).
Go to Tools --> Options --> Network and under Cached Web Content, your cache may be set to 350mb just like mine was in my new Firefox. I had a moment of clarity and thought, "maybe since my computer is so new, I haven't browsed enough to fill my cache with information from various different sites, as opposed to just Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube."
So I ticked the box "override automatic cache management" and set it to 0mb.
Ever since then, I've had no problems with browsing (in Firefox, haven't attempted anything else since the problem was fixed immediately).
I know nothing about caches and whatnot, but with the limit set to 0, I believe this is forcing the browser to reload a new page from scratch EVERY time since I have not allowed *anything* to be saved to memory.
Hope this helps, please let us know if it works for you as well. I know I was experiencing massive buyer's remorse for days because of this problem.

Try Settings>Notifications>Twitter>Badge Icon>ON. Do the same for Facebook and any others. See if that helps.

Thanks for the question. From your description, it sounds like various Account Settings have been greyed out in your Settings application (iCloud, Facebook, Twitter). The cause for these being greyed out is a restriction setup on your iPhone. You'll probably see that Restrictions are turned "On" in Settings > General.
You'll want to disable the restriction "Allow Changes: Accounts". For more information on restrictions, see this article:

Blog does not appear correctly in the browser window

I didn't finish my query to you when this screen flew off of my browser so I am resubmitting my information:

The blog in the Firefox browser is only about 1.5 inches in vertical height and virtually unreadable. The blog is actually a full page in the browser and it appears correctly in Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome, and Opera browsers, but not in Firefox 5.0, Firefox 5.0.1, or Firefox Beta. I upgraded my browser from Firefox 5.0 to 5.0.1 to Beta hoping the newer versions of Firefox would display the blog correctly. I was able to check it on an older computer in Firefox 3.0 and it displays correctly. I have tried everything I could think of to make the page appear correctly in the browser, even to contacting the software manufacturer re this problem. After almost two weeks (we e-mailed back and forth re this matter), they finally concluded is a Firefox problem. I came to this conclusion before they did as everything works correctly in the above named browsers. The programmers wrote me that they did find that on some computers, changing the Character Encoding in the View menu corrected the situation, but not always. And it wouldn't be feasible for me to put a note on the blog, expecting viewers to change the character encoding on their computer in the hopes that they can read the blog. I hate to post something that doesn’t work correctly on the web but I have two additional blogs to create for customers, and I find that all the blogs appear incorrectly in Firefox but not in the other browsers. I had another problem some time back with Firefox and my programmer was able to fix it by adding code to the site page. Unfortunately he is no longer available and I don't know where else to turn to get this corrected. Do you have any ideas to help?

I'm not sure if this is related or not, but it might be useful information for your programmers. I tested your link on my Linux computer, but I did not see any problem with the page using Firefox 5 or Firefox 6. (Perhaps the problem only affects Firefox on Windows computers.)
