FIELD BSEG - ZUONR NON EDITABLE IN FB02

Hi guys,
I went to "Document Change Rules, Line Item" in SPRO inserting BSEG-ZUONR as Field Name and put a tick on "Field can be Changed".
Unfortunatly nothing happened in FB02 and the field is still non-editable.
Could you suggest me a solution?

HI,
As mentioned in note 827413 there is a golden rule regarding the changeability of fields in FI documents:
When the field is used in Special Ledger field movement then it is not possible to change this field in FI using transaction FB02.
The reason is that Special Ledger is only updated when the document is created. For other components like profit center accounting or special ledger a subsequent change in an FI document is only local. Special Ledger does not get the information about the change. Thus, in order to avoid inconsistencies between SL and FI those fields are not changeable.
Please check the follwong field movements for Special Ledger which contain the field ZUONR in the field movement (tr. GCL3).

In this select the particular field selection key and change the material field to display.

The note field is in non-editable mode in appraisal document

Hi all,
In appraisal document,
the reviewer can give his comment in the status u201CIn Processu201D and in the Sub Status u201CAnnual Review by Addl Managers/Reviewersu201D in an appraisal document. It is editable when I am trying via web but when I try to upload the comment from backend GUI ( using phap_admin) the note field is in non-editable mode. My client requires it in editable mode at the back end.

Can you please check the appraisal template, Proper access has been given to use the note column. If still faces problem can look for the BADI HRHAP00_COL_ACCESS.

i think you can, just try it.
But when you have to change it, because of a certain exception in the fieldexit, it is impossible to change the field.

Field disable or non editable -- goods movements

Hi team
your assistace will be highly appreciated.
I´m working with tx CO11N and after completion of the requiere data we click on goods movements button and the next screen is : "Enter production order confirmation: goods movements" and this shows some fields and what I need is to disable some of them or make them non editable : quantity, storage location and movement type.
Is it posible through Spro? if yes could you please tell the where.
I don´t want to create a variant.

I guess Variant is the only option here, atleast thats what my PP consultant had done in my last project.
There didnt seem to be any other alternative then.

COST CENTRE field to made non-editable for a particular ROLE

Hi all,
We ar running on SRM 4.0(Classic)..I have a query regarding the COST CENTER field under the node COST ASSIGNEMNT in the item deatils when i add an item to the SC.Here at our place,we have kept the field editable with F4 help only given for a particular role.
However for other roles,there is no F4 help given for this field.Now i need to make this field 'DISPLAY' for these roles for which the F4 is not given.....
Can anyone tell me whcih std program i will need to change wherin for this field i can put up a check as to whcih roles the USER belongs to and based on that info i can make this field display?
Any help is highly appreciated..Please help.

PO fields Price & MPN Non-Editable

The approval profile settings for PO are done and the PO_PRICE_CONFIRMATION setting are in place but still not able to edit the PO price and MPN field in UI.

To confirm Price go to Purchase order workilist (In SNC Web UI Purchase order -->Purchase Order worklist) and click on R:C link of Purchase order.
I am not sure but you can't enter MPN manually while confirming Purchase order you can enter MPN number while creating ASN.

Table control : Need to change Single field as non editable

Hi Experts,
Plz help me out. In a table control there r 7 fields and only one field is editable. When i change the status of a record as delete in tat table control, only the deleted record (all fields)should become non-editable. Is it possible? Pls suggest.

In PBO of your screen
you should be using a step loop like this :
CONTROLS control1 TYPE TABLEVIEW USING SCREEN 100.
LOOP AT itab WITH CONTROL control1.
ENDLOOP.
Where the control1 is the tableview control defined in your program
and placed on your screen.
Put a second loop on screen inside this loop ant set the related attribute :
LOOP AT itab WITH CONTROL control1.
LOOP AT SCREEN.
IF SCREEN-NAME = 'COLUMN1'.
SCREEN-INPUT = 0.
MODIFY SCREEN.
ENDIF.
ENDLOOP.
ENDLOOP.
So you can set cells editable or non-editable
and you can filter it which record & which field..

How to made Qty field as non editable in MIRO

Hi SAP Gurus,
While Post a Goods Receipt (MIRO) for Receive the Material from Job
Worker, the Qty of Raw Material which needs to Issue or consume from
Stock will propose as per PO BOM. The Qty field of Raw Material is in
Editable Mode. Business wants that Qty Field to be Non-editable and not
to allow user to Change the Proposed Qty. As per PO BOM and based on
Material Received from Job Worker, Raw Material has to Issue or Consume
from Stock. If any Under Consumption or Over Consumption will be
adjusted thru MB04.
Pls let me know is there any setting to make Raw Material Qty field as
non editable.

(non)Editable field on Myspace & Firefox 3.5/6

Symptom: flash app has an editable field that becomes non-editable on Myspace, but only when accessing it with Firefox 3.5 or 3.6;
What's more, it actually can be edited, as long as one right-clicks into the field.
The app is made with Flash Pro CS5 and embedded on Myspace using AddThis, if that makes any difference.
The same app behaves just fine in Chrome or IE8. All of these are on WinXP, in case that's at play.
My skills with flash are limited, so I'm at a loss as to where things would go wrong.
As these apps are also working just fine on other sites, I'm guessing this is very Myspace limited issue, but what?

I had the same problem. Called HP support and that was useless. They tried to help me restore to before the problem but the restore wouldn't work! In the end they wanted me to restoer to factory settings. All because they haven't bothered to test their update with some pretty standard software (firefox). I always get the same response from their service folks - "you are using software that is not from HP so we can't really help you". Well, yeah - uh, I occassionally do use software on my laptop that is not made by HP.
I had high hopes for moving from Dell to HP, but am just disappointed over and over again. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but never the less, I will not buy an HP laptop again.

Non editable field in POP_GET_VALUES

Hello,
I am using the POP_GET_VALUES function to request two values from the user. I have to ask for a provider and a price. The provider field works fine (mach code included), but the price field appears in grey (non editable) and then the user cannot inform the value. How can I avoid this behaviour?

I have tried it using the field netpr from other tables and the result has been the same. If I run the function at se37 the price field appears as non editable too.

Hi,
To make a filed entry enabled or grey (non-entry allowed):
User exits in the program MV45AFZZ-USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION
This user exit can be used to modify the attributes of the screen fields.
To do this, the screen fields are allocated to so-called modification groups 1 - 4 and can be edited together during a modification in ABAP.
If a field has no field name, it cannot be allocated to a group. The usage of the field groups (modification group 1-4) is as follows:
Modification group 1: Automatic modification with transaction MFAW
Modification group 2: It contains 'LOO' for step loop fields
Modification group 3: For modifications which depend on check tables or on other fixed information
Modification group 4: is not used
The FORM routine is called up for every field of a screen. If you require changes to be made, you must make them in this user exit. This FORM routine is called up by the module FELDAUSWAHL.

PO ITEM CUSTOM TAB - FIELDS (non editable)

I have created a custom tab in the PO item level using the badi "ME_GUI_PO_CUST". My custom fields in the custom tab are editable in the creation and change mode, while non-editable in the display mode as per my desire.
The problem is when I am saving some changes in the PO, after this all standard fields were becoming non-editable but my custom fields in the custom tab were in the editable mode. I want custom fields also to be in non-editable, once I saved from ME22N tcode.
Please help me out.

This procurement type is in material master right. You need to get it editable in spro.
