Flex application is not loading in IE6

Hi,
I have requirement .
One web application will be loading flex application as inline iframe.It is not loading flex app in IE6 where as working fine in IE7.
Is there any problem with IE6 while loading flex app
pls help me it is production issue

what version of flashplayer does it have?
Flintstones version?

One way would be to hide the rendering behind some splash
screen. ViewStack would be suitable. In this case, you would want
to set creationPolicy="all".

Flex Application does not work outside of the default dir

Hi,
I have developed a flex application which calls a http
service and displays the contents in a text area.
This works fine when I execute it from the flex builder or
from the directory where the flex builder stores it.
If I copy the files to any other dir or the server, after
making http call no result is displayed in the text area.
Is there any thing else i need to do other building
application in flex builder for deployment.

Flex 2 SWF not loading on the web browser when Flash Player 8 is running

I got a Flex 2 application that is not loading on the web
browser when the users workstations got Macromedia Flash Player 8
installed. Please advice on what could be the issue, i got security
calls included i.e. securty.allowInsucureDomain, crossdomain.xml,
etc.
The application shows no issues on web browsers with Flash
Player 9 installed.

flex 9 is complete rewrite (almost) and its lot mor fast and
effecient) you should't want to use flash 8 if you can anyways, but
somethimes I guess there is not other way out..

Flex 3 Module not loading - 1 of 32???

I have 1 Module out of 32 that will not load? Months ago, some PCs who did not have the Flex Framework already downloaded would fail, so I put the framework in the root folder and they worked. Today, I did a simple update to the code and it is back to not running again. The module in question was developed exactly as the other 31. In my development environment, where much code has changed, including the main app - it loads just fine. It is like the main application does not even try to load the module, as the 1st real action is to turn on the wait cursor which I never see. Any and all advice and/or guidance is appreciated.

Java Applet Not Loading In IE6 on XP

Can anyone assist I have a user who can not load a Java Applet on one of our web pages, I really need her to access this as it is important to her work. I have tried all the latest Java Versions to no avail. I have also tried adding SP1a to Windows XP to no avail. I am at a loss and it is stopping the user from working, can anyone help? Application does not load correctly when deploying to standalone server

All,
I have created simple application implementing fusion theme. Applicaiton works fine when I run on integrated server but when deployed on standalone server it does not load any images or the theme itself. afrloop keep incrementing in status bar and ends up with java script error while later.
I deployed another test application on standalone server and that works fine i.e. theme gets loaded correctly. Also, how should I include images on the page? I have a images folder in web content folder but they dont get loaded.
Any help will be appreciated.

LabVIEW now uses the Microsoft installer. It's possible that you need to upgrade the version that's on the Win2K box. I think the latest service packs from Microsoft include it.

Will you help me with troubleshooting why my applications are not loading and why I'm getting so many fork failures?

I have an iMac, 2.5Ghz i5, 12GB RAM, OSX 10.8.4. Things were working fine, but recently I had to install Java (I had to avert my eyes) because it was needed to use a certain web site. This seemed to be the beginning of my problems, but they were easily fixed by repairing permissions. I typically leave my iMac running until recently I noticed applications weren't loading, but by repairing permissions everything seemed to return to normal.
Then I had to use tech support from another company for a diffferent issue. The techy used GoToAssist Customer so he could access my desktop remotely. The problems began to show up more often. Lots of fork failures and spinning beach balls, and applications weren't launching. Consequently, I logged into a guest account to see if the problems existed in that account - and they didn't, everything worked fine, like a new machine. I have repaired permissions until I'm blue in the face - I even resorted to using Onyx, but that didn't help.
I have since removed Java (I wonder if I should remove GoToAssist), but the problems seem to be getting worse (not better). Before I resort to performing a clean re-install of Mountail Lion (and the headaches that it causes) I thought I would reach out to the community to see if anyone has any suggestions. I have got to do something fairly quickly, I need my machine working tomorrow. I wil be so grateful if you can help me. Luckily, I have ML on a thumb drive so a clean install won't take so long, but I also use Windows 7 with Parallels, which makes it a pretty major hassle. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
*Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
*Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
*Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Application Explorer - Not Loading To System Tray On Login

Hi,
We are getting users logging into their computers in the morning, and finding that the Novell Application Explorer is not loading into the Windows system tray.
Manually running the program does not work, only a reboot seems to cure the issue. Any thoughts?

