Favour from someone who has a floppy drive ??

Hello,
          I was trying to update the BIOS on my thinkpad but I would need a floppy drive to first extract the spsdin36(update from IBM site).I only have a CD drive so I intend to copy the extracts from the floppy and then use a CD to update this on my Thinkpad.
Would someone with a floppy drive mind downloading the spsdin36 from IBM site, extracting that to a floppy and send me the files in email (should be less than 1 MB).Just need this for the BIOS update so didnt want to invest on a floppy drive which would be hardly used !

Thanks to all for your initiative to help me out .
The model is IBM Thinkpad 600E 2645 4AU
So the exe is spsdin36 which is downloadable at the location - http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/DSHY-46HLKQ.html
 I believe once you click on this exe, it extracts to a floppy disk (perhaps creates a ROM image file since its supposed to be a bootable disk) -  I am not sure, just read this from some forum, because I dont have a floppy drive to verify.
Once its done, can you please zip and email me the contents at [email protected]
 Let me also take this opportunity to ask you this:
Before updating the BIOS is it required to update the Embedded Controller program ?
This is what I read at one of the sites :
" It is also important to understand that Thinkpads from IBM have two separate firmwares: the BIOS, and the Embedded Controller program. A given BIOS version will require a certain version of the Embedded Controller program. The IBM documentation is sometimes unclear about the order in which these two firmwares should be updated. On most, but not all Thinkpads, the correct update order is Embedded Controller program first, and then the BIOS. Make sure to do the two updates immediately one after the other. Newer models from Lenovo update both the Embedded Controller program and the BIOS at the same time, so you don't have to worry about it."
