Now, after reinstalling Windows on my desktop I need to register my Adobe products again. They were bought by Internet. No disks or boxes. In My Adobe account there is the serial number for Premiere Elements and nothing about Photoshop Elements. How can I get my purchase again?

    Usually found inside the box. Not on the disk wrappers or sleeve but by pulling out the white cardboard inner-box.

    Log in into your Adobe account and go to "My Products".  You'll find a list of all the products you've ever registered with Adobe.

    I originally installed Photoshop Elements 12 as a trial version. Then I purchased the product, received an Order Number and a Serial Number. In the Photoshop Elements "Welcome Screen" that appears on start up, I clicked the "License this product" button and was seemingly logged in to my Adobe ID account and was presented with a serial number form to fill out. After entering the serial number several times correctly, it still gives me an error message saying the serial# is invalid for Photoshop Elements.

The softs came preinstalled on my laptop , so i don't have a cd or serial from sony ... Can anyone help me ? thanks

    I don't think you can get it anymore. You might look for its newer version version though i.e PSE 11.

         I've recently got a new computer and decided to reinstall my old wacom bamboo drawing tablet that came Photoshop elements 8. Setting up the tablet was no problem but when i try do download the program it just says invalid serial number. I've tried the code on the back of the tablet multiple times but it never worked. Has the processed changed or is the error somewhere else?

    My laptop was replaced at work with a new laptop.  I have the serial number but do not have the windows downloaders for Photoshop Elements 5.  I see where you can get the downloader for 7.  Can I still get it for 5 somewhere?

    As far as I know, 7 is the furthest back that is available.

    This is a user-to-user forum so “we” do not have your serial number.  If you purchased online from Adobe then the serial number is probably in your Purchased Products list invoice, or if you registered with Adobe then check your registered products list at Adobe.  oth should be accessible by logging into http://www.adobe.com  then hovering over your name in the upper right and choosing the correct option in the menu.
