FBL5N_Excise Invoice Number not display

Hallo Experts,
I am SD Consultant, when after create the Excise invoice, number will be display in FBL5N_Customer ledger (Ref. key 3 field) but only 10% cases it will not display with same customer / Excise group / series group
I am unable to address it. please help

But in case we have creating auto generate Excise invoice, Excise Invoice number not display in same screen. How to do to display excise invoice after saving billing document.(Excise invoice generating in background but number not display in same screen)
We have changeover manual to auto generate excise invoice system.

Credit card payment with eway returns "invoice number not found" on BC

dear all,
I am currently working on the payment gateway of pared.com.au. the problem we're having is that every credit card payment gets redirected to the "Credit Card Payment Fail" page, although the payment was marked as successful on eway.
eway transaction details stated "response code: 00", response text "transaction approved".
however, the CC payment fail page stated:
"there was an error processing your credit card. please correct this and try again.
invoice number not found: . please go back and correct this."
strangely enough, the order is perfectly recorded as successful order in BC (customers -> orders).
any help would be much appreciated - i've been looking at this for hours but i'm getting nowhere. thanks everyone!

As per the field description, it's used fo rupdating CC details, not for purchases.
Remove that system field and reinsert the form, and it should then work

Credit Card Failed - Invoice Number Not Found

Hello,
I have set up PayPal payments pro for my payment gateway and everything seemed to set up fine. When I try to place an order on the site it gives me an error stating that "Invoice Number Not Found" as shown in this screenshot.
No notification is sent to the customer.
Invoice is created in Business Catalyst
Product goes out of inventory
Credit Card is charged.
I have been searching for hours for a solution and I suspect it is an easy one. I have found reference to the webform and feel that maybe the web-form for this gateway is not correct. The form that comes up for the purchase is the default form under the module templates. When I go to (Webform, online shop purchase form) the form there is very different.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello Liem,
You were correct. I selected default form and it did not help. When I went and looked at the form the existing order was highlighted. I removed that and it works.
What threw me off was the invoice number was not on the form when I fill it out, but the webform did have it. Tricky one to find but simple fix.

Error Message at customer checkout "Invoice Number Not Found"

When i post the goods receipt i entered the bill of lading number .When i try to post the invoice with reference to the PO ( for which i had done goods receipt) bill of lading number not populated in the corresponding field.I can see the field in MIRO but it is not having the value.

Excise invoice number showing display option in J1IEX change mode.

We are using E.C.C6.0.
In Excise transaction T.code: J1IEX Change option, Official Excise invoice number (J_1IEXHEAD-EXNUM) showing the display mode. How can change the Official Excise Document Number is display mode to change mode in T.code: J1IEX change option.
In 4.7E system showing the change option in T.code: J1IEX change mode.

We cannot change this field from display to change. Once the excise invoice is captured the excise invoice number is freezed.
It is SAP Standard & to break this you would need the access key from SAP.
If the change in excise invoice number is by user mistake, please cancel the excise invocie and capture the new one.

Skype number not displaying correctly with Caller ID

Hello, I have had my Skype number for several years and it's been no problem for those with Caller ID to have my Skype number displayed when receiving a call from me. However, the past few months this has changed dramatically. Now, my Skype number is NEVER displayed when calling someone and in fact, most of the time it displays numbers or even names randomly which have zero relation to myself or my number. Other times, the users Caller ID will display "Skype User". Why has this suddenly happened and what can be done to ensure that it's corrected and working properly again?
My account is indeed configured to display my Skype number (as it has been for several years), but this has no longer has any bearing whatsoever on the number displayed when I call someone. I have found that some people are no longer accepting my calls since they have no idea that I am the one calling them.
This is happening when I call numbers in the U.S. and sometimes Canada and does not matter where my physical location is - if I am in the U.S., U.K., Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc, the result is always the same - my number is NOT displayed.

But that same FAQ indicates that Caller ID is available for the U.S. And this is where I make the majority of my calls. However, as I mentioned in my original post, my Caller ID has NOT been displayed for several months. What is displayed are randomly changing phone numbers and names that have no bearing whatsoever with anything related to my actual Skype number or name. I've done my own testing when calling my home phone from Skype. I'll call multiple times in quick succession and I will get different results each and every time. Excise invoice India not displaying in FBL5N

Hi experts,
when checked in VF03 , Excise invoice india generated accounting document with document type SA- g/l account document .
Hence this accounting document related to onlyl G/l accounts ( all line items with g/l accounts ) , it is not appearing in FBL5N .
Can anyone give me the reason why accounting document is generating document type SA - g/l account document.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
Actually Excise invoice india is created and entire process is completed.
After creating invoice , when checked invoice through VF03 tcode in display mode .
After clicking accounting overview button on top left , accounting document and profit center document pop window came.
when checked this accounting document in FB03 , this document is OF DOC TYPE SA- G/L ACCOUNTING DOCUMENT ( all g/l account line items , no customer line item ).
Because of this in FBL5N , it is not appearing.

Phone number not displayed properly with Skype plug-in

I have a contact phone number in the text with area code etc.
When displayed by Firefox, Skype changes the number so you can launch Skype and call the number.
Very nice but it also blocks out part of the number so if the viewer did not want to use Skype, they are not able to see the number.

How do i display the contact number so that Skype will not block part of the number?
My very temporary website is www.mijasbowls.org if you want to see this in action, assuming you have Firefox with the Skype extension.
As you will see, I am not a professional, just got given the job of building the club website. I am working on a proper one but this is there to keep the troops happy.

Hi Colin
Just make the phone number a graphic.
That will mean that it isn't text, so the Skype plug-in will not parse it and recognise it as a phone number (in theory, at least, as I don't have the Skype plug-in!)
Don't forget to also put the phone number in the image's ALT attribute.

I copied standard sapcript MEDRUCK for the PO layout.
I need to display the vendor vat number so i added / &LFA1-STCEG& ,but nothing is displaying .
I checked in XK02 and the vat number is on the master record for this supplier.

Ive been having this problem for a while. I live in NJ in the USA. And my number is [removed for privacy].
When I call people from that number, it always comes up as an 888 number in CA.
How can I fix that so it displays my home number on peoples phones?

Log into your Skype account here on the web site, using the "Account" link at the top of this page. Once you log in, you will see Caller ID settings, along with a link to change those settings. If you have a Skype Online Number in the US, you will be able to select that for your Caller ID number. If you don't have an Online Number, you can go through a two-step verification process to use a mobile number as Caller ID when calling from Skype. This requires SMS messages to be sent to your mobile phone number, and will use a small amount of Skype Credit. Unless your home (landline) phone is able to receive SMS messages, you are not able to use that as Caller ID when calling from Skype.
More about Caller ID with Skype is available at the "Caller ID" link at the bottom of this web page.
