  • Condition type missing

    Hi all,
2 customized condition type ZR00, ZM00 on which the main pricing is executed in PP, can create condition records the pricing and everthing is working fine, but when i go to transcation V/LD and try to execute an pricing report, those 2 customized condition type missing, was wondering what could be the reason ?
    regards

    Hello,
this is SAP standard behaviour and it makes sence.
If you customized a condition as manually, then you must be entered the condition type in the order and then you can maintain these condition in the order.
It is not possible to set a condition as manually and then the condition type is with a line in the order with value zero and then you can entered only the value in the order.
    Hope this will help.

  • Missing few Condition types in sales order

    Dear Experts
I have come across an issue in the sales order. And FYI, no configuration change has happened recently. And also, this issue has happened in few sales order only.
    OVKK: Pricing Procedure Determination
    *S.Org  SN12
    Dist.chan   DM
    Division V1
    Doc.pricing. proc  A
    Customer.prici proced  6
    Pricing procedure  ZSALES
And ZSALES pricing procedure is having 5 condition types to update in sales order. But in few sales order, 2 of the condition types are missing in sales order.
So, I have checked in customer master for customer pric. procedure and it is maintained as 6 and Doc.pricing procedure is also maintained as A as maintained in OVKK.
And the sales order too have been created for the respective order type having doc pricing prcoed as A and for the sales area maintained in OVKK.
I find this issue as strange. Can any one of you help me out to solve this issue as it is very urgent.
    Thank you very much.
    Regards

    Hello Rajesh,
    1. Am entering material in line item and clicking enter button
and can able to see all the 5 condition types in the condition tab.
But when I delete material in the line item manually, without clicking
the icon 'Delete icon' and again entering the material
and pressing 'Enter' button. When I am going to condition tab this
time, as mentioned earlier 2 condition types only missing (Say Ex
ZABC and ZXYZ) and able to save sales order normally.
    How to overcome this?
As per SAP standard, when you perform ANALYSIS in the material line item CONDITION tab for a Sales Order, all the CONDITION types related to the Pricing procedure will be reflected. Here you will find information whether any condition type got suppressed and why it got suppressed...If any pricing routines are deactivating any condition type, you will get the information in this Analysis tab.
When you say that the condition types are not visible in the Analysis button, it is making me perplexed...
As per latest observation, the condition types are disappering after DELETE operation is done signify that the database is not getting refreshed instantly...
Can you tell me whether you are conducting this activity at IDES sandbox or at Client Server ? If this problem is detected at Client server, has the client raised any questions ???

  • Urgently need solution for Pricing Error: Mandatory condition type missing

    Hello, All
I am working on CRM 5.0 service module and I am facing a problem while creating a service order.
When I enter the product in the service order it gives me an error
"pricing error: mandatory condition type Z### is missing" even though I maintained the customer pricing procedure, the pricing procedure determination, and the condition record. The error shows that the pricing procedure is determined as the error shows the mandatory condition is determined but what I think is that it can’t find the condition record.
I already maintained the condition table and the condition record in the product master data but it does not pick the price, kindly help. Deserving points will be rewarded.

  • TAXINN Procedure and excise duty condition type Missing

    Hi,
We are implementing CIn and found that standard condition based procedure TAXINN and Condition type pertaining to Excise duties (JEXP,JCEP,JECP) and Central sales tax (JCST) are missing. But TAXINJ procedure is available.
We need to know whether Basis need to activate some BC sets or any note need to be applied.
    Please guide

    Hi
As Suggested, you can go ahead and add those missing codition types in TAXINN. This is nothing new as I did faced the same situation only thing was for me it was Version 4.6c and in consultation with FICO consultant we infact first created and then added those condition.
The best example i can share is  we didn't have anything like Higer Secondary Education Cess for excise duties @ 1 %       till 2007-08 financial year , If I am correct.
Since the component was incorporated in 2007-08 budget session so the condition type for the same was missing (to add this additional @ 1 % ) , and we first created a condition type and then added this to the pricing procedure to solve the scenario.
    Thanks

  • Some Condition types missing during extraction from 2LIS_11_VAKON

    Hi,
I am extracting conditions data to BI from ECC through 2LIS_11_VAKON. This datasource uses the fields from table KOMV. The Field KSCHL (Condition type) is also being taken from KOMV structure.
My problem is some condition types are missing during extraction. Say, for example, for a Document condition i have 22 Condition types in KONV table but when i extract the data to BI, nearly 7 conditions are missing, i am getting only 15 condition types for the same document condition in BI.
Why is this happening? I dont have any filters set. Moreover, this is happening in the Datasource level itself.
Please advice. Any help on this is highly appreciated.

