Firefox keeps crashing upon starting, how do I stop this?

My PC crashed some days ago, after rebooting firefox was no longer working. It does start up, but doesn't allow me to do anything and after a few seconds it crashes and shows the error report, often this already happens the second I try to fire up firefox. I have tried rebooting my PC several times thinking this was the issue. After the problems continued I have uninstalled firefox, making sure no traces of firefox were left anywhere for old data to be around and it spiraling into the same error, I have tried installing an older version of firefox but it still crashes upon opening. It opens 2 tabs of which 1 will probably be the congratulations you have succesfully installed firefox and the other being the home page, however I can't confirm this as they don't load. The same goes for the TOR browser which works on a FF basis. I don't know what could fix the issue and hope for some answers that will solve the issue.

It looks like you may me having an issue from what I could intially see with an add-on or extension which is causing the crash. Restart FF in safe mode to see if this fixes the issue

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

Try this: launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and check to see if the same problem persists. If it does try the following: make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home()/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.

3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.

You will probably need to restore using Recovery Mode.
iPad: Unable to update or restore
Recovery Mode Instructions
Disconnect the USB cable from the iPad, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for iPad to turn off.
If you cannot turn off iPad using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the iPad turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to iPad. When you reconnect the USB cable, iPad should power on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears you can release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the recovery mode alert that iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode.
Use iTunes to restore iPad.

What type of messages are you talking about? Recovered from where?
It would help us to know which computer model you have, which OS & version you're using, how much RAM, etc. You can have this info displayed on the bottom of every post by completing your system profile and filling in the information asked for.
This will help in providing you with the proper and/or correct solutions.

Firefox keeps crashing on start-up

Since Sunday evening (3-3-13) Firefox immediately crashes when I try to start: The windows that is opened just freezes and sometimes it doesn't even open at all (although the process is running).
Curious thing is that when I remove Firefox and re-install it, it works completely fine UNTIL I close the browser and try to open it again. Then it's back to crashing again.
Firefox also crashes when starting it in safe mode and it even crashes if I try to make a new profile. Basically, every Firefox thing crashes. When I boot Windows in safe mode the browser runs fine again though.
No crash reports are created so I can't provide those.

Hello, if it works in Windows Safe mode there is a problem with other software, likely security software or a system driver, that is running on your pc. Make sure that you have the latest updates of your security software.

the blue Apple icon > sysem preferences > accounts.

Firefox keeps crashing upon opening

Whenever I load up firefox it fails to open and I just get the message telling me firefox has crashed.
I can open it in safe mode and I've disabled all add-ons but I still get this message on opening.
Any thoughts on how to solve it?

MSI GT70 keeps crashing upon start up

Machine was working fine but now with little reason it has decided to continuously freeze upon start up. I am thus stuck on desktop and unable to access anything?
Why is this happeneing and what is the solution. Practically means laptop no longer works.

Your Windows might be corrupted for some reason so I would recommend inserting the Windows 8 installation disk and repairing your computer.

I have just gotten this iMac a few days ago and everything was fine till i begin transferring files from my old laptop and downloading free software frmo the internet. I am a new to macs and I am having the same problem. After downloading gogle chrome then installed I decided I did not want to use it. My mistake I decided to uninstall but simply dragged tha app from the finder widow to the trash. After that launch pad started to do the same as above.
