ok so my ipod touch is saying theres no music on it but when i plug it up and get on itunes it says theres music on it but its still not showing up on my ipod. help anyonee??
Have you tried resetting your iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Next would be to unsync the music and then try syncing the songs to the iPod
- Last would be to restore from backup. -

Somebody help!What happened when you connected your iPhone to your computer while running iTunes on your computer? You should be prompted through the restore process. If it doesn't work try getting your iPhone into Recovery Mode.

I downloaded an album on itunes and it says that it is purchased, but on my music playlist it does not show up. What shoud I do?
Download it to iTunes on your computer (see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519), then sync it to your phone. Make sure the album is selected to sync to your phone before syncing. If that doesn't work, you may have to delete all the music off your phone, then sync it back from iTunes. To delete your music, go to Settings>General>Usage, wait for the apps list to open, then click Music, tap Edit, then tap next to All Music.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

I use firefox but I do not want it in my dock. Can I remove it from the dock and still use it?
I would like to keep firefox out of my dock so that customers do not click on it. Can I do this while I am still using it on another screen?
I have Firefox open all the time. I use two screens, one is a large flatscreen tv that has surf reports and weather reports on it. So that customers to my store can see whats going on. I use Firefox for this. I have another screen that is computer size and I use this for internet patronage on Safari. The problem I have is people clicking on Firefox and messing up the weather and surf reports. I want then to only be able to identify Safari.

I bought stuff off the cloud but it's not showing up on my computer, what do I do?
I've bought a number of items (Movies, music, ect.) off iTunes through the app on my iPad. Yet, when I return to my computer it doesn't show up. I tried going to the store and looking it up but all it says it that "I already own this." I have no idea how to fix this, and if I can't then there's no way for me to get the music onto my older iPods. Help please?
Thanks!Click on the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes, and you can then potentially redownload them (what types of content that can be redownloaded varies by country). if you can't redownload them then connect your iPad (if you still have them on it) to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases in iTunes.
If you want future purchases that you do on your iPad to automatically download on your computer's iTunes then go in Edit > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac) and turn on automatic downloads.