    Hi Murali,

  • Condition type missing in Sales order after client copy

    Hi All,
I am technical person and looking for administration part. I did client copy from my Prod to Dev sytem by using export import method. After doing this I am able to view all sales orders but the condition types in pricing element table are missing in Dev client, but the in same sales order in prod, the contion types are exist.
My functional consultant saying its because of client copy but as per my knowledge the client copy has special query to copy the content so this could be side effect of the cleint copy.
Can anybody experienced the same problem before. If yes. please provide me the solution.
    Regards,
    Ramesh.

    Dear Ramesh,
I checked the note,as i said certain tables which is copied might not be available in the dev.As staed in the note also they are pointing on the access sequence.Say for example one condition type you copied from PRD will have an *** seq.But the same *** seq will be in a different order in DEV.As this tables and feilds are client independent. So ask your functional consultant to check that.
As i told you we have faced the same issue but in a different area. Then when i changed the seq it worked.
    Please check and revert.

  • MWST condition type missing in contract creation,VA41

Hi, got a problem here during contract creation. I can't get the MWST show up in the contract condition tab. Analysis result :
010 Access not made (requirement not fulfilled)
Error Message : Pricing error: Mandatory condition MWST is missing
    Things I have done :
    a) checked pricing procedure V/08
    b) created condition records VK11
    c) checked customer tax classification : Liable for taxes
    d) checked material tax data : Full tax
    e) ???
what else did I miss out?
    Thanks
    Andy

Option 1: If you do not want MWST condition as mandatory, then remove the check from check box in the pricing procedure (T.Code: V/08). MWST is tax condition & Tax condition are normally not mandatory, as it may vary according to Business Requirement.
Option 2: <b>"010 Access not made (requirement not fulfilled)"</b>: Check the access sequence maintained for Condition Type MWST (T.Code": V/06). Next, Check the Access Sequence & the access 010 assigned to it. (T.Code:V/07). Check whether Accesses & fields are assigned correctly.
Option 3: Instead of maintaining condition record for access 010, maintain for different combination & check the result. Even in my case, once the access with reference to tax classification did not give desired result, but was achieved bu maintaining another combination.

  • BizTalk 2013 choice for "999" file type missing in Party Agreement configuration

Ok guys--this makes no sense. In BizTalk 2010, we were able to select the 999 file type in the party Config/Agreement section, specifically in the "Envelopes", "Local Host Settings" & Transaction Set List" sections under
"Transaction Set Settings". I could see if this was a 997 file type as that should be deprecated under 5010, but this is 999, the new format.
Since my experience with 2013 is limited, can anyone tell me if there is a service pack or CU we missed when this was setup that might include this? A setting somewhere perhaps?
Any assistance is appreciated--thanks in advance---
    Tom

Confirmed as bug / oversight in Biztalk 2013 -Ugh
    Hello Scott,
We did an in-house repro and realized that this does not work.
It seems in BizTalk Server 2010, we had 999 listed under the
supported transactions list, but it is somehow not listed in BizTalk Server 2013.
We have raised a ticket to the Product Group to review this and make the required change. However, we do not have an ETA by when this change will be implemented.

  • F110-Few Record types missing in DME file

    Hi experts,
When we run F110, in the output file from DME(program:RFFOIT_B for Italy),some record types are missing.Eg: 5 and 6.
Could you please help me understand on what conditions do these record types get filled in the output file.
Are they maintained by any configuration setting  or how does the program picks them up?
Thanks in advance for your replies.
    Thanks
    Kaavya

    Hi,
You can check the source code of the program to see how the info is mapped in the registers. Include RFFORII4 shows the
mapping of the format of program RFFOIT_B.

  • Entry for condition type missing in table PRCC_COND_CT

    Hi guys,
I got this error message in my BDoc.
    It ask me to
"Fill the table PRCC_COND_CT bu using a Customizing download, and then restart the rolled back block in the inbound queue."
I am not too sure what is a customizing download.
Can you guys help me out?
    Cheers
    Lawrence

    Hi,
Firstly please apply the note 1003793 and then run the customizing load again and check for errors.
then if you get any errors like
"It is not possible to change client-independent Customizing objects Message no. CND_MAP204                                                  "
Then log into SCC4 transaction and then make the following change
"changes to repository and cross-client customizing allowed" under Cross-Client Object Changes.

  • Condition Types in Rebate Agreement

    Hi,
Please help me with the condition types in RFQ  rebate agreement and their descriptions.
    Thanks in Advance
    Vikram

    Hi,
    Thanks for your answer.
When I tried to create a new condition record with different validity date, the system gave me a message "VK 104, the condition is being processed in current session".  and then removed the record from the screen.  It's because of the same condition key exists.
I think it's related to the difference on condition tables.  When I checked a condition table for PR00, the attribute was "with validity period" but a rebate condition table had none in attribute.
    Do you have any idea?