Killing Explorer.exe and then Trying to Run the NAL Explorer.
NAL Explorer hooks into Explorer.exe in a fashion that a hook remains
even after killing NAL Explorer.
This hook may be having an issue so NAL Explorer can't start or restart
properly until Explorer.exe is restarted.
Again, not a fix, but may be quicker than a reboot if it helps.

After patch application our forms application refuses to load.

Amit.Try with down grade of Mozilla firefox. may be version 6 to 8. not 9/10.
Firefox with 9 and higher doesn't support JRE version 1.6.XX.

Flash form not loading in IE6

The issues are just appearing out of the woodworks, now.
The project I am working on (

now has yet another issue - in IE6, the flash form does not load at
all. It's supposed to be in the lower left corner - a login form,
just username and password with a submit button - and works great
in FF/NN/Op, but does not appear at all in IE6. Is this another

Icloud application does not load

I have been using two lap tops.. one running windows 7 and the other windows XP.
Regularly I can not access my icloud account -
1. It does not load the application and
2. Unable to access the server
I've looked at all the control panel settings and privacy settings.. but I find nothing. To add to the mystery is .. sometimes it loads just fine.
I am in India and the internet is "wonky" to say the least. That is my default answer but it was so bad this morning that I had to submit the question to see if it is something else in the settings I need to change.
Any insights out there??

I have the same problem. Clicking iCloud in the preference pane results in the follow:
"Preferences Error could not load iCloud preference pane."
I don't use iCloud, and would prefer to completely disable it. However now I am receiving a "log into iCloud" pop up every time I start my computer that is very annoying.

Help!my application can not load oci.dll

i have a server with windows 2003 enterprise sp2, oracle 10g was installed on it.now i want to run a .net application,but it's not working,cause oci.dll can not be loaded. then i installed PL/SQL and instant client 11g. but still not working. the error is :"initialization is error, can not load oci.dll.....returned 0". also,i wroted a small application to load oci with win32 api(LoadLibrary) and returned 0 too.
I'm sure there are no 32bit,64bit things. from os to application,32bit was checked. and i changed server but same os ,same oracle, after application and instant client installed,same problems got. so i'm think about is there any conflicts when oracle 10g and odac/instant client work together

If you have Oracle 10 installed on a Windows computer, you have oci.dll.
If "oci.dll can not be loaded", the problem is not a lack of oci.dll.
The first thing you should do is uninstall Instant Client and anything else you installed to fix the problem (I don't know what you mean with "install PL/SQL").
Then check if oci.dll can be loaded, e.g. by starting sqlplus and connecting to a database.
If that works, oci.dll is fine.
If your program cannot load oci.dll, something in your setup has a problem.
Maybe it cannot find oci.dll and you have to tell it where to look.

Application.CFM not loading?

Hi,
I've built several sites under prior versions of CF - but
just recently installed CF MX 7. I'm also new to Linux
installations.
On a site I've built - the pages seem to be working
correctly, except that variables being set in application.cfm are
not being recognized.
When I go to the pages that are utilizing the variables and I
replace them with static values -they are working fine. So I know
the CF server is running and there are no issues from that side.
Is there some CF Admin setting that can be turned off that
I'm not aware of? I know linux is case sensitive with file names -
I have application.cfm in all lower case. Is that wrong??
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My workaround would be
to add a <CFINCLUDE> to the top of all pages that need to
reference those global variables. I'd prefer not to do that.

Make sure the filename is "Application.cfm" (note the capital
A). Linux is case-sensitive.
